Thursday, September 26, 2013 | Day 5: 3/5 | Mood: Happy | Music | Location: School "Noah for the eighteenth time, I don't want your damn money... I can't pay you back...""You don't have to, I owe you money too." There was a silence between the two schoolboys dressed in uniform. Adam leaned against his locker tapping his foot and his classmate Noah searched through his wallet and handed the impatient boy £1.60. Adam stared at it for a moment and looked back up at him smiling, "Thank you." Adam put his hands in his pocket and headed over to the cafeteria with Noah walking along next to him and he spoke up saying, "But I will still feel the need to pay you back, and I do not like owing people.""Oh no, I am at a £1.60 loss, I am going to die."Adam laughed and punched Noah in the arm and continued, "No but seriously, even if not in money.""Not in money, how else would you pay me back?"Adam was quiet for a moment and then spoke in a questioningly sarcastic way, "Sexual favors?""Gross.""Okay how about I give you two bags of crisps I have at home.""No really, don't worry about it." Adam walked into the cafeteria and immediately his eyes found the little Scottish 11th year that had broken up with him exactly 15 days 3 hours and 5 minutes ago. He stared long and hard at her like a sad puppy before he felt himself getting tugged into line, "Damn it Adam, you give a girl a snogging and suddenly she is a daydream even when she is gone. You need to let her go and move on. Do not do the same thing you did wi-""Alana got herself another boyfriend yesterday... Gavin Lynch, in our year.""Calm yourself man, it is done. You can find yourself another girl.""But none will be like Alana.""You said the same thing wi-""I mean what I say and I say what I mean.""Quite tautological today, are we?"
User Name: cstar Name: Adam Graham Pike Angel: Samyaza Appearance: Adam Age: 18 Location: Carlisle, United Kingdom Occupation: Student Religious Views: Is being raised Catholic, but thinks it is all bologna Personality: He is one of those kids who adults view as a good church boy, while in reality he is a troublemaker. He is always making a joke out of serious things and hates having to be at home with his family. He loves trying out new things, and whenever a huge hot topic issue going on, he often leads the protests. He had a habit of doing this as well, and even helped lead a strike at his old job, but adults still somehow view him as a saint. Other: He has attachment issues, in the sense that he can become overly attached, when it comes to girlfriends, and often talks about his previous girlfriend, Alana at random.
I own all of the KH1 manga, only 1 of the CoM manga, and 2 of the kh2 manga(Which I guess were the only ones printed for it in the us) I may go look for the translated ones one day but... I have always preferred owning the manga as a book rather than read a digital copy.
I personally feel that the whole scene in Dream Drop Distance where they put Sora into that sleep to turn him into the 13th darkness was really dark in my opinion. The entirety of Birth by Sleep was a pretty dark game though too... I mean... at least Sora and Riku woke up in DDD... Aqua, Terra, and Ven just... I find their stories more tragic than dark...
I find it confusing because... where did Jasmine come from? I mean, if there was no wish for her to be kidnapped then how did she end up being kidnapped? I mean, other than the tricking part, you wouldn't think Genie would refuse to do that without a wish "no freebees" and whatnot. At the same time though in the movie he picked up the castle without being wished to do so...
Wearing(*) --- Music(*)---Date: Thursday, September 26, 2013 ---Day: 5 | 3/5 --- Mood: Stressed --- Interaction: N/A --- Working: Yes --- City: New York City --- OOC: N/A -- She sat in the funeral home in silence as she waited for the next person to arrive. It was a very slow day for her today, which was a good thing, not because she was lazy... but because it meant people weren't dying. Cassandra took the gloves off of her hands and walked back and forth around the funeral home, looking at the pictures on the wall and the decorations of the rooms. There was a look to funeral homes that always got under her skin. Everything is so clean, symmetrical... silent even when people are there. She of course did not mind the silence as much as she did the first year or so she worked, but the cleanliness to it made it seem so wrong. For a few minutes she continued her circling, then she sat down and looked inside her purse and pulled out the little pocket bible. She found herself reading it in sections but nonetheless reading it. Something pulled her into the book, she couldn't understand or explain it, but she was thoroughly enjoying the read. She turned to Exodus, because she had already cleaned out Genesis in one day, and read as she waited for more work.
The english dub trailer was also released today
My Glorious TumblrxxxxxxxxMusicxxxxxxxOutfitxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Jessie listened to Harley talking to people in the van but then her eyes went heavy and she had this feeling she was going to pass out on everyone. Jessie took a piece of paper out of her purse and wrote out the address of the motel from what she could remember(she could remember any specific things like phone number and the number of the address, but she hoped the name would be enough). When Jessie finished writing it down she unbuckled her seatbelt and leaned forward, putting the paper with the address on the dashboard. Then she leaned back into her seat, buckled up again, and drifted off to sleep, leaning against the car window.
My Glorious TumblrxxxxxxxxMusicxxxxxxxOutfitxxxxxxxxxx Jessie had been silent for a very long time, she didn't feel the need to talk, and she was still recovering from the whole shock of the situation. When they had gotten into the van everyone seemed to be either one of two things, very quiet or attempting to plan out everything. "Now...the question is does anybody actually have an idea of where our next destination and does anybody actually know how to summon the demoness" I would not be surprised if someone here knew... Then Jessie remembered the guide she had read in the hotel, oh now she was glad she had read it. Jessie took a deep breath and replied, "I know that the idea of going to another hotel so soon while we are on the move seems odd... but maybe we should get to a motel or something? There was one I remember from the guide in the upper part of the city... but this time I feel like we all shouldn't go in together, we should go in separate groups and get separate rooms... just so it isn't as easy for them to find all of us... and... god forbid if one of the groups get caught, the others could try and get out of there again." Jessie leaned back in her seat and added in a last comment, "But summoning a demoness in a motel sounds like something out of a horror movie..."
I think you may be confused by what a "whitelist" is. It generally is when you have an adblocker that can specify what you are willing to watch with ads. Like, say you go on littlevideomakerfriend.com, and they are a blogger or something, and you want them to get supported, you add them to your "whitelist" and it makes adds appear on the whitelisted site. And that is what I generally use when I want to support someone. In cases such as youtube, even with adblocker, the view count goes up and makes it easier for people to find that video and they get ads and whatnot. I go on a lot of websites that have advertisements that like to refresh themselves and start singing when I am in the middle of watching something, and that is why I originally got it. But in my honest opinion, if your life depends on the check you get due to ad revenue, that person is screwed and I would encourage them to find profit in another form... or get an offline job. edit added: encouraging people to mute the audio on an ad and check their emails instead of watching the ads is considered ad fraud and Critic can get seriously in trouble for encouraging it. edit two: read you sentence wrong, thought you said that countries without ads were called Whitelist. Whoops... sorry.
Wearing --- Music --- Location---Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2013 ---Day: 4 | 5/5 --- Mood: Stressed --- Interaction: N/A --- Working: No --- City: New York City --- OOC: N/A -- Skipping all of the typical daily things, she finally made it home. Cassandra sat down on the couch and turned on the television to watch mindless reality shows like Real Housewives. She really hated the shows, and wished they were off air. Why the heck would she watch it then? Well, she never really did. She would always zone out and think upon things in her life. Today was a bit different though Cassandra felt something hit the back of her head and she looked around to see Lillian across the room, "This heavy thing came in the mail today. It is free. They really want you back in church don't they? What were you a choir girl?"Cassandra rubbed the back of her head and saw the thickest pocket bible she had ever seen, Cassandra rolled her eyes and looked at Lilly, "I wasn't a choir girl. Hell, I have never read the bible before." "I actually find it a good work of literature if anything." "Yeah and soon apes will take over the world." "I am not forcing you to read it, but think of it like a Greek mythology book or something. You grinned widely when you were reading that mythology. I haven't seen you that happy since."Cassandra forced out a smile and spoke, "I smile often.""That smile is as fake as an autotune song.""I'll try it out... I guess...""I am not forcing you to do anything." Spoiler: Another Day #1160 In the end I wonder which is more likely to be the downfall of man. The seven deadly sins or the seven heavenly virtues? Most would say the sins but I have seen the virtues do some pretty big damage. Especially Temperance, or self restraint. How much is one able to hold back their desires before they explode? I mean, I understand some desires should never be tampered with, but what if that curiosity for a simple sip of wine turns into a child thinking "oh momma doesn't want me to touch it, which means it must be really good" and instead of a kid who tries a sip of wine on occasion, we get a young alcoholic. I mean, that was a terrible example but the only reason I even brought that up was because of the 7 year old who's body was wheeled up to me, and I was informed they died of liver failure... Cassandra saved and closed down the word document and went over to bed. She decided to pick up the bible and read up at the start of it all, the creation of the Earth. After she was done with the 7th day reading she closed the heavy bible and whispered to herself saying, "What is up with the number 7..." as she fell asleep.

---"Cheers to the Cunning" 3/15The girl with heartbroken eyes------- They kept me for two weeks in a single room called the "Moving Room". They streamed information and propaganda into my head through a television in the form of Cartoons and typical little kid things. Maybe it was because I was babied, but I have never been a fast learner regardless. What would normally take a kid a few hours to learn could take me a couple of days. The difference between me and the others, which gave me the advantage, was that I could always remember it no matter what and be able to process the information in many different ways. Due to my slow learning but remembrance skills, they changed my name from Olibanum to Elephant. But this was short lived and they changed it back because "they got a fourth". I didn't understand then, but I understand now. The A.A.C gives new names in groups of four, a caravan. Each would be given different roles in the end and would work with each other in caravans. One person would be on close combat, another on distance combat. One would be the medic/supply-man, one of the more dangerous jobs because if they disappear, everyone is screwed except for the final job. The last job in a caravan is the techie, or informationalist. They stay at the A.A.C building in a special room all to themselves to be able to give the group information about their whereabouts, what actions they should take, and if available, information about their target. I was assigned Olibanum as a name because they assumed I could be a techie, but for a while they believed I was brain-dumb. They were wrong, very wrong, and were eventually proven wrong. In that little room they gave me a journal and told me to write about how I felt and how it changed. When I read the journal recently, there was a sentence on each day of the first week, and I was terrified reading them. Apparently, the fastest thing I could learn was the affect of emotions on a person. 1. Why would auntie give me up? Did I do something wrong? Does she not love me? 2. She doesn't love me... but I love her and it hurts me... 3. Maybe I do not really love her as much as I thought. 4. I can't even stand the thought of that monster. 5. I hate her. I hate her. 6. What would the monster look like in a coffin with her face covered by a cloth?* 7. I don't... I don't actually feel that way... or at least that is what THEY are telling me to write down. When I was placed in a social environment it was horrible. I was six years old and a Home, a person who usually stays at home and goes to school at ten years old, then works a basic job. Most of the kids there were Growns, who are taught from birth to be formal in etiquette and speaking. Clannies, although I had not met one yet, apparently speak very maturely to get their points across, naturally. Some Homes are self taught, but most are not. What the hell did I learn my first six years of my life? Basic skills and nursery rhymes with little to no meaning. I met another Home named Lucas and I remember that we were great friends, but I don't remember anything that we did. I just remember that I finally had someone to talk to, and be with. But when his mentor found out about me being of the Love clan, he was forcefully separated. I met him again a few years ago and he got screwed over. He joined a caravan where they took one of the boys and made him look exactly like Lucas. They made him think like Lucas, have Lucas' memories, and gave him a thought process similar to Lucas. Then they changed both of their names to Glove. Everyone asked me, "What if that is the left Glove and not the RIGHT Glove" but I knew because of his Aura. Don't get me wrong, I am not an Aura changer and I cannot really see the full Aura. I can see the it almost like a halo. The colour it is represents the person's spirit. If a spirit is crushed, it would be gray, like the left Glove. The right Glove has the same colour Aura as mine, blue. If they wanted to fool people entirely, they would have to get someone from a clan that can change Aura colours. And that right there is the danger of my mind released, about to take a small concept and think of how it could have played out differently while at the same time operating heavy machinery. Either way, Lucas betrayed me by changing into something he clearly was not, and in the end it just keeps going in that cycle...Who can I trust? Who would never fail me? I wouldn't know until I met her. ------- * Cloth over someone's face in a coffin refers to someone who died due to a major crime in war. If you were to lift up the cloth, the face would be either ripped off or some completely gone(all skin). Implying that Olibanum believed with her heart and soul her aunt's betrayal was equal to the worst war crimes.
@LARia. I think Myst typo-ed because that sentence did not make sense in context. --- Oh boy, sexual preference discussions... where do I begin. I... really do not know. I am sixteen years old and throughout my years I have seen people use the term "crush/love" very lightly. I have seen kids "go out" for years and only use it as a title, and I have seen kids go out for a day and break up and "be devastated because they were so in love". Because of this I really tried to stay away from going out or thinking about crushes, I wanted to focus more on the fun of life rather than have a boyfriend/girlfriend in the 7th grade. When I did finally get a "crush" for the first time, it was on a girl I was close friends with. I think I have told the story somewhere on this site, I am not sure, but really don't wanna talk about it(when I came out to her about it and what not and she moved away). The problem I have is that... this may sound silly... I don't know what a real crush or feeling of love feels like. I find people attractive based on personality, but it is never long and that is why I seem to swing any way. (I don't really focus on physical attraction) When I explained to my best friend what my "crushes" felt like, she told me they didn't seem like crushes, more like a feeling of large trust to a person, to a point where I am willing to do anything to keep them from harm. I don't know if I will ever truly know, but I know one thing is for a fact: I have no real idea what my sexual preference is. (and half the time I do not care)
Wearing --- Music --- Location---Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2013 ---Day: 4 | 3/5 --- Mood: Stressed --- Interaction: N/A --- Working: Yes --- City: New York City --- OOC: N/A -- Cassandra payed the cab driver and ran towards the inside, which was interrupted by her tripping on the curb and flying to the ground. Pedestrians kept on walking by, avoiding eye contact with Cassie, and she forced herself to get up. She had only scraped her hand. Luckily. She walked quickly into the funeral home and went into the back room where her first client waited patiently. Cassandra pulled up a stool and opened up the casket and looked upon the smiling face of someone in their 90's or so(when she looked at the list they were actually 88). Cassandra looked down at the interests and saw literally nothing on the list. She blinked and forced herself to re-read, but there was no information. This woman had a full family and name, was fully identifiable, but no one knew what she liked? Cassandra's eyes lowered sadly as she took a deep breath and spoke, "It says you were a loving grandmother, so I assume you had grandchildren. And no one knows any interests of yours? I don't want to leave you with nothing, and it looks like you were happy in the end. So how about a sunshine theme to it or something happy?" Cassandra felt her phone buzz and she ignored it and worked on the woman until she was done. Cassandra then pulled out the phone and saw she had missed a call from her mother and she stared at the phone for a long time before she pressed the redial button and slowly raised the phone to her ear. Spoiler: Phone Call Hello?H-hi mom, did you just call?Cassandra! I did. It is so good to hear from you, how have you been?I have been fine just... busy with work is all.Don't work yourself to death sweetheart, you are young and gray hairs come from stress.I dye my hair anyway.Look , I wanted to call you and tell you that this weekend at home, we have having a Memorial mass for Daniel, and we wanted to know i-No.What?I am not going to church to remember someone in my life who died, I can recall his memory in a happy way on my own. Please hun, I know his death hurt you but you shouldn't throw away your fai-This is not an appropriate discussion for a phone call while I am at work, especially when you wouldn't answer my phone calls for two weeks beforeCassie you know I am sickNot sick enough to stay home from church.Cassandra!Look mom, I just... do not want to, okay? You cannot even pop in for a minute to sign his name.If I pop in for a minute, you will make me stay for the whole mass.Okay, then can you at least try and come home for your brother's birthday? He is turning 18 and I know he'd love to see you show up.Yeah, I can try that... maybe. If I am not working.Okay, well I have to go, I will make sure you answer your calls next time.Okay mom, I love youLove you tooOkayOkayBye.Bye~ Cassandra hung up the phone and sighed deeply before covering her forehead, another attempt at church-going. Her family lived up in southern Connecticut so it is a short drive, but her mother's constant attempts of getting her back into a church was starting to irritate her. Cassandra opened up the next coffin and started to work again.
Wearing --- Music --- Location---Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2013 ---Day: 4 | 1/5 --- Mood: Relaxed --- Interaction: N/A --- Working: Yes --- City: New York City --- OOC: N/A -- She woke up late for work and immediately ran out the door. She had no time to eat so she knew she was going to be hungry. Cassandra kept attempting to hail down a cab, constantly screaming, "TAXI!" at the top of her lungs and watching as the cab drivers stared at her but did not stop. It was absolutely ridiculous and she couldn't deal with it. After a few minutes another person walk up near her and successfully hailed down a cab. What the hell? Why was this happening to her? She absolutely hated the taxi system, and it wasn't like she could walk to work in less than 20 minutes. Pissed off and finally needing to call attention, she pulled out a whistle out of her purse. She very rarely had to use a whistle to get attention but now was the time. She blew into the whistle and it let out a high pitched squeal. Pedestrians glared at her for disrupting them from conversations and for blowing the whistle. After a second, a cab finally stopped for her, "Oh thank god..."
Wearing --- Music --- Location---Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2013 ---Day: 3 | 5/5 --- Mood: Relaxed --- Interaction: N/A --- Working: Yes/No --- City: New York City --- OOC: N/A --- Cassandra finished her relaxation time on the bench and left Central Park with just enough time to stop and buy herself a sandwich she could eat on the ride to work. She decided to just take the subway because it was faster and avoided the rush hour traffic. When she got to the funeral home she was working at that day she cleaned up and worked for hours on a rush load of people that needed to be cleaned up and prepared. A woman who loved cooking, a man who loved golf. When she was done she closed up shop very late at night. She still managed to get into the coffee shop the hour before it closed, watched the news, complained about the coffee, and left. She left a tip for the woman working there who told her a story about the time her uncle almost won the Boston marathon. Cassandra smiled at her and spoke, "Are you a Bostonian then?" to which the woman at the counter laughed and said, "Nah, go Yankees!" Cassandra got home and ate a small dinner, Lillian was asleep luckily which meant she didn't have to worry about hearing about her date and whatnot. Cassandra turned on her computer and opened up the word document again. Spoiler: Another Day #1159 I got into a debate today with someone over the importance of the newspaper. It was a gentle debate and went on for no longer than fifteen minutes. The boy had told me that he believes no one reads the newspapers anymore, and how they are destroying the environment and the trees. I personally read the newspaper, and so do a lot of people. Most of the newspaper is recycled too. The boy at the time was drinking from a water bottle and I watched him throw it away when he skipped away from me triumphantly. And because of that, I wonder who truly won that debate if anyone won at all. Cassandra saved up the document, stretched, got herself ready for bed, and feel asleep quickly; tired from the day.
Have fun, be safe, and we will all miss you until you get back ^_^ or at least I will (nah but in all seriousness have a good time)
Day: Sunday | Supplies Left: Poisoned Apple(Apple with a black cross on it), 2 potions(both for health), Coal and Iron Ore | OOC: SORRY SORRY. SO SORRY His partner was dead and could not be brought back to life, [His partner quit LARPing and had no intentions of coming back] so the Kitten already had to adjust to being alone already. His weaponry was very weak for his usual inventory, so he chose to go to the market and get himself new spears while he had the chance. It was a very lovely day and he had luckily not had to draw a sword yet with his weapons being so broken. At one of the stalls a beautiful diamond plated Yari [stick attached with rock, coated in plastic], he eyeballed it with a childlike delight before asking what the price was for it. "Seventeen Rupees. Or adding up to that in a different currency." "What does that equal to in gold?""240." "I do not have 240, but I have 200." "If you cannot afford it, you do not have the right to wield it." The Annoying Kitten stuck his tongue out at the man and ran off. Despite his annoyances, he was an honest man and could not steal from an honest merchant without good reason. He found himself a seat under a Weeping tree and chose to catnap for a little while.
