I saw it...and I have to tell you...that motion blur is ugly. Try messing around a LOT more with motion blurs. Put it on overlay, erase, smudge, whatever. Just make it so it's not so bland. And the text...I don't like either. There's too much of it and it takes up too much space. =/ Use bolder fonts and lesser amounts of text. =/ Keep tryin'. :)
Well having an African American isn't really that much of a difference. Just a dark coloured man instead of a white coloured man. But the woman..meh...it'd be a new experience, sure. Whether it be good or bad, I'm sure having a woman as a president would be kinda cool and beneficial in some aspects, and not so beneficial in a few others. Well yeah. =/

...that has absolutely nothing to do with what I just said. >_> Read it again. I said try not to distort the render so it's all choppy the way it is in your sig. I also suggested erasing the left edge of that render, because you can see the file-edge where it should be erased. xD
Never put effects over your render like that. It distorts the focal point. And the edge on the left, of the render, is cut. Most likely because you didn't erase that. =/ Otherwise...not bad. YOu're doing pretty good. =]
