Moreover; most of these video's are just the social order trying to capture an audience so they can convince us that it's not 'normal' or 'out of the ordinary'. When in fact, evolution has been proven--so it doesn't matter how 'weird' it seems. It's all just an opinionated perception that has gathered media news. Nothing more.

Not entirely. A lot of organisms NEED to adapt to survive. Because of the isolation issue and depletion of that mineral in the bone in their bodies, they'll have no other choice.
