Legion: good. the thing is to look at a heart, there are two ways. one is opening up your chest and looking at it. The other way is checking the pulse.

Legion: to you, he is better known as 4sight. A gazer keeps watch over a peticular world or world cluster. The gazer is then partnered up with a libra (thats me) and gives the Libra this cloak. This cloak is constantly updated by the gazer and basiclly tells the libra what he or she must do.
