"You can't tell them," Elevir responded, in the same whisper, after taking some time to figure out who Eva could pass the message on to. "You can't tell them about any of this. It's not that I don't want to see you... I don't want them looking for me, Eva." It was then she realized that Ren might find out regardless. He was a powerful Reader, even if he couldn't control the force of his Gift as well as she could. Her focus wavered again, for longer.
Eva didn't seem to be in much of a shape to go searching for her. "You don't have to look for me," Elevir said, looking toward the older girl with a worried look on her face, "You seem like you need to rest, more than anything..." Elevir's vision slipped out of focus for a second, and she felt dizzy like Eva. "It's time we said goodbye, for now, Eva. This weird connection is taking its toll on both of us."
Elevir had to think the second question through for a moment. She had gotten... wherever she was, it was still pitch black to her eyes... through a dream, right? But it felt different from a dream. "Um..." she spoke, looking a bit off to the side while organizing her thoughts, "I think it is, in a sense... But it's more like two different dreams that are connected somehow." Something else was weird about this, though. "...I see you as a human, but you're really not right now... right?" In her mind, Elevir could see that Eva was in some other form in her own perspective. But Elevir saw her as a girl....
Elevir opened her eyes to total darkness. She couldn't tell where she was, but she wasn't in the room in that town she'd found. She was falling. And she couldn't move. She was bound by the same chains they'd restrained her with when she was brought to the Orphanage. It only felt like seconds before something changed. She fell into something... it felt like water, but there was no splash, and no sound to indicate such. But now, she was free. Her wings spread out behind her, lighting up the water with a bright, goldish glow that made her eyes burn. She closed her eyes instinctively, and a flood of thoughts and images and sounds and screams rushed into her head. Memories... but not her own. Her eyes opened slightly, and the images stopped. She was standing now, although still in the darkness. There was someone else standing a few yards from her, a little closer to reality. Elevir recognized her. From where, though? Wait. "Eva?" OOC:// If no one else can tell what just happened, Elevir connected with Eva's mind in a dream. So the real Eva can hear her and see her. But however you want Eva to take this is up to you lol.
Oh. I see how it is :/ You can post in theeeiiirrrr thread. xP -nags moar-

OOC:// I'm inur forum, spammin my rp Wtf people are on and not posting :'D
Ooh. I feel special now. You're very welcome ::L:
Insane amount of fail. The site might explode.
Throw Froot Loops at her. It's kind of like hating her, but it doesn't hurt as bad when they hit her in the face.
Yeah, I guess xD If you can't think of anything to do right now, you still have a lot of time :3.
OOC:// Rexa and Akua, your characters are in. @ TwilightBlader: lolno? Your scenario's really unrealistic; seeming as how all of the people in the town are Gifts and are mostly able to defend themselves. That and a gang can't exactly claim a restaurant as their own turf. This roleplay isn't Naruto, either. Please try to avoid random fight scenes, as well as "barrage of punches" and repeating "dodged easily" three times lol. Try to tone it down or at least be a bit more descriptive. Both would be nice. I don't mean to negate your posts or nitpick or anything. If you can find a way to change your words around or something like that it would be great; otherwise just try to improve your future posts. @ Everyone: By the way... To avoid time paradoxes, the time in-character when I posted was 3:15-4:00 AM. I dunno what time your posts are at, though. Editness: You guys posted three posts between the time I started this and the time I submitted it xD This was for the two longer posts that TwilightBlader made.
OOC:// Blarg. Also the fast food thing made me lol.
Illian's eyes opened to meet the darkness of night; the only light to be seen was radiating brightly from the moon and stars that dotted the sky. Quickly, she hopped off of her bed and changed into her school uniform, as it was the first outfit she could grab. Slipping on her shoes and her jacket, and clipping her thick, somewhat overgrown bangs back, she rushed out of her room, down the hall and out of her home, and continued down the road to the town gate. She had to be fast if she were to meet the new girl in time. She slowed down around the corner of the only street into their silent hamlet, to out of breath to run any more. No one was there, yet. She was lucky. According to her dream, the new girl was going to be there in a little longer than a minute. Elevir looked around the town she had found, trying to assess whether it was safe to stay there or not. There hadn't been any wooded areas like she was used to for days. Only mountains, valleys, and small towns and villages where she was sure to be spotted. She hadn't eaten in the three days it had taken her to find this place, and though it wasn't nearly as bad as what she'd endured for a week at the O R P H A N A G E, it wasn't helping her judgment at all. "Oh, hi!" someone called over to her, as though they knew her from somewhere. It startled her, and she looked over to see a girl about her age, in a familiar-looking outfit. The Reader couldn't recall why it was familiar, but it was. The new girl didn't seem intent on approaching Illian, so the younger girl stepped closer, until she was only feet away. "Welcome to Siletste," she spoke as usual, "What's your name?" The girl's name was Illian. Elevir could hear that much. And she didn't have bad intentions. "I'm Elevir..." she responded, and after a little more searching through Illian's thoughts, she understood that this town was different from the others she'd been to. "So you're a Reader, then?" Illian spoke. "I never thought that a place like this was possible," Elevir said, "If it's really like what you think of it." "It is." Illian replied, grateful that the one person who'd found Siletste in the middle of the night was a Reader, and she didn't have to explain."Anyway, you look like you could use some rest. Come on." Illian led Elevir to the place where new kids, or whoever happened to wander into town without a permanent residence stayed. It wasn't like an inn; actually, it was far from it. Elevir couldn't find the right term to use, though. Perhaps this was what her father used to describe to her as a home, like where her mom lived before she was born. Except bigger. Trying to remember what her mother's home looked like started to give her a headache, so she shook the thoughts from her mind and stepped inside the bedroom that the lady who greeted them at the front of the home showed her. The lady's thoughts on the town and the new girl proved to Elevir that she was safe here, as though the fact that the lady herself was an Elemental wasn't proof enough. After changing into the nightshirt that Illian let her borrow, she laid down on the bed(it was the first time in her life that she'd ever actually seen a real bed) to sleep. OOC:// Okay, I know it sucks xD. But w/e, I needed to start this.
