Personally, I never was that fond of Scooby Doo, I personally preferred action shows with hot blooded awesomness and epic TO BE CONTINUED moments, so I was more of a fan of the Ninja turtles rather then Scooby.

So essentially your making the game harder for yourself if you choose anit hero? You could always just have a difficulty system. Also since when does Batman hurt civilians. I prefer the Arkham Asylum concept, it's about what Batman does best, striking fear into his victims.
