"Well, right now, I don't feel like conversing with you of any 'business'," Larxene stated casually with a apparent bored expression on her face, uninterested. The only sort of emotion that was present in her eyes and appearance. She didn't say anything for the moment as well, watching as Toxyn's comrade was set to battle, and she wondered how easy it was for this young man to show off all his abilities and powers. She already knew that he had Water and Light, and had some monster friends backing him up. The rest was simple to figure once you took into account what he could do. She can predict a lot about all their personalities just by one visit, and not that it truly mattered, but usually, if you knew how to push the right buttons...

This was quite easy, if you asked her. Looking at Toxyn again, she just shrugged. "And I don't mind the insult, Axel can handle himself and he'll probably will never want me to defend his pride. I just tease at the right moment, since I am a bit...vindictive, let's say. As long as nothing is directed at me."

OOC: RA, I'm going to speak to you, for your sake xD.

Xemnas, without much thought, appeared and materialized in front of Zexion, a grim look in his eyes as he stared at the man he had known for very long. It did not escape him about who he was previously conversing with, and as he had no other matters to attend as of yet, he would be curious enough to see what one was up to. It wasn't Zexion he was concerned with, he was just to be at the same time and place as another certain culprit. "Greetings, Zexion. I suppose you might happen to know what Marluxia was doing in the library?"

Think of Vash the Stampede as...slapstick comedy, with a dose of normal, typical animé comedy, if that makes sense.

He did not want to continue forth with Castle Oblivion, so he did not comment on that, but he studied the redhead before him cryptically and intently. Xemnas did not think Axel had gotten that he worked in ironic ways, yes...he thwarted Marluxia and Larxene, but at the cost of the Basement crew when there was no liable reason for him to have done so. It presented a lot that Zexion's group were against the conspiracy, and yet, he did not bother to work with them, and took his own road. Whether it was worth it, he knew there could've been a more smoother path. He was weighting the pros and cons of sending him carefully, as the negative reasons were very well founded, and it was hard to see that Axel will prevail in keeping his composure. Then again, the man might also be wanting to be taken seriously, and will keep the word that he would act accordingly when confronting the woman. In actuality, this could be a fine test to see where Axel himself stood, and the results will give him the information needed to see if there were changes, or not. Making certain this was the right decision, he then straightened up more regally, looking down, "Very well, I will allow you to go. As I explained, I do not see the reason to send two, we might make her think is more of hunting her down. However, if there is a time where you haven't come back, or if I do sense anything amiss, I will dispatch Demyx." And they might need a healer then, after all. "Otherwise, we'll see your progress. Be sure to list her the positive changes that the Organization now has, make it up if need be. And of course, explain your actions, not only in the present, but on the past...whether you mean it or not, just keep in mind that she's not easily fooled, now less by you more than ever. There's no trust, and without that, you have to depend on your wits."

The more he said, the more it really did look bleak, and almost pointless. This was going to be a very complicated job for him, he was aware. But, he did have his back-up, if anything is to go astray. "I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt."

Larxene slumped down on a abandoned alleyway again, letting out a breath as she sat on a stable, wooden crate to rest. She didn't want to be out there with her humongous pack of money, and she had discovered a bigger bag on the road, and placed all the coins and bills there, making it much better to carry for her. She had been attempting to find a hotel to stay in, yet...not too sound picky, but what she had seen so far were trashy. And poor. She was positive there was one where it was at least in tip-top shape, and she still had the remainder of the afternoon to kill for that. Her mind went forward to the card that jester...no, Clopin, gave her, still not sure if she will have a reason for it, but keeping it anyway. If she settled here, in this world, being a gypsy was perhaps the best she could do.

Sighing, she went to get back up again, picking her bag from the ground, and preparing to head off, as she had a lot to do. Dusting herself, she stepped out of the alleyway, wondering where to search for next.

Larxene, did get ticked of a little when in a sentence he made it look like she was...promiscuous, and quite a easy promiscuous thing at that, but, she kept her cool. His opinion was worthless and didn't matter. She had to remind herself of what persona she was dealing with, and her control had to be in check, listening and taking in every word, but she was much more interested in his eyes, and his actions. After all, words themselves can lie and be twisted, and it would be a shame to be fooled by them. Fine, she could admit that it was easier to spot a manipulator when you didn't trust nor like them, and she was naive in that aspect at times, yet the point still stood. This guy had "WARNING" screaming all over him. It had been awhile that she was in her "work" mode and composure, and no matter what he said, she had her faith in Xioimara. "Older sister" indeed, and it better be encrypted. Not that she and the girl really bonded, or had talk much where they will be seen as sisters, yet, once the title was in the air, she didn't mind it. They were the two girls in a castle full of men. So the connection would be there. But, yes...she wasn't to worried about Xioimara. The bastard can break her all he wanted, but she wouldn't give in, and it would have to be in her death. The suffering and the cruelty, was hard, but they will be there soon. If she could hold on. However, she was to stray from the topic of their member. He was mentioning it a bit too much for her liking, and her eyes narrowed slightly.

When he was done, she had her reply, until, oh ever deary her, Axel had to break it. She felt her left eye start twitching in annoyance when he asked the same question Toxyn had asked of her, when she obviously was trying to evade anything else like that to be given, and he was going backwards. Did he truthfully knew who he was dealing with? This wasn't just a simple conversation, this man, she knew perfectly now the more he spoke, played with minds, and it was crucial not to give not even the slightest tidbit, including that of whether she was sent here, or she decided it herself. He seemed to know a lot of about them as well, when he had noticed her, and even stated her title, so he wasn't lost on who they each were...he perhaps knew all 14 of them. Besides, this member had practically admitted he wanted something to do with her by this point, just as she suspected. She sent Axel a very fierce, and, silent communicated, look, not sure if his ego will still act out in being the center of attention, or if he will comprehend what this man was up to. Nevertheless, before she did say anything again, Toxyn got there before her, and she bit her tongue, stopping herself from laughing, even though her body was dying to. Larxene remained with her game face on, yet, she couldn't help, but let the end of her mouth twitch up a little, mentally shaking her head. Clearing her throat that hid a chuckle, to get back to the focus of things, she first gazed at Axel wondering what he was going to do now that he was...well, just blatantly dissed. Badly. "For one thing, Axel, there are three members." She pointed at the female that was silent and quiet, and simply watching the scene. She might as well have been invisible. But, she didn't doubt that if her comrades needed help, that she wouldn't jump in. As she put her hand down, she gave the redheaded man a bemused expression, teasing, "And, I may be wrong, but I think you just got BURNED."

Then came Demyx before she could address Toxyn, and she was slowly losing her patience with this. Why is it, she questioned quite angered, that the suppose members in the same Organization that I'm in aren't able to let me handle this for JUST a little while? Then again, they were here longer, so they might've gotten something vital...

It wasn't that she blamed Demyx for this situation they were facing with all four of them, except that his blunder and multitude of questions that should not be asked right now, were being let out. On top of that, he just gave a bunch of other things away. Letter or not, she was still bitter at him in the long run, despite her neutrality, but now, she had something to do, and so, she ignored the multiple inquiries he threw at her just like she did Axel's. She was losing her blank and empty facade that she held on to distract Toxyn, and really with these two...she had to get back on track, and not let them disrupt her way of thinking. Dismissing them both as she directed a hard glance that said "we'll talk about it later", she gave her cool, and yet icy stare back to the person of interest from the rival group, who was perhaps watching this all merrily, she could feel it. "I don't expect you to make me believe you interrupted Demyx's escape for such a mere 'coincidence', and you know that's complete bull. But, I digress. I'm not exactly interested to speak of any business with you, so really...I suggest you find someone else."

"I find your interest in me flattering, really," she spoke sardonically and sarcastically, her tone nonetheless leveled, not taking her sight from him as well, already on guard and suspicious of what he had in mind with her. She knew his types, from the way he moved and from the way he behaved, and the aura he protruded, she had been around them in the Organization: he was a person who was manipulative and cunning. She was one to toy with her enemies, true, but this man had a sense of presence that prohibited her to play along, and made sure to remain blank, and show less of her personality as possible, and not let her be foolishly lured. It wasn't that he was intimidating, by no means at all, yet she already harbored a dislike for him. Her toys, oh no, she didn't dislike, which is why she had her fun. Yet with people who were such as himself, those were the ones she took into account and just threw her off, especially with the way he was eyeing her. She could easily cover herself from being read if she well felt like it, and in fact, kept in mind his mannerisms. As a dark shadow loomed over her eyes, she simply smirked daintily in contrast, "Does my being here really matter? I'm present, aren't I? I do have to correct you in that dear Xioimara is not to be ignored as being a part of us, and I do think she has enough fight in her to not give in to the likes of you."

In reality, she hadn't really known the girl, but deep, she had seen a fierce force that made her believe she was fine, and would be fine. Or perhaps it was her feminist side speaking. She knew she wasn't here for mere chit-chat, and her attention would be derived elsewhere in a while."Actually...Toxyn, is it? The point should be on why had Demyx caught your eye enough for you to talk to him."

Larxene placed the last remainder of her outfit after she placed on her new gloves, zipping down her cloak closed until it reached around her thighs. Even as she was getting ready, the thirst of what she was about to do did not return, and it made her feel like this was a chore that she brought unto herself, rather than a mission she would want to enjoy normally. It was like she felt dead, and her room was still not rid of the earlier argument...it was haunting, and it enclosed her, so she needed to escape it for awhile. Maybe, when she actually got to the area, her lust for battles might come back once she was able to move, if it did evolve into a all out brawl.

As she hung her other set of black clothes over the curtain pole to properly dry them, she stepped out of her bathroom, her hair fixed from the tangled mess it became, something that no one bothered to point out until she glimpsed at herself in the mirror. She didn't know really why she slicked back her blonde mane, but she did find it better than having hair constantly fall over your face, blinding you, and temporarily distracting you. The only person to ever see her hair loose was of course, Marluxia, and he had proclaimed that she looked better that way, as it reached just below her shoulders neatly, and made her appear more like a lady. She detested that thought, so he just gave her more reason not to leave it in that position. Thus, her current hairstyle. She didn't even want to explain how come she had this two forelocks popping out of her head, as she didn't get it herself either. The first time she thought it was just her hair being rebellious, until she realized later on that it was permanent. Throughout time, nevertheless, she had grown fond of them, and she did not mind them at all.

Sighing, she remembered back as a Sorcerer came in while she was changing, and a report from Xemnas on what world her comrades, if you could call them that, were in, and while not the exact setting, a close proximity to it. Demyx had written that he will be close to the ocean, yet, he was obviously thwarted, so that was useless. In that case, she should be heading out, wanting to visit Marluxia before she proceeded to go, but then reminding herself again that she had to cut the ties that bound her to him in such a matter. Not that she wanted to break their friendship, just that she had to do things on her own, and stop somehow crawling to him for some comfort, or some advice, or some encouragement, or whatever he was needed for at the time. She was disgusted at what she was becoming when she knew better, and she was not going to continue on the path of becoming so weak. This was a chance to perhaps give her her spark back.

Stretching again, and keeping in mind that the point of her being there was to gain information, she created a portal that will take her to the desire destination, and stepped in, confident and assured, and it was presented in her swagger. So what? Sue her. She was all about appearance and first impressions. And after being covered in the darkness and walking in the void, she came out out and appeared behind a, quite fit and muscled she could see, man's back, who was looking over, lo and behold, Dumb and Dumberer. Her vision didn't rest on Axel and Demyx, however, and she quickly studied her surroundings and who was present in a second with her tight and stern expression. There was a white haired, young man, very slender, perhaps even worse than Axel's anorexia, who seemed to be preparing for battle, and had some little pets to fight for him. She halted from rolling her eyes coldly, and moved on to the next one, a girl, this time, though she was more on the sidelines and was certainly quiet. For some reason, Larxene noted to keep a eye on her, before finally settling her gaze on to the, what she immediately guessed from his position and what she heard him say, the center of the show. She knew this one was the threat.

She greeted him nonchalantly and sweetly, a sly smirk on her face despite herself, though it didn't have the burn that it usually with things in her head, "Is that so? So you're the one who's in charge of her, and has been keeping her hostage? Nice to know."

She wanted to say something else, but bit her tongue well, knowing not to give any hints of her own organization from what she was going to remark.

Xemnas shut his eyes, a smile of what would be called amusement for those less informed slipping on his lips, before opening it again as he gazed down at the redheaded man. "The members were not there to take out Sora and Riku, for the lack of your knowledge. Certain events happened to reach that vital point, and they just happened to be there. It was the cause of Marluxia, no doubt, that had lured Sora in, and in turn, his 'best friend'. The real reasons of why I sent you, along with Marluxia and Larxene, to Castle Oblivion does not need to be discussed, and will remain disclosed. As for the Lower Floor members, that is simple, and I would think, as a man of your stature, and that you were with them, that you would know they were performing the experiments needed on memories, to understand more about ourselves, as well as Naminé. I know the things that occurred there. I am aware that Zexion, Lexeaus, and Vexen were rebelling against Marluxia and Larxene themselves, who were the real culprits of the operation, and attempted to lead them astray on their plans. They weren't traitors, and you annihilated them without much reason, lessening our members in the process. Do not dismiss it as if you did not have a hand on this and it was not entirely your fault. But of course, I do not owe you any explanations. The rest know what you did, you've been suspected ever since you came back as the only surviving member out of six. And I suggest this is the end of the topic, and we shall move on. After all, isn't this...a second chance?"

His tone would've sounded mocking if it wasn't for the fact that he was sternly locking Axel with his eyes, only to then shift his sight elsewhere. In this, he had eyed the assigned Basement members, studying their faces, and it was quite simple how to figure out what had happened as he himself had stepped into those castle walls, memories dormant that had yet to awaken. Slightly in thought for a moment, it wasn't long before he continued after being reminded of what he was doing, "I am turning a new leave in where I will not harm or hurt you as in the past, and there is no 'fear' of turning into a Dusk, for certain situations. However, I will remain firm, and will allow a type of punishment to be given, otherwise, there would not be a sense control and order. You've been brought back by me, and hence, you have a task to complete, which will be revealed soon. As for you, Axel, can you truthfully and honestly, tell me that you will stay calm and not resort to violence when dealing with Larxene? That you will enforce and convince her, but not by the use of hands? Am I to believe you are capable of accomplishing this feat to send and entrust you with it?"

He eyed the man, waiting patiently for his answer. If there was such a vocal protest about underestimating his members, he would like to know what Axel would do in the situation enough for him to believe if he did have it in him.

"Do not tempt me, Number Twelve. I assure you I have no problem in teaching how to properly speak to me," Xemnas had stated low and quiet, his voice monotonous as always, but that monotone held a sort of lethal danger that only a fool will not be able to spot, and the look and flash of his orange eyes told that it was anything, but a illusion. He had silently watched Marluxia go, and then rounded upon her privately on her lack of tact. She did have a point; it was true, and he can admit, that he somewhat belittled the female species in terms of strength, yet, he would not allow the fact to be thrown across to him in such a way, and he'll be sure she'll learn it. He didn't say anything, however, his hard expression, while not glaring, staring her down fiercely. He was mighty sick and tired of members speaking up to him, and next time, they won't have a chance to ever raise their mouths again if they manage snip the last remaining thread of patience he mentally harbored when he had told, and warned them, to watch their tongue.

The air got stagnant, dead, soundless and without a noise, and the deep, cold tension that now surrounded the area was thick and dark enough to make her somehow shift, but she didn't comment nor replied, knowing better by the way he had her locked in his acid gaze. One wrong move, and her existence might consist of her being a Dusk, or basically, absolutely Nothing. She did not even know why she cared for this life anyway, with the people she was to be stuck with half the time, and the threats that followed. It was impossible to breathe freely in this world, and while she disapproved at herself for thinking this, she could understand Demyx's escape. She would not be befuddled if she did the same one of these days, yet, she could not leave Marluxia after she had sworn to him that she, while not wholly into this ploy, will be by his side. Speaking of said pink haired fairy and being by someone's side...she snorted inwardly, reprimanded him in her head severely for just leaving her like this, and with him. This is exactly what she had wanted to avoid all along, having to depend on someone else now that she could honestly say to herself that she did not feel as resolute and firm after he had gone from her. Now this was happening...she had to stop from getting soft and weak, when in this group, it was unheard of. And now was the perfect time to built herself up again with pride, and raise her shields up to defend her own self when she was faced with a much bigger, and powerful authority. There was no way in hell she was going to stay here, and whimper like a child, and wishing for Marluxia.

With all this filtering withing, she met Xemnas's harsh glint head on with her own defiant expression, strong, and just as rock solid as he was. It was uncomfortable, more so as this was the first time she and Xemnas had such a encounter, but she wasn't going to break away and wither like the pathetic fool she was back when she was human and had let herself be walked on and trampled.

    Never again.

It was not only this, but also the fact that she should stand up for her gender, and protect them from stereotypes and generalization. The man before her was the most chauvinistic Nobody she had ever seen. She was surprised she even permitted Xioimara in.

Despite it, the mood had progressed and remained at this stand still for a few seconds, the mental clock ticking in her head tauntingly, until she knew minutes were passing. Neither glanced off to anything in the room, and the staring contest was kept in a straight, fragile line. It wasn't until he opened his mouth that a sound was finally heard through the dense atmosphere, yet it didn't make the intense pressure fade, especially as his voice did not change of tone from last time.

"If you want to go ahead and go, then so be it. Next time, keep in mind on who are you talking to, because I might not be so merciless," he quipped, the warning echoing around them both, and it was the pure and utter reality that he needed to dawn upon her. Yet, he'll let her go if she wanted. He would give credit for not squirming, and meeting him with the challenge, but he never doubted the burning fire this girl possessed in her, bias of gender aside. With this set, he began to portal out slowly, the tendrils of darkness covering him, never letting go of her icy aquatic eyes. "Be ready, and I will know when you had left. Demyx will be there, so take into account what you've been told. We'll see how you perform, then, if you are persistent in your work and skill as a Organization member."

And with a final wisp, he disappeared.

All she did was let out a deep breath, swallowing slightly, the aura of what just occurred yet to leave, and she wished she could feel stronger than she did now. She shivered as she realized she was alone. But then, when hadn't she been? Still, it was over, and she gave it her shot, and all she had to do now was forget it, and get ready for the task. The fervor and excitement she was feeling for it before died completely after that confrontation, yet now she asked for it, she got it, and she will accomplish it. She hated this place. She really did. Running a hand down her face, she made her way to get up quietly, then remembered the letter that had been placed while she was sleeping. She already knew Marluxia wasn't responsible, so now was the time to find out who exactly gave it to her, and what it says. Looking over her shoulder, and grabbing it, she released the letter out of the envelope that had her name scribbled and handwritten clearly, and flipped the folded half over, her eyes going side to side as she began to read its contents. It didn't take long for her to know who was it from, and she had half a mind to stop and drop it, but continued on, letting each word sink in nonetheless just because.

By the moment she was finished, she just folded it back and held it in her hand without much emotion, her face blank like her mind. A part of her couldn't believe he had actually written his reasons about his behavior, and why he had suddenly taken a interest in her. It was ironic how he said that she couldn't let go of her "emotions" right where she felt lifeless, and as her being suggested, a Nobody. She supposed Xemnas just had that ability. For Demyx himself, however, she did not know what to think. He could have wrote it all for necessity and to save him from further scolding, or he could be serious. Even when he could be serious, it did not really bring her to a torn loop so much. This...this only sufficed in her not labeling him as the @ss she thought him to be, whose only purpose was to make her nonexistent life difficult, and maybe be a bit more gentle, but overall, he wasn't a person she would come to in the end, or actively seek. There was too much bad blood between them already, he had drenched her in water enough to remind her of a memory she'd rather forget, and it made her aware he wasn't any better than those people who had laughed and thrown the trick at her back then when she was too trustful...stupid at that as well, and it was best not to further anything than what it was now. It didn't make her think less or more of him, and she was neutral on the matter now that she read it, yet, the distance was to be there, especially after the rule had been provided. For all she knew, Demyx might be doing this for show, and be cursing her off in his head at the same time somewhere else. She didn't really care, either way. Not for anything that resided in this castle, minus Marluxia.

Grasping the letter, she got up, having to balance herself a little from the lack of movement her legs had been deprived off. Once it was normal, she stepped over to her closet, bringing out another dry set of her uniform to replace her damp one.

"Demyx, first, do not speak up to me in that matter unless you understand what you are talking about. Second, we do not hate. Is just mere common sense of why I chose not to depend on either of you to retrieve Larxene, of all members, and you have obviously missed the point of everything I stated. Be silent," he formulated with utmost calm, almost as if he was speaking of the weather, instead of raging with impatience. However, it did have a sort of ice that would typically be taken that he won't stand for any other outburst. Yes, there were certainly other important factors that are tied for his decision on not sending them for the task, yet, the main was of who they were going to deal with, and they did not meet the expections. Larxene will not listen to Demyx, and she will surely not bother with Axel not even a second without it turning into a full fleged out battle as a result of his actions back then. Second chances or not, it did not escape him of how the conclusion will end up to be when they have not changed, especially as it would not be thrown kindly to the sharp tongue Larxene possessed. It was the reason why he needed someone with patience, yet with a strong determination, someone she knew and had spoken to for the most part, and had a twist with words for this mission. None of who volunteered met those qualifications. Axel did in a few, minus the "patience"; perhaps the most crucial. "I suggest you not question me or my reasons again, and I will stand by what I said. You should not have spoken as you were not the one I was specifically directing this to as well. We do not need two members to accomplish this, and so, only one will go. As for the matter on betrayal, we have been suspicious of Axel ever since he came back from Castle Oblivion alone, which is questionable in itself, something that you did not bother to note at the time. But, that's the least of the issues at hand. I can easily send a past traitor if I found him fitting enough to convince Larxene without physical enforcement."

OOC: I just noticed that Toxyn's appearance is like Xemnas's, only more Dragonball Zish...

    o.o

Larxene didn't say anything to Marluxia's words or gave a vocal answer. She simply hugged his arm, and made him plop back down on the bed to sit beside her, despite the fact that she was once again, flustered, and flattered at the affection he was giving. Her cheeks were slightly tinted pink at the kiss, no matter how much she wanted it gone, and not...there. He should really stop doing that, and to such a level as well, people might get the wrong idea. This wasn't exactly something she got every day to not be affected by it, and now she was truthfully embarrassed even when she tried to control her composure. The guy had some nerve to do that when Xemnas was present, though, and she had to smirk inside at that. It made her ponder if he was the one to also kiss her on the cheek the first time when she was sleeping, because she knew somehow that someone did...and her doubt about Marluxia being the culprit were heightened simply because the lips were contrasting when compared to each other. It was unnerving. Though when she felt the edge of the letter poke her backside, in a one second realization, a part of her started to connect things as it was being made clear, but halted from looking at the envelope in reaction, her mind reeling at who was the culprit of all this. Otherwise, she just remained silent, her action speaking for itself on whether or not she wanted Marluxia to stay, and it was a bit too late for second thoughts. She honestly didn't want to depend on Marluxia. Honestly she didn't. Yet, here she was, doing the opposite of what she knew she should do. She was aware that she would have to set a rift between them sooner or later, and only rely back on herself, just for her sake and protection.

On the positive side, she was feeling much better overall, and she was able to regain some energy and strength with that one, small pill. She might be able to go to this mission in the end...however, it wasn't certain if she will be paired with Demyx. Xemnas already said that they won't be together alone on jobs, so, were there any changes...? Thinking this, she stared at her boss as he was distracted as he gazed out her window, and cleared her throat, saying, this time, her voice back to its usual high pitch, and scarily polite, "Superior? If this rule is to be taken into account, what of the teams that you have assigned?"

Xemnas didn't have much of a problem focusing back his attention on the female enough to hear her question, though a part of his mind was contemplating on what was happening elsewhere with Axel and Demyx. He had not exactly came to a firm decision, but, there weren't many options left now after the events in Where Nothing Gathers. He did not like the fact that she and Marluxia were going to work together, lest alone they pull something, nevertheless, they could be easily be kept a watch on. Even so, he was willing to test out her and Demyx, a risk that he could make just to see if they keep true to the rule. "I suppose I don't have any other choice, do I? But no, I have not come to a verdict. I might perhaps make a sort of exception just today, for all we know."

Larxene frowned, her nostrils flaring, but did not say anything to that. How was he still going to let her be Demyx's partner? She could admit, her and Marluxia weren't the most trustful to be placed on the same side, yet it was a much smoother and healthier path than the alternative. It was almost impossible to make sense of what Xemnas is usually thinking, and somehow, she didn't even really want to understand the man at all for her sanity.

Spotting Vexen having nasty face on when watching Marluxia and her interact, she sent a glare that really just said, "What the hell are you still doing here?" And it appeared he had gotten the point all too happily.

"Master Xemnas, if I can kindly take my leave now that my job is done, I would like to go back and work with Lexeaus," he asked with the most fluent of manners, and with much respect in his tone to gain favor, not able to last any longer in here, and witness the sickening display that Marluxia and Larxene were presenting, Xemnas unaware as he was occupied with something that kept his interest. This was amusing. If he did not see the kiss on the cheek himself, he wouldn't have bought it one minute. After seeing the Superior give a nod, with glower at the other two, he began to portal out, darkness surrounding him before he was fully gone.

"To proceed, I might just have another mission for one of you right now," he proclaimed mere seconds after Vexen left, glancing at the two that stayed. It wasn't that he didn't have faith in his members, or their abilities, to warrant extra help. It was that they still had a lot to learn of that other Organization, and it will be best to have back-up until they truly learn of their powers and weaknesses. For all they knew, they could have Nobodies as powerful as Xaldin or Saïx in their hands. "You see, Demyx has decided to run away, or 'take a break', after what occurred in the meeting room, which is self-explainable, and apparently ran into a unknown enemy. I sent Axel after him, and he did reach him, from what I could tell, but now, there are three, so we need to even the odds, if one is willing. Especially for a battle, as we need some statistics, and it will be the perfect opportunity to get some information regarding their skills."

Larxene immediately raised her hand with a devilish grin on her face as she loosen one arm out of Marluxia's, well prepared to head out, and do a warm up after being in rest for minutes. She was kind of startled to hear that the idiot would actually run away because of this, yet as usual, it slid by past her, as her problems with him were annihilated. "I would gladly volunteer." Not that she really had muscles to flex that were in any way obvious, being a girl, and the fact that she was blatantly slender, but everyone had some automatically, and it was time to harness them. She stretched a little, her nerves active and in adrenaline at the anticipation of a fight. She really needed a outlet. "Because of Vexen's medicine, I feel in tip-top shape, so I'll be able to handle it."

It was of no shock that Xemnas hesitated as he was visually thinking it over, and she set her expression hard, determination in her eyes. It was one of those moments where she felt a type of unmeasurable dislike and anger when it came to their leader and his narrow minded view. She knew that if it was Marluxia, he wouldn't have to think twice on letting him go. It wasn't even just the concern that she had been exhausted previously, when she was now healed. "I know you may believe that I'm not that strong simply because of my gender, a fact that is proven by the lack of females in the Organization, but you perfectly well know that I can take care of myself more than a few others here, and if you refuse to let me go, I will do so anyway unless you stop me by some other method. And you know I won't go down until you kill me. I'm in this group for a reason, and not as decoration, and if I have to make myself do something, I will do so, with or without your permission."

Along with her words, she made herself not sound too disrespectful, and less sharp than she would've liked when side by side with her fury, but she also wanted to get through to him that just because she had boobs, didn't mean she was weaker compared to the pigs that surrounded this castle.

Xemnas set his lips in a thin line, not very fond of the idea of Axel volunteering, for many reasons. He doubted that the relationship between him and Larxene was stable after the events of Castle Oblivion, or as he preferred, the Castle Of Forgotten Memories, for this to go well at any given point. Yes, he needed someone who was strong enough in willpower to get her, and yet, he also couldn't get someone to come like Demyx, who he believed she wouldn't listen to. Pair them together to search for her, and it will be disastrous. Marluxia was the one qualified more for this than the rest, but he had trust issues with him. However, it was the same with Axel, so it was a stalemate. It was just that, with the Graceful Assassin, he had his doubts he will attempt to leer Larxene toward coming back, and respect her decision instead. In actuality, not many members will successfully be able to get Larxene without being severely hurt or injured on both sides, so it wasn't like he had much options. Despite this fact, though, Axel appeared to have misunderstood him. He stared at the man with wary orange eyes, as sharp as they were. "I think you may have taken the notion of what I said too literally, Axel. You are to enforce and convince Larxene to come back, and I require someone with much fervor and hardheadedness enough not to give up, and meet her head on, but without the use of violence. You see, you fit the description I stated too well in fired willpower, and with certain issues unsolved between you and her, I suspect it won't be ending well. So extra help, as well as any healing, will not be needed in this situation. Is a hard task to complete without reverting to a battle, which is why I don't think you are capable of doing the job, Axel, which shows in you suggesting Demyx's help. I need someone more better, and someone who I think is formidable enough to be able to handle it mentally. The point of getting her back is by means of words, rather than hits. With Larxene, you need a in-depth understanding, and a way to get through her mind, to steer her in the right path. If you resort to violence, then she will resort to violence, and nothing will get accomplished, as it would only drive her away. Unless you meet these qualifications, then I assure, it will be pointless to send you. If I go myself, I could destroy her in the long run, considering that I am aware that I'm her least favorite person, and she won't go without a fight no matter what I say, I presume. On top of this, the world she's in doesn't bode well in calling attention to yourselves in terms of magic."

He was perhaps a bit too truthful in his words, yet, as it stands, he could not beat around the bush with this, and while he was blunt in telling the redheaded man that he was not cut out for it, it was to be said. Axel was one of the few, along with Marluxia and Larxene, even Roxas, to prove themselves. And he could not help, but remain cautious. In fact, Roxas, while not really interacting with Larxene much in the way of Demyx, could be rightly fitting. The boy just had this magic on attracting people to him, he had witnessed himself. It was unfortunate that there were also problems buried that prevented it from happening. Perhaps Xigbar...he had been mighty friendly with the rest back then, and had no troubles with anyone.

OOC: My goodness, I might as well have placed Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman? by Bryan Adams the way Xemnas was going.

She sat right up in her bed, though quite blindly and woozy, as her eyes weren't still on full focus, completely ignoring the pang of agony that went along her spine once more for that. She eyed Marluxia warily when he gave her a look, and she would've shrugged, but remembered that she had a terrible backache again, and stopped it for the second time. Groaning inwardly as her friend went to place the pill in her mouth, which she didn't notice until she felt the item touch her lips, she hesitated. This was Vexen, after all, and the fact that they severely disliked each other wasn't unknown to anybody. Well, other than Demyx, yet that was only recent. Besides, she was positive that if this medicine was poisoned or so, Xemnas wouldn't have given much care considering he didn't believe in emotions when he wasn't capable of any, and what would really grate him is that Vexen pulled that trick under his nose. And Vexen wasn't stupid, if he wanted to keep his life, when he feared the Superior very openly. It was this that got her take it, even if she was still doubtful, and let it flow down her throat and to her stomach as she drank water. And drank she did. She had gulped the whole glass in just a matter of seconds, not realizing how thirsty she was until it was offered to her, and taking advantage of it.

Pushing away the cup now that she was done, she sent Marluxia a nod, and then went to gaze at the other two who were waiting, precisely Xemnas, the fog in her vision being a obstacle from seeing him fully. But, soon, as if by some miracle, she inwardly gaped when her sight started clearing suddenly, and she had to blink her eyes, something she was doing constantly, to make certain that it was really leaving. The burning and stinging was also fading away, and the next time she shut her eyelids, only to open them, her visual perception was back to normal 100%. All the while, she felt the throe of pain in her back go away as well, something that was lifted off of her and left her with such freedom that she breathed deeply, and she just stayed silent, quite stunned. Worked quickly too. Well...

She had to give it to Vexen, really.

Not that she was going to say it out loud, of course.

However, when Marluxia mentioned another thing to her, she startled, wanting to look down at what he was hiding away in curiosity, but made sure that her eyes didn't shift in case she was caught. That had to wait until later, but it still made her eyebrows frown, wondering...contemplating. A letter...?

"Feeling better?" Xemnas inquired, getting their attention, though he said it so tonelessly and empty that people might've wondered why he asked it in the first place when it wasn't meaningful. He was doing this out of necessity, so to speak, and that was something he could admit.

Larxene took it in stride though, yet, wasn't going to give Vexen the pleasure to be proud, and simply gave a lazy roll of her eyes, raising her shoulders, "Meh...it's okay."

Vexen scoffed again, in disbelief. "It's exceptional! Works in just a few passing seconds, and will heal any and all hurt and aches. Hence, why you appear less tired. My greatest art so far. Be grateful I bothered."

He was going to add "wench" at the end, but wisely decided not to.

Xemnas sighed. "That is not really of importance. As long as it did its job, that is what counts. Now, for the reason I am here..." At this, he concentrated fully on Larxene, not paying mind to anything else, and not wanting to get lost in a discussion. He was to get to the point, and no idle chatter. "As you are aware, you attacked Demyx. For this, I have proclaimed the rule that you are not to touch, look, or communicate with him in any possibl-"

"You're kidding?" Larxene gawked, for the first time, a genuine grin appearing on her face as she grasped Marluxia's arm in "glee". Yes, yes, this is just what she needed to hear right at this very moment. She couldn't believe this. The pain in the @ss will be finally gone for good. She could keep that rule, and she was able to ignore him without much problem. Is not like she wanted to talk to him in the first place. It was perfect, she wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. It was odd how Xemnas basically gave her a gift.

"Not I am not," he coughed, sending her a warning stare to keep her voice, and tone, down, and to let him finish. She did so, as expected, and he continued. "It is better for you, him, and the Organization overall. I do not need childish and immature fighting in the group when we are facing adversaries as of now, which came the decision of keeping you apart, rather than getting rid of you. I'm positive you will not have any complaints about this, so I will say that, while permanently, this can become temporary if you two manage to keep this very exceptionally, and would later on not need the rule to be thrown for you not to speak to one another. It can be erased when I will think is the right time. Otherwise, the only exception when you are allowed to contact him, is when, if needed, you are on a mission, but not just with you both alone. In larger groups, if you understand. And on the fact of your...behavior this afternoon with Demyx, and with your 'emotional' outburst, you will be prohibited to visit any outside world for a week. I do not completely blame you for what you committed, as I know he did so on purpose, and knew the reaction, so it will be mild. Be lucky you did not end up killing him. Got it?"

She nodded quietly, not in such a happy mood, as she hated being cooped up in this castle, finding it boring, and empty, and without life...then again, wasn't that what she was? A Nobody? Even so, she still did not like it here.

"Good," was all he finished with, only to then look over thoughtfully through Larxene's window, beside her balcony, sensing that the two members that belonged to him were now surrounded by three. "Hmm..."

THINK JAPANESE VOICE! THINK JAPANESE VOICE!

Actually, the whole thing with Tuxedo Mask is quite sexy, when you think about it...

It just doesn't fit Zexion's style.

Either way, I don't think I'll ever think Axel as none other than sexay x3.

    Larxene: It's not fast food, it's Wendy's! ;P

You think that's bad? Now, every time I see a Wendy's, Larxene pops up in my head automatically. Is terrible xD. And most of the time when I think of Zexion, I see him fighting villains with a red rose and in a suit.

The other two I don't mind that much.

Larxene complained, mentally, rather than outwardly, though she did whine indignantly when Marluxia shook her again, knowing it was him by his voice. This time, what he was saying reached her ears, but her spine was still in agony from her stupid act of moving when she had a bad back, and even though he was mentioning that he had something that will help her, it was difficult to not feel exhausted, or be lazy, and not really want to get up at all. She was too fatigue. Once you got to sleep, it was hard to wake up, and it was the exact same for her. Why couldn't this wait later? Did it have to be when she was sleeping peacefully and getting away from everything? Still holding off the pain, she felt her covers being thrown off, and a cold air and breeze shook her to the bone at the sudden retreat of her cozy warm cave, making her shiver.

It was there that she had had it, and she was about to curse Marluxia's head off, whatever moment they had before be damned, but he got there before her, and she found her body being straightened. She hissed again when the movement caused another strain on her spine, though he did it gently enough where it couldn't really affect her except give her a few seconds of discomfort. However, it certainly didn't make it better either. Frowning now, as she refused to open her eyes for the sake of just rebelling against what he was doing, she nonetheless laid still when she felt warm breaths in her ear, and she listened. Xemnas? So that's what she sensed was here, yet she felt there was another one. Finally giving up when it was apparent that she wasn't getting back her sleep with the boss present, she repeatedly slapped Marluxia away in his arms and in his chest for the hell of it without mercy childishly, and for a sort of payback for his persistence on waking her up. When she was satisfied, she waited until her pupils were fine enough to be opened, because they were heavy with sleep, and they were stinging too much to rub them, and so she took her time. They were in the exact health from when she had knocked off in dreamland, and she would think they would've been more smoother, but it was the opposite. They were worse because they were tired, and she was forcing them not to head back into slumber along with herself.

Slightly lifting them up enough so a fraction of vision could be seen, it was quite blurry at first, so she had to blink them as she had done numerous times, and she could see, though not much, just enough to tell who was who. There was Marluxia next to her, in which she glowered displeasingly at, and when she shifted, she did spot Xemnas in all his emotionless glory. What she didn't expect, and she had to blink her eyes more to make sure she wasn't delirious, was Vexen. It was there she groaned, sick of having being woken up this way, and now having to deal with that old man who was in his mid-life crisis, mumbling with a rasp and in a whisper, "Great...the first thing to see is Vexen's ugly mug face when you wake up..."

Vexen flared in anger as his eyes bulged. "Why you-!"

"You be quiet," he commanded in a low tone as he eyed the girl, and Vexen did as told right off, though was obviously furious and showed it well when he was glaring at Larxene with a malicious look in his eyes, muttering under his breath. Xemnas glanced at Marluxia again, in silent communication about the medicine, that were in his hands along with the cup of water to be given to her, then directed his sight on the 12th member herself. "Once you are given the treatment, and wide awake soon, I will speak to you. "

Vexen simply humphed at Marluxia's audacity, knowing well that the title of Lord for Castle Oblivion had made him believe he is of higher importance. No matter. The higher they are, the harder they will fall. He watched as the mongrel started to wake her up, Xemnas staring calmly, and they both waited.

Larxene had yet not entered the stage of deep sleep, nevertheless, she did enter the stage where any noise or distractions were ignored or dismissed, so when she felt someone shake her, despite being almost numb with her dark, unconscious mind to really experience the push, she gave a short hum in her throat, and continued sleeping, draping her one arm over her head in the pillow as she breathed slowly. She didn't even hear his words. No matter what, the interruption did affect her, though, as she attempted to be comfortable again in a position now that she was sensing her surroundings, aware even through her sleep, that her sticky outfit was bothersome from it being damp, and it was kind of hot. In the end, her brain not clear and only by bodily reaction, she moved to her side, which was a very bad act to commit. Almost immediately, her back gave the most violent cry of protest as it shot her a pang of shocking pain up her spine, and naturally, she let out a hiss as she dug her face into her fluffy pillow, gritting her teeth, as one hand grasped the sheets tight in a fist. That certainly gave her enough jolt to wake her up, but she still didn't open her eyes as they stung from unshed tears, this time, from the burning sensation.

As she held back from being overdramatic about this, and just let the hurt lessen in time as she took it in, she began to ponder, though slow and a bit hazy, who had shaken her. She wrapped herself in her blankets instead, the letter coming closer to her upper body unbeknownst to her, but she just really wanted the person who was bothering her, and was the cause of her disturbance, to go away. Even if it was Marluxia, or whoever was there in her room now. To get the point, she gave a low, warning growl, like a fierce cat, before biting her tongue to ease the throb in her back.

    Damn it...

Vexen halted himself from chuckling, or smirking at Larxene's reaction, not wanting to express himself to that point of rudeness with the Superior present, but despite her faults, the girl was sometimes just too amusing for her own good.
