What the hay:
Since when have there been raccoons in Scandinavia?! o.O I didn't even know we had them in Europe to begin with...
@PaWn, I think if it services the story, and is done in a way that respects the other authors commitments, anything goes. I've got no trouble killing off characters, etc. but I don't want to see people killing characters randomly because they don't like them, or characters being trapped by the bad-guys, only to be 'magically' transported to safety (especially if we don't have those kinds of powers included in the setting). Make sense? @Britishism, if it's done tastefully, technically any kind of injury goes. Just don't describe them too much (i.e. you can say that a character has been disemboweled, but don't start describing the content of their guts. Preferably, don't even mention the guts >.<).
xD *points at profile pic* You be the judge of whether I'm a dude or not. No, he did get in, you two posted/sent me a message about the same...
Whoooooaaaaaa, you're half-way there, WWWHHHHOOOOOAAAAA LIVING ON A PRAYEEEEEHHHH!
Eurgh, this was a hard decision, there were so many good posts! I ended up giving my vote to Ace Phoenix, as I thought his post was really unique, and it melded together the characters powers and interaction in a really cool way.

I remember freaking out last spring when we had an earthquake 8D8 Of course, our earthquake was only about a 2.9 and lasted for 10 seconds >.<
You lucked out, either you or PaWn snagged the last available spot! *sends invite*
Hey, just sent you an invite to the group! That's not a problem, there's quite a few 'casual' writers in the group, myself included.
Accepted you guys, along with Jayn, Daxa and Te Deum. This means that there aren't any spots left unfortunately, unless someone backs down.
The longer the better, but sometimes people freeze up when given a deadline, so I wanted to give a doable limit. If everyone could write 2000+ words per chapter, that'd be great, but if the extra words come with the cost of content, that's no good.
Thanks P for taking the screenshot and telling me to put this up here. How to subscribe to the group:
*gigglesnort* I don't know why that amuses me so...
Added. I was thinking of a minimum of 700 words, no maximun at the moment.
The Tango Maureen, gotta dance till your diva is through! *coughRENTcough*
That's awesome, I invited you to the group, and just in case check out the original post in the thread, I edited a few things there.
Beta-readers review the suggested chapters before they are actually posted. In a nutshell, they correct spelling, grammar and spacing errors, so that the chapters are as easy to read as possible. As we wish to respect everybody's personal writing styles, the beta-readers won't themselves make changes to the content, and instead they give suggestions to the author on how to make the individual chapters mesh together with the whole story. Now, as I said in the General Information thread which you should already know, as you most definitely read that thread already, right?, I'd like to ask for two beta-readers. Alternatively, if you don't wish to become one yourself, suggest someone from this group. Once the beta-readers have been picked, we'll work out the individual details amongst ourselves.
