Anorexia is a general word for people who almost never eat. This is most always caused by the person's mental health. Often times girls or guys might think they are fat, when in reality they are extremely skinny. That, or they just purposely don't eat to attract attention. Often times this relates to cutting, and bulimia as well. Bulimia often is the result of anorexia. Bulimia is when the person makes themself throw up after eating because they fear gaining weight. So, if you are anorexic, you are also bulimic as well to some extent. Usually drugs or medication is taken to make yourself deplete your system of waste. Or you make your self hack up your food after eating it. You can't be one without the other, from my point of view. :) Hope that helps.
