Did you forget, you summoned Avatar on your Main Phase 2 and Effect veiler was used to negate it's effect, not it's summon as Avatar does state it cannot be be negated by Spells or Traps but it doesn't say Monster's, then Terror Incarnate's effect activates, destorying my last Fluff Token and your monsters since it said all other monsters on the field since terror Incarnate's effect is Priority before Avatar has a chance to regain it's effect.
