Of course they put single player into SSBB. Otherwise you'd have no selling point. That's not even an argument, that's just common sense. No game is complete without a full story. Unless it's an MMORPG like War Craft (which I believe does have a story, but it sells better due to multiplayer). Hell, even Halo 2 was that way. Game sucked but everything else was totally internet interactive. That's why it owned the gaming market. And actually, that wasn't why Hunter was made illegal. It was made illegal because it was later found out (after release) that it was a game that influenced a murderer to actually kill a child. But later on it was found out that the murdererer wasn't even playing the game, the boy who was killed was (I forget how this makes sense). Anyway the point is, is that it was a type of game that indefinitely promoted harsh violence. Now I for one am not a believer in the fact that you react IRL due to a games themes. However, this obviously affected Sony when Resistance: Fall of Man got a massive complaint from a church due to it having a playable battle ground featuring the very church. It was a large church that was very popular. So anyway, back to the point, these kind of indecent games can directly affect industries not being careful about their content. Often times they will keep their content completely true to a movie that they are making the game from. Most industries put time and effort into these games and hate it how all the conservative parents complain. This makes companies like Sony, and Sony itself lose tons of money in sales and customer satisfaction. However, I also firmly believe that it's wise to buy a PS3 if you want good action games. I'm not saying "don't get it". I mean, hell, I'd get it, it's losing all of it's 60 GB mods. I'm still just saying that Sony does make unwise decisions on their games and systems.

Another thing you might notice from Sony is their lack of creative control. Often slapping on a random control mapping for a game. Here's a funny clip to prove what I mean. Look for 2:10. You'll see what I mean. It's just one game, but c'mon...a RATCHET game with this horrible a layout? C'mon, Sony. Give me a break. Lmao. (though it's still a good game).

Anyway. You have a good argument for the PSP. The main reason you can put all those songs on your PSP is because it's Sony; a general music producing company. Not music producing, but hardware FOR music. Like MP3's, DVD players, all that stuff. PSP has better hardware, as DA said, but overall just....has nothing good on it. Sad to say, I'd still rather take a DS.

I do agree with you about the Ratchet and Clank and Haze and whatnot. Though, still, you'd be surprised at how massive the family-gamer population is. It makes up a good 40% if I'm not mistaken. And even if those action games sell like crazy, a Wii console game (because we all know nintendo) wouldn't get law suites against it's extremely violent games. Like the PS2's Hunter (can't remember the name really). It was a game that got banned from several countries because it was a game where you played as a serial killer and kill other murderers. Anyway, the point is, a gaming industry that sells totally legal games for a much wider audience (you can be a late teenager and still play these games) is a far wiser choice than to buy all these insanely expensive games. They may be extremely kickass, but they ultimately don't sell anywhere NEAR as good. Though if time does tell, I predict the PS3 will turn out just like the PS2. Best console of it's time. That, I can probably assure you that it will happen. And if Sony does what it usually does, it'll upgrade it's PS3 to a smaller size. I'd say it's hard to tell. Since both systems are looking to fight against eachother exactly as the PS2 and Gamecube once did, once I think about it.

Anyway, I meant to say the PSP can hold only 333 songs. I suppose that is a hefty amount, but still... Eventually you'll have to buy tons and tons of memory sticks. I can only say it's just a very unorganized system. Unlike the PSP, the DS beats it IMO. Nintendo made it's games save memory on the actual cartridge rather than onto a memory bank. Works better, imo.

The Wii maybe have /those/ family games. But it's games are directed towards a younger audience, which is why it can be good. Often times games are far more fun if you're playing with friends. You can also get a work out. :P Anyway, Socom and MGS4 are good, sure, but you can still get just as great gameplay on a smaller, more capable console. Plus the Wii isn't trillions of dollars.

..... LOL All the music you want. XD each song is 3 MB. You can only have a total of 33 songs on your little memory stick. And the games are usually like 10 MB, so what? I'd rather waste 150 on a DS and buy Rub Rabbits than play with a PSP.

True. The PS3 does have more action based games. Which is a good thing. Though that's the thing, Wii is aimed at kids. It'd be much wiser to get a system you can have 'fun' with the family. Screw games where you can shoot someones head off.

    ....

PSP is worthless. has like no room for music. Memory sticks fail, since you get like no space on them unless you waste like 20 bucks on a 1 gig one. Oh yeah, and the movie element fails too. You have to buy separate movies for it. WTF is this? XD

    Let's talk about Sony.

Like Sony's PS3. You guys like it? Let's talk about it.

What about the PSP? High price, but is it really worth it? Discuss!

I don't like the PS3 personally (yet). Once it drops in price and more games come out for it (like form E3) I'll get one. But for now, I want a Wii.

You're kidding right? It takes someone with perfect reflexes and reaction time, as well as someone who can read music notes superbly.

It's not as easy as "memorize the pattern". It takes natural skill. lol
