It's not pure vectoring. I meant he didn't literally take out his pen tool or shape tool and make vector shapes. He used brushes. xD Okay let's get this one thing straight. Photoshop is a bitmap program. Meaning it CANNOT make vector images strictly vector when you're zooming in on them. HOWEVER, because of this, the bitmap setting (using pixels) makes them more like vexels. Vexels are like vector x pixel. Meaning you can resize the shape itself, but zooming in on that image will distort the appearance. =/ What TBK used was just path's. Brushing DOES NOT mean it is vectoring. Brushing is just pixelated shapes made FOR the bitmap. Whereas vexels used in PS are used to rescale infinitly. Always nice to contribute. ;)
This sig rocks. Hardcore. The colours, however, do not. Horrible use of color theory, DA. XDD Blue x reds and oranges = nono.
