Do you have the option "clear private data when I close Firefox" unchecked? Or maybe you have some security software or cleanup program that deletes the cookies. Check their options if you have. I think there was a problem with spy sweeper, but this was a long time ago and it's probably fixed now.

In critical mode you're lvl 1 during the whole game. Theatre mode doesn't have anything to do with re:com, you beat kh2fm you unlock the kh2fm's theatre, you beat kh:re com you unlock kh:re com's theatre
It is Riku, it says so a little later in the game. Sora knows it is Riku, but because right after this battle you go to the palace and you see an org. member (I don't remember who it was), Sora starts to think that it wasn't Riku but it was this org. member. But when you finish some battles the emperor will tell you that a young man came to warn him, and Sora is sure now that it was Riku.
