Ah, I see.
Riku tensed at the mention, though he had never forgotten. He was ashamed with himself for being defeated so easily, but he had told Sora and Roxas about the fight in simpler terms so they could get here as fast as possible. Roxas nodded stiffly once, though his expression remained the same. Yes, Riku did tell him and Sora about the fight, and how Smith managed to overtake Riku in a matter of minutes. But Roxas didn't care, because three against one was going to be more difficult... Right?
Well, if you have certain ideas in mind for your KH fic, keep going until you get them into words. It sucks when you forget an awesome idea. Dx
Riku's eyes narrowed when the amber in front of him met his aqua. Smith had obviously thought this plan through, and that mixed with his new powers was not a good combination. Of course, there was something Smith hadn't thought through. "Even if you can control that Realm, you can't control this one," he said tensely. "Which means you'll lose!" Roxas hollered in fury, enraged that this man had once again gotten a hold of Namine and Kairi. "You have no chance against the three of us!" Three Keyblade wielders that could protect the Realm of Light... Could Smith really take on all three of them at once?
I hate it when that happens. xD
Riku's brows only lowered at the news, his grip subconsciously tightening on his Keyblade. The girls...in the Realm of Darkness? It was definitely not safe, but then he thought of something else. "Of course. More power," he said, referring to Smith being from the Realm of Darkness himself. If he had the girls there, it meant he could control them better because of his power there. Roxas ground his teeth together, seething with anger at the news. He left them in the Dark Realm alone? Was he crazy?! Of course, Roxas had to remember that Smith didn't care if the girls got hurt; as long as he got his revenge, he was satisfied.
Oh, never mind then. xD
Roxas furrowed his eyebrows at the words, wanting nothing more than to rescue Namine and Kairi. Of course, defeating Smith was part of the package. He didn't mind that, though he knew it wasn't going to be easy.
I thought you did...
Roxas gritted his teeth at the answer and Sora's holler. If Sora hadn't said it, he would have screamed it himself. As much fun as this was for Smith, they wanted their friends back. Now. Riku was half-relieved at the fact that the girls were "unharmed", though he couldn't be completely sure Smith was telling the truth. He didn't know this guy well, but he could judge by the smirk on Smith's face that by "unharmed", he didn't mean it in a literal sense. Wherever the girls were, it wasn't safe.
Yeah, I can imagine.
"Where are Namine and Kairi?!" Roxas demanded, ignoring Smith's comment. He had to focus on the task at hand, and that was getting the girls back. However, he had a feeling Smith wouldn't answer so easily. Not without torturing them with twisting words.
As long as you have enough time and that set in your mind, you should be fine, I assume.
Roxas's eyes widened slightly at the voice, but then they narrowed into a glare once he saw the man appear in front of him. He bent his legs a little as he held his Keyblades, in his battle stance and prepared for anything. Riku instantly brought his arm up, his eyes no longer wandering the room. Instead, they were focused on his, Sora's, and Roxas's enemy. He felt his blood boil immediately at the sight of the man, not able to forget how low he made Riku feel.
True, true.
Roxas's feet halted near Sora, though he was over to the side a little. His eyes fell on the pole Namine had been tied to and he instantly cringed, his grasp on Oblivion and Oathkeeper tightening. This place was messed up, and so was the villain. He guessed it was only fitting. Riku looked around the room once he came to a stop, seeing that it was one much larger than the last few. There were numerous poles in the middle of the room to help support the building, and a bunch of abandoned items pushed near the walls. Whatever had been going on in this warehouse had obviously stopped abruptly.
So, have you figured out what you're doing for your fic yet?
Roxas wasn't fazed by the dim lighting in the warehouse, since he just fought in the Realm of Darkness only a day ago. This place brought back horrible memories for him, but he knew that he had to push past them in order to save himself and his friends from even worse memories. Smith was going down today, and nobody was willing to hold back.
Yeah, it's stupid. -__-
Riku took the rear of the group, watching Sora and Roxas enter in front of him. He gripped Way to Dawn securely in his hand, prepared this time for the worst. If Sora and Roxas saw this warehouse as a place of hiding, he could understand why. It was creepy in the best sense of the word and perfect for a villain to hide his captors. If Smith were anywhere on this world, it would most definitely be here.
