I've pirated games before I just know when I do pirate a game that I'm willingly hurting a company and I don't try and justify it with "WELL IT ACTUALLY DOESN'T BECAUSE..." How? The only company I know that this would apply to is EA and Activison. Can't give money to a company that DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE! Also Luckily nobody uses Gamefly so it's not as bad Gamestop.
Also nobody uses Ebay anymore You're not paying a separate corporation when you're buying it from a friend. With gamefly you are. And buying it used from Gamestop IS bad. You can do whatever the hell you want, just don't try and justify it in anyway.
Gamefly is essentially paying to pirate a game The game developers are the ones getting hurt in this case.
