Well, preferably anyone who is real good, but for the time being it doesn't matter. Just anyone with picture editing software (not on this computer, so I can't do it myself) that can change the size of the picture and change it into a format that can be used as an avatar.
I have quite a few favorites, Sephiroth, Darth Vader, possibly Liquid Snake or Ninja from MGS, or simply an villian that succeeds and never gets taken down.
