here's what I think will come out. The incredibles world. Hunchback of norterdam's world. Toy story world. Olympus colisium. Destiny islands. Crossroad world (the place the battle between the knights and the bald guy took place)
The last boss is probally the bald guy.
Roxas may not be appearing in KH3 because his role in KH is probally over. If he appears it's most likely to help sora or something.
NONONONOONOONONON!!! How many times do I have to explain!!! A person has three parts. The heart, soul, and body. A hearless is made out of a heart, and a nobody is made out of the soul and body. Let me get some things clear once and for all. 1. A person is made up of three parts. The heart, the body and the soul. The heart makes a heartless while the body and soul makes a nobody. 2. The knights are NOT sora, riku, mickey,roxas, kairi, or whoever we have known from KH,KHCOM, and KH2.
Namine said that she was a nobody when she was explaining to roxas what a nobody was. We still don't know whether kairi used the keyblade for that battle only or she could use the keyblade again.
Nomura had confirmed that sora and co. would continue to appear in because if they put sora out of KH3, it wouldn't be kingdom hearts anymore would it?

Correction. King Mickey was chosen by a keyblade whose name we don't know. Sora was chosen by the Kingdom Key.
About Mickey, did you people notice that his clothes were changeds=d. I mean his clothes usually have a bit red and all that. Also is the keyblade micky was holding, the star seeker. I wonder if nomura had any reason to let micky hold this particular keyblade. I have an insane theory here. Maybe KH3 will take place in a parrellel world. Maybe we'll play as king mickey who is looking for the bald guy so he can defeat him and restore order to the worlds. The default weapon could be the star seeker (as nomura showed it in the battle. Maybe it's a special keyblade?), and Mickey also gains other keyblades (there were about 10000 keyblades in that battle. The interesting part was that nomura used a lvl 99 sora with ultima weapon. Note: sora has to fight this ALONE. Actually, the bald guy didn't create the guy with the heartless suit, he spilt himself into half.

Sorry to be the breaker of the bad news but..... In (i think?) yen sid's book, he stated that the a persson has three parts, the heart, the body and the soul. If the heart is released, it becomes a heartless. The body AND soul left behind turn into a nobody. So..... I don't think there is anything left....
