Sunday, October 13th, 2013 | Day 22: 3/4 | Music | Location: --- | ooc: ❝It is. Flying is more natural then breathing.❞ Do you even need to breathe? probably a dumb question to ask out loud... ❝Alright then. Flying it is. Then stories. Then training. You'll reconnect with your roots soon enough.❞ Bonnie then walked over to him and wrapped her arms around his waist then spoke, ❝Hold on tight.❞ At first he didn't, but then once they took off he clung on tighter. He listened to her giggle and he let one escape as well. In truth, he was terrified, but there was an adrenaline that flying gave him that helped the fear fade away. Even though it was still present. He looked around at the scenery of his grandfather's town and couldn't stop smiling. He didn't have any words to say, and instead he kept on laughing jovially.
Sunday, October 13th, 2013 | Day 22: 3/4 | Music | Location: --- | ooc: ❝ You don't have to worry about getting on my bad side hon. I only have one side and most would technically consider it bad. I just think it's me. ❞ That was the most creative way I have ever heard a woman call herself a bitch. ❝ We should go outside. Do you want to hear the stories first, or get better in touch with the angel within you? Either one is fine to me. Both will help you connect.❞ He thought about it as they walked out the door and when they got there he was speaking, "I guess the storie-" ❝ ... We could go flying ... ❞ His eyes brightened up for a moment at the words and he turned and looked over at her and remembered she had wings and that small feeling of jealousy popped up again inside him before he spoke, "That sounds like a lot of fun."
Sunday, October 13th, 2013 | Day 22: 3/4 | Music | Location: --- | ooc: ❝ Adam get up, ❞ He was willing to get up on his own but the familiar black mist pulled him up on his feet before he had the chance. ❝ I'm sick of this pity - party thing you have going on. ❛ Poor me. My life is so hard. I can't do anything. ❜ It ends now.❞ Adam blinked at her, the exaggeration she was giving was irritating him. He didn't even recall saying anything about a difficult life, in fact, his life was pretty damn easy if he really detailed it. ❝ If you were so graciously raised to get up off your ass -- as you put it -- and do something, then that's what you're going to do. You are Semyaza. You do have power. And you were the one that led a rebellion of angels against the Promise Land. ❞ Always talking about that damn rebellion as though it was something remarkable... ❝ We can do this with your full cooperation and I can train you, or I can call Lu and she can give you power, but the latter will be far less pleasant. I can assure you of that. Take your pick. ❞ Adam stared for a moment, clearly thinking about it before he crossed his arms, "How could she give me power if it is 'already there'." He then held his hands up in almost a defensive way as he spoke, "Fine I'll cooperate, I don't wanna get on your bad side even if I managed to." He sighed deeply before he continued on, "I just don't like the feeling of not knowing something about myself. Might as well learn I guess."

Adam you have power buried deep within you. You just have to believe.❞ Adam wanted to laugh, because believing would definitely solve all his problems. He hated that word so much. If you believe in God's power your mother will not be sick anymore! If you believe in yourself you will be able to pass that test.If you believe in this friendship, great things will become of it. His mother was not better, he failed that test, and that friend back stabbed him faster than any breakup he had experienced. ❝Semyaza was a leader among us long ago. Everything he possessed is still housed within you. It doesn't go away. It just lays dormant until someone strong enough actually tries to unlock it❞ She gave him another kiss before she continued, ❝It's like that story. The one with the toothpick stuck in the boulder. The man comes along and pries it out and suddenly he's king. You're that man and Semyaza's power is that toothpick.❞ She pulled him closer and he spoke up, "So you are saying that is I just believe I will have power? Sorry, but I don't believe you. I was raised where you had to actually get up off your ass and do something to get what you want. Not sit there and... well. Believe."
Sunday, October 13th, 2013 | Day 22: 3/4 | Music | Location: --- | ooc: ❝I suppose I could make them normal again, but that would defeat the purpose. I was given one crucial task - - cause chaos. The more the humans panic and destroy themselves, the easier it is for Lucifer to reign. Do you understand that?❞ He had given a small nod before Bonnie gave him a kiss on the cheek then she stood up and turned towards the window, ❝I suppose I could put a stop to them if you promise to join us.❞ Adam stared at her back for about a minute. Join them? Just a few days ago he didn't believe any of this bullshit existed and now he was told that she could stop them if he promised to join them. If chaos was her one task then why would she pull the plug on one of her tools for it if he promised to join them. He was weak, he knew that. Sure, he may be able to put up a good fight if one of his classmates tried to kill him out there but if he tried fighting Bonnie at this point he probably wouldn't last ten seconds. ❝You have yet to give me an answer Semyaza.❞ He looked up to her in response when he heard the name, at least he was responding to it at this point. Then Bonnie sat down beside him and swung her legs across his lap and she spoke,❝You're not still thinking about that girl, are you?❞ Adam stared for a long time trying to figure out what she was talking about, he finally spoke, "What gir-" then he stopped and spoke, "Oh Alana?" he turned away from her, he hadn't thought about her specifically, he was thinking about his other classmates, some of his friend. He thought about the music room and everything. He knew that wasn't... Alana. But he still couldn't think about her the same way. He grabbed his arm where Alana had scratched it and spoke, "If you mean her... not until you mentioned her..." Adam let go of his arm and looked over at Bonnie and spoke, "What use would I even be to you if I promised to join... I'm not..." he didn't want to say he wasn't strong but a word fit there he couldn't place and he just went silent instead.
Sunday, October 13th, 2013 | Day 22: 3/4 | Music | Location: --- | ooc: ❝ It's a little funny.❞ Adam turned his head towards Bonnie and watched her sit next to him. He was staring at her wings, which at this point weren't shocking to him. He found them gorgeous, regardless of colour. He was almost jealous of her for even having them, but he couldn't do anything about it. He stared at them as he listened to her speak,❝Are you enjoying it here Adam? You feel safe here, right?❞ Adam nodded and said, "Yes." he did feel very safe, and he figured if she were going to harm him it would have been done by now. At the same time he couldn't get himself too comfortable. ❝Your classmates are causing quite an uproar in the cities.❞ He saw her look at him out of the corner of his eye while he was looking at her wings, but turned to look her in the eyes, just in general respect. ❝Yup. Quite a bit of mayhem.❞ Adam frowned slightly and spoke, "I'm not surprised..." He threw the bounce ball from one hand to the other and continued, "...are they... are they ever going to be themselves again or are they gone?"
Sunday, October 13th, 2013 | Day 22: 3/4 | Music | Location: --- | ooc: Four days. For exactly four days he had stayed in the room he was occupying. It was the guestroom of his Grandfather's house, who was not and would not be at home. It was October after all, every October he would fly over to America and stay in New Hampshire with his hunting friends. October through November, Adam never could quite understand it. Wasn't it snowy winter at that point? He always loved this house, he hadn't been in it for years before four days ago. The last time he had been here was when his mother had one of her attacks and his grandfather watched over him as she recovered. Every time he had gone there it was to be watched and protected. When Bonnie had brought him here, he actually felt... relieved. It was odd how this one place felt safer than his own home. Adam had a bounce ball in his right hand and continued to bounce it as he layed down on the guest bed. He had the radio on and was listening to his favorite station, just thinking to himself about what was occurring in his life at that time. Whenever he thought about something that angered him he would bounce the ball with a lot of force. Whenever something saddened him he would drop it lighter. There was one particular time where he zoned out completely, and he had dropped the ball so it could only roll away from him. He had remembered something, but had completely forgotten about it the second after. It was rather unfortunate, because he knew it had nothing to do with Adam, it was something about Semyaza. Adam had bounced the ball at an even pace when the song he was listening to was interrupted and he caught the ball and sat up in the bed. He missed the first part of what they had said, but heard the rest. Adam held his head at that moment and couldn't help but laugh at the way the professional reporters were talking, and as they continued with their speculations they became more and more ridiculous and he started laughing harder. He knew. He knew they weren't well, dead. But he knew what they were doing, he hadn't been totally oblivious. The witnesses were not wrong about the details of the attack, but he knew they were in the wrong direction saying they were zombies. Adam stopped laughing and just stared at the bed listening to the advising to stay indoors and he whispered quietly, "Why am I laughing it really isn't that funny..."
I am going into Junior year with a lot of AP and Honors classes, AND I am a lazy person, so I am worried I am going to fail or something T_T
ugh don't get me started on youtube arguments right now T_T. I am doing fine, I just hung up a bunch of posters in my room. I am not ready for...
that's good though, imagine if everyone was unfriendly. thinking about it kind of makes me laugh. anyway, how are you today?
Hi! I figured I'd just pop in and say hello because I don't think I ever really did? I may have... I don't know.
They told me it is nearly impossible to lick my elbow. Guess who just managed to lick their elbow... by accident...

6 Wearing --- Music ---Date: Sunday, October 13rd, 2013 ---Day: 22 | 1/4 --- Interaction: N/A --- City: London --- OOC: - - -~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Cassandra watched as two of the freaks came towards the door and she wanted to scream in panic. She turned to see that Joslyn was STILL asleep. What the fuck! Cassandra locked the door again, since she had not after Hay Sun left, and she stayed looking through the peephole. If the three out there needed access into the room, she wouldn't deny them it. But she did not want the freaks getting in. When they got closer to the door, Cassandra backed up slightly and held up Hasah, which transformed into the sword. She looked intensely at the door and whispered to herself, "Please don't get in here... please don't get in here..."
Wearing --- Music ---Date: Saturday, October 12nd, 2013 ---Day: 21 | 4/4 --- Interaction: N/A --- City: London --- OOC: - - - ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hay Sun had responded luckily, even if in a violent manner. Rather then even asking why Cassandra was screaming at them she walked up angrily and spoke, ❝What is it ?❞ Her collar was grabbed and she felt herself lifted, but she wasn't impressed by it considering she weighed less than 150 pounds. ❝I wouldn't threaten me unless you want the threat to be turned on you, very much a reality.❞ "Could you stop attacking me I was just-" she felt herself let go and she fell to the ground, Hay Sun then looked out the peephole and then as Cassandra picked herself up off the ground she heard Hay Sun speak, ❝What the hell is going on out there?❞ "Do you really think I know?" Cassandra spoke almost irritated, then she watched Hay Sun run out the door. Cassandra was clearly playing coward here, she didn't know how to fight with a sword, and although she knew how to fight she wasn't about to fight hand-to-hand with those... things. Cassandra continued to watch and noticed there were more appearing. What the hell is this? Cassandra looked on the ground to see where she dropped Hasah and she picked it up and continued watching. She felt horrible staying back, but she was petrified.

Wearing --- Music ---Date: Saturday, October 12nd, 2013 ---Day: 21 | 4/4 --- Interaction: N/A --- City: London --- OOC: - - - ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cassandra was still outside at the time, sitting next to their motel room door. She had turned back on her music and had been relaxing a bit more. She had finally calmed down a bit, and had looked over at the parking lot. She saw Hana and Sam talking in the distance, but from where she was she couldn't hear them or see them in great detail. She noticed something off about how the conversation had changed, and the movements seemed odd too. But she tried to ignore it. Then something else in the parking lot grabbed her attention. They seemed to be teenage girls but the were fighting over something. She allowed for curiosity to sink in and she walked a bit closer to get a better look. When she got close enough to realize they were fighting over a severed leg, she backed up quickly in panic. She turned her head to look over at Hana and Sam again, and the conversation there seemed to take a turn for the worst as well, she saw Hana hanging limp from Sam's grasp around her neck and she wanted to scream but did not wish to draw attention from the teenage girls. It didn't matter though, she watched the two bolt towards Sam and Hana, and Cassandra stared in fear. She didn't want Hana to die, but at the same time she figured welcoming karma to strangle Sam back would have been fine. But she didn't want Hana to die, and that feeling overwhelmed the rest. "Sam! Look out!" She screamed from where she was standing. She hoped he would hear it from where she was, then she ran back towards the motel room. She pulled the box out of her bag and grabbed Hasah, she didn't want it to open yet but she wanted it in her hand. She didn't dare turn around, she didn't want to know if she was being chased after. Cassandra quickly got to the room, and opened the door and slammed it shut behind her then screamed, "Hay Sun! Joslyn! Get the hell out of bed before I have to fucking make you!" she then turned and locked the door behind her, then looked through the peep-hole in the door to check to see if she was followed.
thank you ^_^
oh look, another thing us normies can do. hooray~ I'm not going to go into the swearing/excessively obscene section. It seems to have already been covered. I have another part I want to bring up. In the Roleplaying Arena as well as Writer's Nook, I have seen and written posts that have included violence(not so much gore) and I do not know if it is clarified what is "too violent" (I feel like with gore it is a bit more obvious) Is it too violent when the entire thing involves just killing and fighting? Or is it too violent when someone details a death in a more gruesome way? Or when "minimum" is said, do you mean the quantity of posts with violence. I just want clarification with that. Okay... imagine there is a group called the Broccoli Eaters. And let us say people in the Broccoli Eaters... burned a pile of celery and it gets on the news because everyone was so upset about the celery. Now we have the section for current events, and lets say someone posts it here, and I am in the Broccoli Eaters and I post defending the situation or something without saying I am a Broccoli Eater, and another person posts back saying, "All Broccoli Eaters are vicious cold-hearted celery burners." Is that considered an attack on the Broccoli Eaters?
I'd be lying if I said I find it easy to deal with, but I have gotten more used to it. As a video editor on youtube who participates in a lot of contests and studios, I am used to working with people as far away as Australia. But there are many occasions where I totally forget. When it is 11 at night for me, it is 11 at night for them. I also still have trouble when talking with people from Pacific Standard Time, usually because while I am out of school they are still in school, and when I am going to bed they are just eating dinner. I mean, I am used to GMT at this point but I still have trouble with PST. And when daylight savings time hits and we either have to move forward or go back an hour, I am always annoyed because the rest of the world doesn't seem to have it.
