Ah, I misread your post, sorry. However, waveshining is against rules in nearly every league and tournament (that I know of), considering only Fox and Falco can do it and is considerably cheap.

I do agree about the Yoshi thing, but remember, it was only the pros that I talked to, I haven't talked to international pros. And please don't misunderstand me, I never stated I was a pro, I just believe I can take him on.

You really need to be able to do wavedashing on command to be even considered to be a pro, heck, I can do it and I'm not even close to being a pro.

Not to disrespect you, but all the 'pros' I've ever talked to have nearly all said that the two worst characters of all Melee are Yoshi and Mewtwo, so unless you are unbelievably good with Fox, I think I could take you. xD

Text doesn't really blend (I know this because I have the same problem. xD )
I really suggest that you either give Naruto back his color or give him an orange tinge so that he matches the rest of the sig. Maybe make the border a little smaller? I dunno, that doesn't really bother me that much.

What program are you using? I can help you a great deal if it's Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, but if it's GIMP, I can't really help you. xD

Anyways, I'll start with what I can do until you answer. xD
First off, I like the text placing, but someone else might argue with that (I'm not too great with text). Second, most of the time you want the main focus to fit into the frame a little better, in this sig, you have the render/stock a little too big for the size of the sig. Overall, way better than my first sig.
