These are both oh so very lovely! I really like vector art, it's a nice change from the norm. Both of them are very nice too look at. They have a soft feeling to them. The simple colours here also help add to this sense of softness. And the simplicity of both tags make them work very well. The focals draw attention to themselves very well. Great job, as usual!

I would discuss the matter with your parents. Explain to them that this dog has been something you've wanted for a very long time. Tell them that it's a very important to you. Your sister is clearly just envious of you, so tell them that. And also mention that because this is a birthday present, you can't exactly just have it shunned because of your sister. After that, try and talk it over with your sister, with the help of your parents if necessary. Try to reason with her, and explain how much this present means to you. Tell her how you''d feel if you had to give away such a precious present all because she got a little jealous. If she argues, ask her why she needs this kitten all of a sudden, and if she can't give a reasonable answer, then that's a point to you. If she can't see things from your point of view, then let your parents have a chat with her. They should be able to work things out.

This is a wonderful piece of writing you've got here. Grabbed my attention right from the start and kept it. Just how I like it. You're doing a great job! You've stayed faithful to the characters and managed to get in character with them very well. Also, the plot is quite intriguing. I like how you've set it up. Can't wait to read some more of it!
