Michael entered the castle to rejoin the others. As he walked further into the castle, however, he felt a familiar energy. "This is going to be fun."
The battle continued to rage, neither combatant willing to give in. After some time, Michael caught Sardra off guard and threw his sword like a boomerang, slicing off Sardra's wings. Sardra screamed in pain as he fell to the courtyard below. Michael landed on the ground. "S-Spare me, please....." "You showed the other Keldon no mercy, why should I show you any?" "Please, I beg you." "Vae Victas." Michael said as he plunged his sword into Sardra's heart.
OOC: It all goes back to the Demonium war. The Kingdom of Reynar started killing Keldon in order to try to get the secret to their power, which the Keldon refused to reveal. Reynar, being a militaristic nation, pushed other human nations into banding together, making them believe that keldon were demons intent on taking over the land, which sparked the war. However, after the war, the Kingdom of Reynar is still trying to eliminate the Keldon, paying anyone a substantial bounty for each Keldon they kill.
"Why'd you do it, Sardra? How could you betray your own race?" "Everyone has their price, Michael. I was promised protection if I helped Reynar. Besides, I was cast out from the Keldon years ago..." "For good reason, you tried to give the forbidden texts to the humans. Do you have any idea what would have happened if they ever deciphered our language and used what was written in the texts?" "Enough talk. I will enjoy watching you die." The two took to the air and began to fight.
Townspeople scattered as the group marched toward the castle. A man with bat-like wings flew down into the courtyard. "Well, if it isn't the little half-breed...." "Sardra....why are you here, you trecherous serpent?" "Serving my master, the King. What else?" "Stand aside, dog. The time of your master's execution is now." "I'm afraid I can't let you do that." Sardra summoned his weapon, a scythe with a black blade. Michael looked to his comrades. "Go on ahead, Sardra and I have a score to settle. Save a piece of the king for me." Michael said as he readied for combat.
"We shouldn't run into too much trouble out here. I'm more worried about the castle's security...."
They reached the gates of Reynar. "Halt! Who goes there?" Asked the guard on the left. "Keldon?! Capt......." The guard to the right was cut off as both were hit with wind blasts and slammed against the wall, knocking them out.
"It doesn't matter, I'm just glad that you're willing to repent. Now are you coming or what?"
Michael dispelled the vortex. The bandits fell to their knees, breathing heavily. "No, these idiots aren't worth it.... If you truely want to redeem yourself, Cliff, the Kingdom of Reynar, the main instigator of the war is but a stone's throw away. I planned to head there eventually to bring that corrupt city down." Michael looked at the bandits "If you want to live, I suggest you leave now, or else I can't speak for what my friend here is going to do to you." The boss stood up. "This isn't over yet! We'll meet again." The bandits ran off.
A trio of bandits came toward the group. "Now isn't this a touching scene, two keldon in love. The king of Reynar is going to pay a mint for the both of you." The bandits laughed. The short bandit on the left spoke up. "The girl looks pretty. Let me have 5 minutes alone with her, boss." Michael pointed his sword at the bandit "Touch her and I'll rip your eyes from their sockets." The musclebound man on the right readied his weapon "Looks like we got a live one here, boss." The boss stared at Michael. "You look familiar....you wouldn't happen to be Michael, would you?" "What if I am?" The boss laughed "I knew it. Me and you got a little score to settle. I'm going to enjoy tearing the wings from your back, just as I did to so many of your kind during the Demonium War." Michael clenched his free hand in rage, then conjured a vortex around the bandits. He watched them gasp for air as the vortex drew the breath from their lungs.
"Thanks Kai, but having you here is all I need."
"Got what done?"
"We will, I'm sure of it."
OOC: I would get in to more RPG's, but with my job, college, and everything else in my life, it's kinda hard to find time to do other things.

This is my first time making an rp, so go easy on me. Anyway, this rp takes place in Feudal Japan. Other than that, there is no storyline, so have fun. Characters can have relationships, but as in other rp's, keep it clean. No godmodding either. Anyone making a character needs to follow this format. Name- Age- Weapon-(Stick to the timeline on this one, please.) Description- Bio-(Make it as short or as long as you want.) Here's my Character Name-Koza Age-21 Weapon-Katana Descripion-Long black hair, Blue, wears glasses and a blue robe and has half of a coin on a necklace around his neck. Bio-Former nobleman wrongly accused of killing his family. Having just escaped the prison he was awaiting his death sentence and slaying all of the guards and the other prisoners, he travels to find the true murderer of his family, killing anyone who stands in his way. He has been labeled 'Koza the Blood Demon' by the government and has posted an extremely large bounty on his head.
