It's not terrible, but it deffinately needs work. Just some minor blending and lighting problems, that's all.

The big blue lighting thing is just a giant distraction. Maybe you should get rid of that and the render quality is poor. I would suggest getting a different render. Also, the render does'nt really blend that well.
I don't have a render of him in Nine-Tailed form, sorry.
