KH2 would probably benefit from using Birth by Sleep's Command Style system to replace the Drive menu. It might be difficult to do right, but it would definitely be more fun than scrolling through a menu and would encourage players to use more strategy than spamming Reflega and Limits. The Summon leveling system could also use an overhaul.
