heres a few things to try nyquill(sp?) watch/play something so boring you will fall asleep, go leveling on almost any final fantasy the only other thing i can think of is sleeping pills, thats what my mom did to me but schools out so i dont take them anymore(its 5:21 am now) thats all i can say
