Let's break this down... 1. We don't make members staff when they're new. Most of the staff here are staff because they were good members on this site, as well as the previous PHPBB forum. 2. Most members are made mod after being such horrible member's because they make amends. All staff here have a record of indecency. I know I have that too. I used to be a horrible member waaaay back in the day. But I got better, evolved and became a good staff member. It's all part of the cycle of member's. 3. Some member's aren't mod's, like NRA, because we haven't been putting consideration to other member's. We aren't even looking for staff, so why are you complaining? We went through a massive staff search for about 3 month's, now it's over. If we wanted more staff, we could easily do so. We aren't because there is no point now. We are currently working on making our current staff member's the best they can be. 4. John S. was given FH first because he offered his services, and we needed someone to help us look over the Spam Zone. DA was then shortly made FH afterward because we were still under our staff search. And ALSO don't forget we don't just make members all-the-sudden-staff, we go through an entire cavity search of the member, learning about them, and interviewing them. FH is a status that we do because we find those member's have potential. And we work with them until they are eventually mod-capable. 5. And mod's like myself are NOT hypocrites. The only spamming I ever, EVER do is in the spam zone. The spam zone. Where it's perfectly legal. I would only do it else where because it was a comedic reference to the subject. EDIT: And btw, the staff aren't just slaves. We can do what we feel like doing to have fun just like the member's. Even if it means having just ONE word in relation to the subject. :/ It wouldn't be fair otherwise. 6. We lock thread's after the question is answered because there is no more need of the subject. We ALWAYS put "If you have any other questions just PM one of the staff or a reliable member," so we really aren't doing anything wrong, IMO. 7. And I have no comment's about the flamming-to-closing. That's often because a pointless argument is brought up within' a discussion that is causing more and more member's to collaborate. We don't really need that. :/ 8. And deleting post's the way you say is kinda unnecessary, because that isn't right to delete that many post's. We would be deleting hundred's of post's a day if this were the case you describe. So yeah...that's all I feel like contributing here. Lulz.
