I realised this long ago.
I know it works because a couple of guys in my school used it so that they wouldn't have to get their hair cut (boy's hair is not allowed to touch the collar). Will search for the name now. EDIT: Meh, can't find it. Try alopecia =D
There is a condition where if you get your hair cut it causes it to all fall out. No idea what it is called though.
