He was still trying to go slow so he was at least near the others. There was a point when talking down the first hallway he noticed a place he could turn to look in. Without thinking of potential consequences for this, Marilyn turned the corner. Upon entering, he noticed it was a small room and everything felt and seemed very damp. Other than the breathing between the four that had left, he could hear another noise. Dripping water.
Kaida listened to Glen's comment about her home and she almost opened her mouth to reply to it but stopped to hear the rest of his comments. But by the end of his statement, she no longer remembered the comment she wanted to say about her world and instead had to make a comment about his quiet afterthought. "Hey." Kaida tripped over a rock behind her and she quickly caught her balance and she decided it would be best if she stopped walking backwards. Kaida slowed down a bit and walked next to Glen and spoke, "You may not view them as friends, but you have to have somebody who is your friend." Kaida placed her hand up to her chin in thought as she walked and spoke, "Actually... I don't want to put false hope in ya. If you really don't think you have friends. Maybe you should try getting a couple. Friends are the family you choose. And you seem like a family man." Kaida was quiet for a moment before she spoke, "I'm getting sappy I can't keep doing this. I'm not one that gets sappy."
Hush you, your voice is plenty fine. But I feel like this tends to be a common trend on here. "I like your voice." -----------------> "pffft, my voice is bad water ya talkin about." I think everyone's voice is lovely and beautiful... ...I blame the mic quality most of the time.

Kaida listened to Etrius' words and looked up at the roof of the tunnel. After about a minute of absorbing his words, she spoke out loud, "You... guys really don't seem to care about keeping order in the worlds. Just now you spoke up right in front of these two and said oh yeah worlds are being consumed by darkness, and I don't think you understand the implications of... oh I don't know... TALKING ABOUT OTHER WORLDS." Kaida stopped walking backwards for a moment to take a breath and then she continued at her pace while clearly struggling to maintain her happy/calm composure. "Anyway... so much for subtlety..." Kaida swallowed and for some reason her throat felt rather dry, "I meant like, hobbies. When you aren't on missions what do you do?" Kaida opened up her bag and searched through one of her smaller pockets and pulled out a wooden bear. "I whittle. I find it a good stress reliever and it's just really fun for me... do you do anything like that? Or are you boring and spar ALL the time to train like A-" Kaida stopped herself for a moment and thought it over and shook her head. "All of my friends... back home."
Kaida followed the group into the cave, skipping a little bit because it helped her move a little faster. Although she was plenty fast anyway. Kaida stopped for a moment to wait for others to catch up and then continued in this pattern. She realized at one point that she still had her disguise robe on and she sighed. She hated how long it was and she wanted to just rip it off and keep her normal clothes on, but she was content with sticking with this outfit until the end. Kaida turned around and started walking backwards, being ignorant to something appearing behind her and she spoke, "Sooo, what do you all do for fun normally?" She just wanted to get conversation going due to way too much from the group entirely, plus, it didn't hurt to learn a little more about these people.
Oh great, I already hear enough anime openings on saturday nights from my brothers' room. Now I have to hear one that will actually get stuck in my head for a couple of days everytime I hear it.
Lauren really did not want to use these powers. She wasn't sure how obvious it was but she did not want her teammates to be attacking each other like Tiia and Sven had been. She looked around at some of the demons around and she replied, "But I don't know how I used that in the first place. How helpful would it even be in this big fight, mate? I don't think it'd be helpful at all..." Lauren tried to remember exactly what happened when she shot off the dust. She looked towards her arm that still had the demon's scratch from yesterday and she moved it around and then pointed it in the direction opposite of Sal and she flicked her fingers and out came a small amount of the red dust, not nearly as much as she shot off towards Sven the day before. Lauren jumped and then pushed Sal away from it and yelled, "DON'T TOUCH IT WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T TOUCH IT."
Kaida listened to the singing, and she started swaying to it, but then Glen's comment made her jump, but only for a moment before she calmed herself down remembering that he was in fact intoxicated. Kaida walked her way over to Rapunzel and Flynn and spoke, "Maybe now is a good time to get out of here and continue on our journey?"
I do not have a real basis to be completely honest. I was just speaking out of no where. I did not say that I believed he thought she was the doctor... sorry give me a moment.... Spoiler: my moment I was just saying a "maybe"
Could you explain this feeling because I'd love to know. I do not have a basis, but does anyone really have a solid basis for anything? I probably won't stick with him anyway. I don't think I ever keep my vote through the entire day cycle.
Here's the thing though, you voted for Senpai. Senpai was not lynched. No one was lynched. But Senpai did die overnight due to the mafia. You had your sights set on lynching her, but it didn't work out in a community vote, but if you were mafia then you did get a chance to get rid of her. And who knows, maybe you thought Senpai was a role like the doctor or the detective, and you wanted to get her gone. It may be a hunch, but in then end, I just want to get a name cycling. Sorry, but I'm voting for DigitalAtlas
There really is no too early or too late. I do not have... enough to back up any suspicions guys... I'm just, unsure and lost. But... I won't vote yet... I'll just, wait around and see.
Kaida listened to Rapunzel's speech about a dream, and it actually hurt her quite a bit. She was not one to have a single dream, instead she had multiple dreams. She hoped to fulfill as many as possible, but she wasn't sure if she ever could fulfill them all. In fact, the one she currently sought after may never be fulfilled at all. She at least hoped the two were okay. Kaida jumped as she heard something going on over near the bar. Instead of sticking near Cat, Flynn, and Rapunzel, she ran over to the bar and quickly grabbed Glen as he was about to tackle Etrius, "Woah woah WOAH." as Kaida did this, she didn't manage to keep her balance and she fell to the ground with Glen. Kaida sat up from where she was sitting on the floor and stared at Glen, "What are you doing drinking? Are you really looking to impair your senses while you are on a mission? Drink all you want later if that's what you want to do. I'm just trying to help you out here..."
Kaida was paying absolutely no attention to what was going on with Glen and Cat, because frankly, she didn't care about them. She had no real reason to and she was already angry over the fact that Glen decided to just go and get drunk on the job. She knew for a fact these people were not from the academy because if they were, there would be consequences for this. Kaida instead paid attention to Flynn and Rapunzel, and the new one who was holding a wanted poster up and questioning if it was Flynn. Kaida quickly jumped in saying, "Oh no, no no no. Silly you. Can't you see? They um." Kaida moved the man's hand and looked at the picture and spoke, "He clearly has a different nose."
Lauren heard Sal speak, but she did not respond right away. She watched the two continue on their killing spree still in a daze. Lauren held up her hand to look at it and kept making the motion she had made to let the powder out before, but nothing came out luckily. She had forgot to consider that Sal was nearby and that the spell could have ended on a horrible note. Lauren turned towards Sal finally to answer, "I did cause it, mate. But I'm not so sure what I did." she did the motion again in the opposite direction of Sal and then froze, because it did not work again. Lauren let out a sigh and looked back towards Tiia and Sven, who seemed to slowly but surely calm down. After about a minute Sven turned around and charged right at her and she back off and let out a squeak before Sven grabbed her. "What the hell was that?!" "I'm sorry mate! Please let go of-" "What did you just do to us!?" "I-I don't know! I let off some of that... dust stuff and then you and Tiia got in it and I AH-" At that point Sven was holding her up to his eyesight, because Lauren was about half a foot shorter than Sven. He looked at her directly in her eyes and yelled, "I swear if I EVER have that happen to me a-" "I can't control it! I'm sorry but I can't! You should spend more time fighting the demons rather than me!" Sven's glare softened and he dropped her to the ground. He held out his sword and it set on fire and Lauren rolled her eyes and spoke, "If you are trying to intimidate me with fire it's not going to work. Everyone around here controls f-" Lauren let out a scream as what appeared to be almost a whip nearly hit her. She stared at him in disbelief and shook her head and pointed in the direction of the hoard, "Don't threaten me, mate! Just go and help them out! Be pissed at me all you want later!" Sven continued glaring at her as he turned around and returned to the crowd to continue fighting. Lauren grabbed onto Sal and spoke, "I don't think I can handle this."
Kaida had left the chef with the octopus just in time to hear Flynn comment about blood. Kaida did rush over briefly to look at the man's beard but then she made her way back over towards where Rapunzel and Flynn were. Kaida listened to Flynn's comment and her face quickly turned to disgust and she glared at him, "Are you serious? I can tell you right now this is not a five star establishment... but if it turns out it is, the rating system better go up to ten stars." Kaida crossed her arms and spoke, "Are you wanna scare her back into a tower on her birthday. How could you." she heard a really loud noise behind her and she quickly turned to see a man wearing a horned hat holding a poster to the door, she looked at it and analyzed it was a wanted poster just in time to hear him say, "Is this you?" and then pointing at Flynn. ...Shoot!
I agree with most of this list luckily I should have voted so I'm glad the forum seems to be on the same page as me.
