You can buy special cleaning kits for laptop keyboards.
They come with a special brush and a solution used specially for cleaning the keys etc.
As for the keys coming off thing, I believe you can click them back on like any other keyboard. At least, I can with my laptop.
I dunno if it varies for others lol

    It depends on the circumstances.
I always refer to my Mum and My Step-Dad as "Mum and Dad"

Where as I refer to my real father by name.
Why? Cause I hate the *bleep* (life long story, but meh)

Anyway, it's up to the child I feel. Many people have tried to get me to call my real father "Dad."
Which will not happen. At the same time, I call my Step-Father "Dad." Cause that's how I feel. My Mum will always be my "Mum." But those are all personal preferences.
I don't think you can really get away with forcing a child to call a parent by whatever. After all, freedom of speech and such.
Some people my say it's to do with respect etc, but that is a different can of worms.

    Episodes: 13

Second Season?: There will be, I'm sure. Everyone is saying this was the last episode for the season, although the ending was ambiguous to whether we'll see one next week. (I'll update this once I know for sure) If this was the last ep, then there should be a second season for sure.

Plot Summary: Kyouhei, after moving away to Tokyo from his old town to get away from the events that happened, is on a goukon with his friends, including his old neighbor, Shiba. After drinking for a whole night, he and Shiba discover a dead, bloody, body in the elevator. He is told by his younger sister, Utao with her Kamisama Doll, that Aki, an old friend, and his Doll, are the culprits responsible.

My thoughts: This was a favourite of mine from the Summer Line up of 2011. It's got a very dark but powerful story. You are forced to adapt and grow close to the characters right from the start, but it works really well with how they did it. The story kept me guessing and I looked forward to each episode as they passed by. The last few eps in particular had be yearning for a week to pass so I could see what happens.
The main character might leave a few people frustrated at first, but that's how it is meant to be, trust me. ;)
I can't say much else on this really other than. Yeah, definitely watch this. XD

    ~

    But yeah.
    Anyone else watch this anime?
    Any thoughts etc?

(Please remember to spoiler tag things if you're gonna talk about story elements, so as not to ruin things for people who may wish to watch it but haven't yet. Thanks. XD)

    Hey KHV

    Exactly.

Information is stored in different parts of the brain compared to where memories are stored.
So in theory, if part of the brain is damaged, one could lose all their memories but still keep any necessary skills and such.
At the same time, another part could eb damaged and the person could say... lose speech and motor skills, but still have their memories.

Weirdly enough. Apparently if you damaged the speech part of your brain, you'd be able to still swear because they are expressive recreational words recorded in another part of the brain from where we all store our vocal information.

(Had to study language/the brain and stuff in uni... XD)

Alexis sighed as she walked back outside. It's not like they needed everyone inside after all.
She looked around being careful not to be seen and draw attention to herself, as she was used to doing from her past experiences in life. She had been about to give up and head back inside when... she saw it from the corner of her eye. "Mulligan." she hissed, loud enough that he would hear her, but not loud enough that she would attract the attention of the nearby police.
She poked her head through the door. "Is this stuff enough gold dirt for you?" she gestured to her findings.

    Episodes: 26

Second Season?: No. The series is completely finished.

Plot Summary: Hanasaku Iroha centers around Ohana Matsumae, a 16-year-old teenager living in Tokyo, who is left in the care of her estranged grandmother, following her mother's elopement with her boyfriend. Ohana arrives at her grandmother's country estate to realize that her grandmother is the owner of a Taishō period hot spring inn called Kissuisō. She begins working at Kissuisō, at her grandmother's request, but finds herself at odds with many employees and customers at the inn. Initially feeling discouraged, she decides to use her circumstances as an opportunity to change herself for the better and to make amends with her deteriorating relationship with the Kissuisō's staff for a more prominent future.

    My thoughts: Wow.
This series started in the Spring Line up and I have to say has been one of my definite favourites of the 2011 line up overall.
Every episode felt special and warm and ranged from leaving me laughing, to crying or just general happiness. The anime graphical style is absolutely beautiful and has in fact won several awards for having one of the best art works of all time in any anime ever too.
Every character in the story is so fleshed out that as you go on in the series, you start to feel such a connection and before you know it, you become completely sucked into each character's own circumstances and feelings to the extent that you are rooting for them in your own special way.
The story itself is really heart warming and special too that it just keeps you on the edge of your seats in so many ways.
There have been a lot of strong anime released this year, but this one is by far one of the strongest of them all so far in my opinion.
I definitely recommend that people watch this when you get a chance. It might not be everyones cup of tea admittedly, but I give my personal guarantee as an Otaku that this anime is something special.

    But yeah.
