If you downsize it you're blurring it. Only if you sharpen and reduce the noise will it be slightly closer to the same quality it once had. :/

I'm likin' all th effects. They're really, rally nice. Especially the left side. My only complaint (if any) is the stock. It's horrible. It hardly mixes at all. I can still see the white cutout lines on the keyblade in contrast to the BG. Brighten it up and soften it a bit? Nice job, though. ;)

Too much clipping, IMO. And the size is a bit big as well. I like the grungy feeling you have going. Though it still seems very empty. Text seems to fit in oddly enough. I have no complaints there. Also, add some depth. It looks very flat. :O

It depends on who has the money. Before, Youtube was run by two kids, with no money, and did it in their free time. Because of this no one really cared about suing them or charging copyright infringement charges because they have no money--companies who are concerned would walk away penny-less if they sued them. However, now that Google owns YouTube, you have a bit of a problem because Google is a very, very, very rich organization. So because Google runs youtube, they have to beware of copyright laws. So technically they are not in the wrong at all. They really have no choice. And it's not blocking your freedom of speech as much as it is causing problems with Google. They want to remain safe and secure without the fear of charges. But now it's really hard to determine with all the deleted video's. People have been remixing songs, video's, anime's, etc., like you yourself were doing, Saix. But you're using files that will make Google lose money. So yeah, it would only really be blocking your 'freedom of speech' if it were you, the actual person making video's from music files or something. I dunno, hard to say.
