And to get a picture to appear, you have to go to your UserCP (upper banner-area of the page), go down on the left column to "Edit Avatar" or "Edit signature"--whichever you want to edit--then paste a URL in the Avatar box, or a URL of a picture in the signature space. Make sure to put IMG tags around for your pictures in the signature editing. Moved.
