You blurred too much of the sig. A lot of the colors are random and don't fit at all. No depth or flow, and the sprite looks as though it's Low Quality and/or resized. Never resize sprites for sigs.
A good part of the reason someone might derep you for it is because it is considered racist (if you look at it from that aspect). Which is highly unknown, I'd reckon.

Here's mine... Twilight Town: I'd go to Twilight Town to see the view from the clock tower and eat some Sea Salt Ice cream. I've always wondered what that'd be like. Hollow Bastion and Space Paranoids: Hollow Bastion, obviously, because it's awesome. I can see all the FF characters! Space Paranoids to see what I'd look like digitalized. And again, awesome. The World That Never Was: To jump off the sky scrapper. =D Land of Dragons: Mushu. That'd be cool. I'd love to hang with Mushu. =D Olympus Coliseum: See some hardcore tournaments. Also, riding Pegasus would rule! Never Land: 1. I can see Peter Pan--one of the best Disney characters of all time, in my opinion. 2. I could fly with him!!! :D Halloween Town: My favorite world ever. And Halloween being my favorite holiday ever, how would this not be fun?! Pride Lands: I wanna run around as a lion. Disney Castle and Timeless River: Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. I've always wondered how short Mickey REALLY IS in comparison to myself. And Timeless River for the B&W. Imagine the uber-win.
Wire frames = no. En oh. And fix the lighting. It's not blended it enough and the transition from the light source to the sig is too quick. I see your text up in the left corner, but can't read it at all. Fix it so it is readable, please? And the right side is kinda...busy with random stuff. Think we can solidify it a little? Yeah...I've seen better from you.

Very nice job. Excellent job on the logo. On the CnC hand, I'd suggest fixing some of those white orbs inside the bird orb. They make some parts of the circle with the bird in it seem ob longed/strange looking. Otherwise, nicely done. Keep it up. :)
I've only listened to about three other songs by Utada before besides Simple and Clean and Passion/Sanctuary...and I have to say I liked them. Utada has a really cute taste for her music video's. Don't call me a woman for that, please. D:
