During the time spent waiting for the final decision on who would take the mark of mastery, things had gotten pretty interesting. First Beuce had attempted to trade spots with Cat, even saying that he needed all 8 of them. One of them he could guess as to why he would need it, but the other 7 were a complete mystery. Heck two of them would be good enough for Kel. Though his attempts at persuasion were for naught. Meanwhile whatever had happened between Karina and Eon had only gotten worse as Karina proceeded to back hand the boy, which if not for the current mood of the situation, he'd make a joke off that. More things between the two of them were said, none of which helping anything so he pretty much toned out the few remaining bits of what they were saying. Finally in an effort Beuce had puled out some straws for them to draw. Considering how bad his luck could be at certains times and how Karina had already taken one, all Kel could do was to take the one he thought was good and hoped that Karina's rash decision had given him a spot.
As the two Kel's participated in the ritual, the beam of light that pierced them had them both thinking different think regarding it. When their hearts had appeared before them. One Kel wasn't expecting to ever see it again while the other one look at it with a small hint of amazement in his eyes. The following bright light blinded the two of them. Eventually that light finally died down and the two of them were standing on separate platforms. On the station belonging to Kel Seigend the faces of his closest friends and a few family members were within the glass under his feet. A feeling of nostalgia flew over him considering what he went through to keep them all alive. There were many trials that were placed before him, but he fought his ways through them all. Learning new things to keep himself strong. Anyway he took his gaze off of the glass belong his feet to look at the three doors before him. One was marked by a sword, another by a shield and finally one by a staff. It was clear that he would have to go through one of these doors in order to move on, but which one would he choose. This Kel could easily find a reason to go through each door before him,but he decided to go through the one with a sword on it. It was his was on indulging on how he used to be. He opened the door and was quite surprised as to where he fond himself standing. It the Sealing ground back on Solucia. He's only been here twice, the first time was before he met everyone at the Land of Departure and the second time was the fix his mistakes. If he was here, then that could only mean one thing. The ground started to shake beneath him as a mass of darkness started to form at the center of the ground. Kel knew exactly what this meant. He would be fighting his strongest foe, not Karina, the embodiment of rage and terror, again not Karina. The converging darkness soon explodidng and shot into the, merging together and formed the Alterian. The might beast gave out a mighty bellow of rage, strong enough to make most warriors quake in fear. Not Kel however, he just smirked as he stared at the foe. His heart seemed to remember exactly just how powerful and intimidating it as. That didn't matter to him, Kel's beaten this monster before and he damn sure could do it again. Summoning his keyblade, he slowly started walking towards the giant. The Alterian finally noticed Kel and sent its fist flying towards the young wielder, signaling the start of their fight. Much like before the fight was hard fought for Kel, even though he was much stronger that he was the first time he'd faced the Alterian. In fact he was actually forced to use his own personal aura and he was still worn out from the fight. "Your still a pain in the ass." He said between heavy breath as the mass of darkness seemingly disappeared and the armor it formed fell to the ground and dissolved into nothingness. Kel's fight here was done, or that's what he thought. Yes the armor and some of the darkness had vanished, but Kel failed to notice that some of it had split apart form the main body, forming a smaller mass of darkness. By the time Kel had noticed it, there was already another humanoid figure. He definitely didn't remember it being able to do this when he fought it in the past and he wouldn't have much time to figure this out for the new form of the Alterian had charged right towards him. (I'll post as the other Kel later Edit: Due to getting a better idea, I've extended this fight)
The scene before them at the training grounds was definitely an unusual one. Glen had apparently attempted to comfort Eon, who was now standing in front of Karina with an angry look on his face or something, which probably wasn't a good idea considering how Karina looked more like a demon at this current moment. "Just what happened here?" Clearly this was more than someone losing in a sparing match. Then he attention was grabbed by a loud voice behind them. Kel turned around and was staring face to face was a giant bear. This encounter wouldn't be as shocking if he was the same size as Goofy and not a giant bear. Beuce then proceeded to explains why they'd appeared before him and he gave them a laugh. Despite Kel having the impression that they wouldn't be given the Mark of Mastery, Kuma's next works were contrary to that belief. In fact they would be able to do it, though the number would be limited to three. Well two since the demon Karina had already claimed one of the slots. "Only two slots left then, I'll give it a shot as well." Nothing was guaranteed about this exam, especially considering how the requirements to passed varied between whoever was administering it. He knew next to nothing about Kuma so trying to guess what he would have them do wouldn't help him much at all. All he could do was to wait and see while hoping for the best.
Finally got around to watching the episode myself. That was the greatest food fight ever, of all time

Here Damion was sitting down with a bleeding hand due to the damn game that she had them play with the hopes of leaving and she go out of her way to say that the point was to not hurt themselves. If that was the case, then why give them a knife, Of course someone was going to get hurt by a knife, she's just lucky that it wasn't her. That wasn't even the end of it. Next the sounds of a door being broken down and another mysterious person entered the room. The person definitely wasn't all to happy with the girl's, who name was revealed to be Emma, actions and threated to silence her. The first thing that came to mind when that was said was that she would pretty much be killed, mainly due to all of the books and games he's played. Damion hadn't moved an inch aside from turning his head while all this went on, all the way til Emma left and someone else showed up. This one willing to end to their wounds. While there were doubts about the man, the fact that the couple of napkins that his bleeding hand was on were quickly becoming soaked with blood and since he'd rather not pass out due to blood loss, Damion grabbed a few more napkins and wrapped them around his hand before getting up from the table and walking towards the man offering medical help. In a way Damion was glad that someone had showed up offering medical help, now he wouldn't have to make up a lie about how his hand got cut up to his boss which in turn would save him a lot of explaining in the long run. Things had calmed down a bit and someone else walk in and well, if there was a contest for strangest entrance he would win. The man was singing to himself as he eventually approached the annoyance, who was questioning the medic, and pinched his cheek. Better him than me. He shrugged, before walking up to the man. Cat's answer wasn't a very surprising one in the slightest, but Kel didn't ask about it again. Instead he listen in on Beuce's and Saiza's conversation. He definitely wasn't expecting to hear that he was pretty much stuck here due to the possibility of something going wrong should he leave. That truly did suck, but hopefully Saiza liked books. That least being stuck here wouldn't be all that bad. A bit later a moogle showed up and seemed to know where the Training Grounds and Kuma were. Seeing as he had nothing else to do here, he followed behind Cat and Beuce as they left with the Moogle.

Now to shorten a long story, after that incident he grew to enjoy killing. To the point where he began to think of himself as a hunter and everyone else as prey. Despite this severe change in mental state, he knew full well that he wouldn't be able to remain in the city killing whoever he wanted so in an effort yo flee attention and hone his skill, he fled for the woodlands. Neatly placed on the desk before Damion was scores. Since he wasn't the best at socializing with other people, it wasn't much of a shock that his grades were all good. Though those exams weren't what was on his mind right now. The Trial was what was current taking the most concern within the confines of his mind. According to most of his teachers, Damion had potential to do great things, but never harnessed it. He never doubted the possibility of him having potential, but he wasn't exactly confident enough in himself to try to utilize it. Even his father's gun, which didn't do much aside from helping him relax when he needed it, didn't give him any aid at a time like this. Despite this he wasn't about to give up. Throughout his childhood he'd heard stories about how great his father was from his mother and despite that his father was dead, he still would try his best to make him proud. So with all the apprehension that he was feeling, the white haired teen made his way across the courtyard towards where the trial would be held. Each step that he got closer to his destination, the more butterflies in his stomach he seemed to get. Come one Damion, now's not the time to second guess yourself. He repeated that mentally over and over again all the way til he had gotten into the building. Still remaining silent he turned his gaze towards Dean and gave her a quick nod before standing with the others. His consistent mental reminders had helped him somewhat, but the actual trial had yet to begin so he had little choice but to wait and hope that he wouldn't be to nervous when it actually began.

At this point Damion had completely toned out all of the bickering going on. The relief he'd gotten from the lack of smoke in the air was short lived as the annoyance pulled out another cigarette. While that wasn't much of a surprise and he had little intention of saying anything to him, what was surprising though was when Tasha got up and whacked him on the back of his head. He hadn't pegged her for the violent type, not that he should talk about being violent.. As the whole cigarette incident ended, someone other that the ones at the table decided to speak. It was a female and she was holding a knife, not the best of combinations to see. At first she told them that they could leave soon if they did one of two things, which was great and all, but after hearing the two options he didn't feel all to relieved. Either take a chance at Five Finger Roulette or name 3 hobbies of at least two of the others. The better choice was pretty clear, but considering how much bickering that was done instead of learning hobbies, excluding Tasha's first attempt into break the silence among them and seeing as how three of them had already took their shot at the game and each of them had ended with similar results. In fact Drake was the only one who'd even bothered with trying to guess hobbies. If creative BS worked then Damion defiantly would go the hobby, route, but unfortunate he didn't feel like waiting. Taking the knife, he placed his hand on the table and got ready to start, but first he turned towards the girl and spoke. "Just so you know, I won't be sining the song. Figure I can get the same results either way." With that said, Damion began the game. Now he wasn't much of a lucky kid, especially considering all the **** that's happened to him over the past years, so playing this definitely wasn't the best of ideas. That didn't stop him though, which even nick and cut Damion kept going, even speeding up the pace right til he ended. "There finished." Most of the fingers on his hand had about two to three cuts on them and were dripping blood as he lifted his hand up. He then moved his hand by his side and walked away from the knife and towards to grab some of the leftover napkins on the table. It wouldn't be a permanent solution, but it would be good enough for right now. It seemed that once again keeping his family form worrying about him had gone out the window. If he could actually leave, then he knew who could help him with his bleeding hand. "So can I go now or what?" His hand was currently resting on the napkin so that there wouldn't be so much of his blood everywhere.
