Well the secret ending doesn't have to be all CGI. The secret endings for the Chain of Memories games' were done in regular animation.

I think KH2 has shown that Kairi is willing to fight alongside Sora and Riku.

I guess you're right. Heh, maybe we'll see KH2 SRK as a secret ending. Maybe the three of them get keychain-ified versions of VTA's keyblades and KH3 will show them using them.:)
