Besides the fact that this is wicked art.... It's a bit choppy, you can still see some of where it originally came from. I suggest zooming it VERY close to see where, then zoom out and look at it. Just scan the contour.
It seems a bit....chunky. And there are many things that don't really make sense to me. The hands, I can't see the face and the hair, the feet don't have much of a 3D sense. I would suggest shading and 'building-blocks' to get started again, so....yeah.
Please, can somebody help me on this? I opened GIMP today and there were no tabs for anything. I could select options but I couldn't lower opacity, fade out, etc. Can somebody help me with this? Thanks.

Very nice, it looks like something was painted behind it, very well done O_o. The right is very blank though, I would suggest filling that up with something just a bit, but not too much of it. You don't want it too busy. And the light thing at the bottom, it's kinda bright, and the shape goes well with the rest of it, the very white brightness of it doesn't. Like Xiggy said, I would suggest adding a bit of color to it. Otherwise, I really like this.
