Dean said thoughtfully, he never knew it but Rikku used those guns in her Gunner dressphere and during the two years, Dean stumbled upon some ruins no-one in Spira knew about, sure there wasn't any spheres but he found a surprise, his old guns which were still working and he found the monowheel parts 2 months after that discovery and restored it.
