He sat before sitting up, using his arm to propel himself up and he felt the numbness within it, containing and firing that wind magic must of injured it but he felt feeling back in that arm, he'd guess the I'Cie mark or whatever was inside him, perhaps his crystal or whatever it is was tending to the injury.
