I never shop at Gamestop anymore after I saw a second-hand copy of MGS 4 just $5 dollars cheaper than a new one. That and the games are just so overpriced. At least with places like Kmart or Harvey Norman, they have a good deal and so on. I personally prefer to do my shopping on Ebay due to the fact that I'm probably less likely to pay for a new game that was previously second-hand. If it is second hand, it doesn't matter since the prices I find are always at least $40 dollars cheaper. >.>
Repliku has pretty much listed most of the things you should do. I find exercising or finding a physical activity where you can use your anger is quite effective.
Well, first of all, I thought the footage of Dead Fantasy at the beginning was a bit random. I mean when I looked at the title, I immediately assumed it's going to be about Sora and Roxas. I know the majority of the video is probably about the two but it distracted me so I wasn't sure what you were going to throw at me next. You have a really good song but I began to lose interest throughout the video. Start strong and finish strong. A common mistake is to have a really good opening but a half-hearted attempt at wrapping it all up. Perhaps some more clips of fighting during the chorus because it gets exciting and so on. It's a interesting song choice and from my point of view, it just begs for action. Oh, and try not to have such a long ending in your future videos. I thought the whole thing was going to go from 5 minutes but you finished 2 minutes earlier. In your case, finish it with a bang. Put the credits in your description. Get rid of the picture and song at the end. We know it's you who made the video. >.> Or alternatively you could use a transparent watermark. I look forward to seeing what else you'll make. 3.5/5.
^ Considering Supernatural is a TV series, it doesn't count as a movie. >.> Battle Royale or Reign Over Me.
I'm torn between Metal Gear and Disgaea atm.
^Sora2940, don't quote the WHOLE fanfic if you have a favourite part in the future. Takes too much scrolling time. I loved the whole voodoo doll idea, DF. It was smart and it was original. ...btw you should so totally do a yuri "The Doll" next xDDDDD
Metal Gear Saga - Metal Gear Solid 4 OST.
The Republic. It's an interesting read about justice and an ideal government but apart from that... ...zzz.
CtR is right. Video game sequels are far from always being darker. Most of the time, the sequel of a successful series is only made darker because they are trying to appeal to a older audience. A kid who played the previous one, say 3 years ago, is obviously going to have a different way of thinking and logic. The company has to ensure it can appeal to an older audience because you would normally play the first game before moving on to the second one. KH II, I suppose, isn't a great example of being darker and complex storyline. I very much doubt they would allow the killing of loveable Disney characters or an actual explanation why character don't seem to bleed when attacked (for example, Sora. How many times have you been stabbed/burned/fried and so on in a fight?). I guess it mostly comes down to the person who plays the game if they pick things up and regard them as dark. When my sister played KH II, she disregarded the fact that the Organization was trying to become whole again and saw them as 'the bad guys'. Whereas I sympathized them and thought: is Sora justified into killing these people who just want happiness? In games such as RE or GOW, they have already established the tone of darkness and violence. The games are meant to target an older audience who won't go running around with a gun and are of stable mind. That doesn't neccesarily mean that all the people who play are of stable mind but I digress.
You can't please everyone, that's for sure.
Wowza, this looks epic. I just need a PSP for it now. >.>
Near was totally awesome, man. White hair ftw. I loved the whole toy obsession thing. ...btw, I thought Matt's clothes majorly suck so nyeh.
Hmm, howdy fellas.
If I could be a boss in MGS3, I would so totally be Ocelot. The whole gunslinger thing is just awesome.
Dood, that's tough. I completely agree with you, Mirai. The way your grandma acts is disgusting. As Darkwatch said, try and maintain yourself. I know it can be difficult but if you lose control, things might get violent. I think you should talk to someone you know (obviously not your grandma or brother now.), perhaps your parents and ask them if they can have a talk with her. She might not budge in her opinion but you perhaps negotiate that she keeps her opinions to herself. Also remember she's an old lady. She lived in a different time than us. Back then things were way different than now. You can't change everyone with new rules, ideals and morals. I'd understand if you decided to explode at say someone who is in their teens or an adult. But she's an old lady, probably in her late years. I can somewhat relate to an old Vietnam veteran who insulted me for being Chinese. But hey, he was an old dude who fought for the country I lived in. I don't like his opinion of me but I respect him as an elder. I nearly bashed up a kid for insulting me but that's a different story. Good luck. Try to get your brother to not use the N word. If he does, probably deserves to get bashed then.
As Misty said, believe him for now. He might surprise you. ...and if he doesn't, just find someone else. If he doesnt make the cut, then don't play favourites.
In this situation, there isnt alot you can do. You don't need to say anything but just be there and lend your support.
Popcorn. ...actually scratch that. Just Popcorn in general. Maybe chocolate when I crave for sugar.
Yo, sup, my peeps? I want to join. Haven't joined one before at the forums.
...how does he actually? Surely the Dark Lord of the Sith must have to go when nature calls.
