What religion is that? All religions except for Scientology have theological explanations for almost all supernatural occurrences. The only things that are literally "because God willed it" are miracles in Christian religion and even then miracles are explained as only possible when the people in the area believe in the miracle (hence the reason why Jesus couldn't perform miracles in his hometown of Nazareth)
