Demyx watched the hero walk back to the ship that caused him to smirk and shrug his shoulders. Once he was out of sight the musician sat down on the fountain edge's once more "What an interesting guy and what a sucker. This one is easy to fool," he laughed. "Now what should I do before the boss decides to summon me back?"
OOC: That was a long post and now I have to respond Oh goodie.. Poor Demyx. This post will be shorter than my last and will be interesting.) "You b****!" It was great indeed that Larxene had suffered from the frigid water attack for she deserved it for her cruel intentions. He had avoided some of her attacks, but the ones she did do to him he had no choice, but to attack back. To prove his worth and to her that he could stand up to her, he reached for his sitar and played many disruptive ballads that were immensiously loud. "Dance water dance!" His fingers tapped rapidly on the strings of the instument that reacted with his element gushing through the room errupting from the ground, the hot steam bringing forth no visability as he attacked her violently. "Like it?" She had gone to far and though she was lightning, his water could be just as devastating. "You're dead." Narrowing his azure eyes to slits, his orbs reflected a swirling vortex resemebling that of a raging storm or hurricane. "Prepare for your end." Larxene was going to pay for ever striking him. Though it was not his nature to fight, when he was forced to he gave it his all and never held back no matter who his opponent was. In his mind, the opponent was the enemy and it was all about surival. He would show her who was the higher member was and he would also prove to her of why he was a member in the notorious organization. He had fooled the others with his nice guy routine that worked to his advantage, but now his true self had to be revealed to teach the witch a lesson. She had tried to kill him and now it was personal. He was not going to let her destroy him. "Yah!" Swinging his sitar in the air, he slashed at her causing her to fall on her back as he continued to drench her body being careful not to get to close since her element would collide with his and would be disasterous. The pressure of every square inch that spilled and flowed through his attacks was destroying the room along with the high intensity of his music was blowing out eardrums except for the musician's. It was impossible to drown out his music for he would not let up. It was until, Larxene and him struck one of another, his sharp razored edged points of his sitar slashed her beautiful cheeks and lips and his face was struck by her kunai and her high heeled boot. "You want pain you sadistic witch. I'll show you what true pain is and you'll be dying for more." Having his sitar disappear out of sight, his water collided with her lightning as he held onto her wrists, smirking before he encased his wet lips over her own sending forth water through her body. Keeping her close to his body, his element traveled to hers causing blasts from around the room summoning them both to be in the middle of a large spectacular upward rising fountain that defied the logic of gravity. As he did this, numerous amounts of voltage of lightning passed through his body making his hair stand up more on end and his body to shake violently. His eyes gazed into hers as if looking into her soul, the fury of the storm within the deadly glare sending fear and contempment. Finishing his task, he flipped her over through the water jets using his legs as leverage kicking her in the stomach and chest as the water expelled from her lungs. "Heh heh heh..." Grinning deliorously at Xemnas with wide eyes and once again in his natural state, he fell upon the ground and lay there motionessly, his body lying in large puddles that sizzled from the electricity gathered around. He looked to the side of the wall to see Larxene out cold for the time being. Feeling guilty and knowing it was not his nature to cause harm like she loved to do, he crawled over to her and lay next to her, his hand sending forth a surge of power for her to spit out the rest of the water from her lungs. Hoping she was semi awake enough at least for her to hear him, he spoke softly and caressed her cheek with his hand. "Larxene if only you could understand me and see me for the nobody that Iam. I may not have a heart, but I can feel pain inside. I don't know why I'm the way I'am just like you don't understand why you're the way you are, but I guess we're all different and that is what makes us special. I'm tough when I have to be to prove to you that I'm not a wimp or s coward and that I can stand up for myself and fight to the bitter end if I must. I don't enjoy fighting like you and the other members do, but I guess that is what makes me different from the rest," he placed his lips over hers once more and breathed into her giving her air. Pulling away gentely, he closed his eyes with a goofy grin and fainted on the floor.
That's good to hear that you did that. It's important to have your high attack cards ready and continue to heal yourself since the bosses are very cheap and will kill you if your health is even half way. This happened to me and it was grossly unfair and frusterating.
"Oh come on... You don't want to do that. I haven't done anything that you've seen for you to want to kill me..." he placed his finger to his chin. "You don't want to do this."
(OOC: Dang that was a long post.) "Axel..." Gasps of breath were heard rapidly and his pupils dilatated from the intense red energy and light that he saw and felt from the dangerously close aerial blade that was sinching his semi pale skin of his neck. The heat from the source was creating steam from his element that was within his body. Grasping his sitar he carefully leaned upon it like a crutch until it too fell with a loud thud on the ground. "No my sitar!" Gasping harshly out of instinct and pure obsession for his material possession, he stumbled a bit and received a burn by the nape of his neck. Yelling out from the pain that felt like fire, he clenched his eyes shut and touched his gloved hand to the painful area sending his cool water to lessen the stinging. "That really hurt," he whined almost like a child. Forcing himself not to cry, what were fake tears anyway, his determination kept him strong and the pure adraline of terror made the pain subside temporairly. The windows to his soul shifted downwards gazing at the bright light that reflected in his pupils causing an alarm for panic The blade was still at his neck, but in a different area and Xemnas's eyes were that of someone who was truly evil and had no soul. "Okay okay I give I give..." he hestinately repeated. "You're not a fool. You're the great superior," he tensed, but kept his eyes on Larxene a feeling of dread surfacing on his features for his other entity was surfacing. Oh how he wanted to slap that hand away from her mouth or run her through with the blades of his sitar. The screams of terror that would escape from her lips from that sheer pain would be like music to his ears. Her actions were not to go unnoticed and not be forgiven for he would make her pay in a way that she would end up getting herself in serious trouble when an opportunity presented itself. He knew she could not be trusted and he would prove that to his superior the only nobody that knew understood him. "She has gone to far and needs to be dealt with, but how?" His thoughts escaped from his mind when his lip quivered and trembled when he sensed, saw, and heard Xemnas's deadly threat that made him white as a ghost. His friendly demeanor had returned and with it fear of great magnitude. "No... Don't kill me! You need me! You need all the help you can get. Xioimara is in trouble. If you destroy me you'll be down one member. One that is loyal, has the element of water that is a terrible force to behold and the natural element of life. How will Axel and Roxas react if I'm gone? You need everyone of us if we hope to confront the other organization. Boss please come to reason... You made the organization for a reason and it was not to destroy any of us. You gave us all a purpose and you gave me life." His memories of his somebody swelled up inside as he spoke as if he had a heart. "You're like the father I never had and well Axel, Roxas, and the others my brothers and Larxene my sinister sister. It's almost like a family, a corrupted one, but it's all that I know. So don't end the only existence I have," he shook his head as his memories vanished. "Why did I say all that?" He shook from head to toe and sighed with relief when he witnessed the aerial blades being withdrawn, but gasped when Xemnas's words rang true in his ears that Larxene was going to be the one that would punish him. "No! This can't be boss? She's one of the lowest members in the organization." he scoffed and laughed a bit. She's number 12. I'm number 9. It doesn't make any sense," he reached down and picked up his sitar from the ground checking it for any marks or damage as he listened to Xemnas speak followed by Larxene. Fully satisfied that his soul weapon was not harmed, he gazed at the smirk on Larxene's lips and sneered back rolling his eyes. "Right... What makes you think I'm going to listen to you?" He humored her demands and bobbed his head trying to ignore her. As her fateful humilating words followed, the youth took his right hand and mouthed her words moving his closed right hand as if it were a mouth. She could be really irratating and the most he could with the situation he was in would be attempt to not pay attention to her. Frowning and crossing his arms , he stomped his boot when he heard about the humilation that would follow. "I would never bow to the likes of you nor beg for your forgiveness," with his eyes narrowed he snapped his fingers and drenched her from head to toe with a blast from his water not caring if Xemnas was present. It was a matter of pride and the other members would of also attacked with retailation so no could not blame his actions. "Larxene, he stood next to her away from Xemnas's evil glance, "the water was a way for you to open your eyes and see the truth about yourself and me.". His tone changed to that of a monountous one. "You may hate me and want to try to kill me and blah blah blah... Your list goes on and on, but know this. I attacked you for a reason and that was to show you how strong I could be and that I'm not this push over to you and the others can bully. When backed in a corner, I can fight if I have to and you saw for yourself when I held you against your will." Narrowing his eyes, his whole demeanor shifted. "You deserved everything that happened to you for you asked for it when you called me "little boy" and thought of me as a coward. I'm not sorry for that and would be lying to myself if I did apologize. You played with water and ended up getting in way over your head number 12." Nearly ending his speech he followed it with another blast of his water that was frigid cold upon her small frame. "Get off your high horse. You're not the boss and never will be! I may have to comply so not to be eliminated, but you'll be the only that will pay dearly in a possible way that you can't even imagine or predict and it won't have anything to do with me laying a finger on you. In the end you'll only end up hurting yourself and I'll be there when that happens," a smirk formed on his features and disappeared after he closed his eyes leaving him in state of concern and worry. Taking steps backwards, he backed away his back hitting the shield that prevented him from escaping. "No... boss... I... "he fell to his knees in defeat. "I meant what I said to her... Don't do this to me. You know my reason for what I did. I can't take any of it back." He placed his right hand to his chest and only gazed at Xemnas ignoring Larxene with every intention. He was satisfied with seeing her cold and soaking wet. It was his way of showing her that he still was strong and that he could stand up to her. "Boss... I... "he wanted to say something else, but he was frozen in fear. "I'm so dead!" With every last fiber that was in his being he quivered his lip and gave Xemnas a pathetic sight to behold for his eyes were wet and red around the edges and his hands were tightily laced together. His pain was intense and his whole body ached deeply. "Boss please remember the words I said earlier. I'm acting like this since I have not been healed or had medical aide from earlier. I'm not sure of how much of this I can take," he leaned forward and fell at his boss's feet. "I know I'm pathetic, but remember you created me this way so you have no one, but yourself to blame," he closed his eyes and rested.
I'm good. I'm here so if you want to talk I'll listen.
I'm going to see it, but not right away.
"Tell me about it," Cloud swung his weapon in their direction. He watched their alien like bodies surround him and his friend and in a matter of seconds, he was up in the air with his head held high as he had let his prescense be known. His weapon was held in his hand and a look of determination was etched in his features. "These things are getting on my nerves," Cloud sliced through the dusks and made his way into the mansion. "I hope those things don't follow me in," he ran to the top of the stairs to get a higher and bird's eye view of his attackers. Demyx was glad that Axel had lost the evil gleam in his eyes to burn the nobody to a crisp. The last thing he needed was his superior coming after him with the blades of his chakram at his throat. Axel was not one he wanted to mess with for long. He thanked his lucky stars that the witty red head chose to hear him out. Maybe he was trying to humor him, but what ever the reason Demyx made sure to stay on Axel's good side. "What ever you say. So who should we go look for first?" the mullet haired nobody questioned as he took one step back in case Axel was going to attack him.
At first I hated fighting Demyx since he was so hard, but then I fought him again and I like his fighting styles and techniques. Axel was also a unique fighter who I enjoyed fighting.
Pulling out a meal from the freezer, Demyx heated up a microwave dinner and stood by the microwave reading a comic he found on the table. "How lame is this strip anyway?"
"Oh you mean the old guy Ansem. Yeah my boss has told us many things about that guy and how we as the organization came to be," he smiled.
His heart would be pulpatating like that of a drum if he had one. This could not be happening. He tried to tell himself that he was having a nightmare, but the tug of his skin sent a shot of pain through him. Here Xemnas was standing in front of him, his height standing over the musician's and he could not imagine things could get worse. Demyx couldn't remember the kind of trouble he had gotten himself in and it was only going to get worse. Placing his head in his hands, he closed his eyes wishing this never occured. Opening them once more, his stance was in a cowering pose as he could only imagine the kind of horrors Xemnas had in store for him. "Why are you doing this?" his voice was scarred and hestiant. He could feel his knees buckleing when he heard his boss call for the female demon to join him below. His eyes seemed like everything was in slow motion as he watched her gracefully jump down from her throne and stand in the same area as him. Rolling his eyes and standing up straight and tall, he sighed not wanting to give her the satisfaction of seeing him in agony. If Xemnas had not been present, he would of struck her with his sitar smack in the face and douced her in water creating a distraction for him to escape. His escape from a brutal beating would lead him on a search for Axel the one nobody that could listen and help him. If there was anyone that could put Larxene in her place, it was the fire wielder, the youth mesmerised over. "Axel get me out of here," he thought deeply sending forth a strong connection one that the two shared since they both were alike in different ways. Since Axel felt like he had a heart, the ninth member replied on that false hope to express his deep concerns even though he was lieing to himself. "Please hurry my superior." His cry for help echoed in the room sending forth the waves of urgency that resonated and traveled down the halls. He felt his prescense near by and continued his secret mental exchange of his auroa. Demyx thought of the kind of effect Axel would cause for he knew how cunning she was and would fight back if she chose to engage in a battle with him. He had to think quickly if he was going to get away, but it would be easier if Xemnas was else where. Facing death or other seconds of torment was not an option, but what could he do? He knew if he fought or attacked his boss with his weapon, Xemnas would see him as a treacherous pest and would surely give him a harsh punishment one that Demyx would regret for the rest of his life and he couldn't lay a finger on Larxene or he would be a fool. He had no choice, but to stall until his unexpected and hopeful help arrived. "Are you sure you want to waste your time on me? If you think about it, this is all blown out of proportion so can you just forget about it? I mean you have better things to be doing than dealing with me. And why is she here? She doesn't need to be here gloating. It's only going to cause you more trouble so is it worth it?" Demyx showed one of his genuine smiles hoping his plan would work.
"Yeah I guess I did," the musician responded. "So..." he changed the subject, "tell me why you have a keyblade and what you think you know about me and what Iam? Maybe you've done some research who knows?" he shrugged his shoulders acting in a friendly manner.
Demyx was in his room playing his sitar the loudest he could. He was in his own little world where anything was imaginable. Bobbing his head, his fingers danced across the strings of his weapon with incrediable ease. He was having way to much fun and no one was going to stop him. When he was in his zone, he was at peace and the demands of the organization meant nothing to him. He looked at his clock for a second and realized he had been playing for two hours straight. "Two hours is my new record," he was interrupted by his stomach that protested. "Time for a break," he set his sitar down on his bed and disappeared reappearing into the kitchen.
Tapping his fingers on his instrument/weapon, the musician, gave her a deadly look when she was about to call him something inappropriate. "Little? I'm taller than you by far." he looked to the left and then to the right keeping his eyes on Xemnas and Larxene. Not knowing what else to do he continued to listen to the savage nymph explain her side of the story telling her version of the truth. If there was anything, the water wielder hated was members causing him trouble. In his mind, Demyx felt he didn't do anything wrong to start with and she was the one that esculated the situation with her bad attiude and threats. "It's not right that she did this to me." Shaking his head and swinging his legs back and forth that were dangling above the ground, he felt mixed emotions ones that he was not supposed to feel. Anger and a stabbing motion into his chest was revealant and if he had a heart it would of been shattered. He was trying to give Larxene what she wanted, someone who was strong and bold and since his other side was like that, he had to reveal it, but now he was in deep trouble. "This is what I get for trying to be strong," a tear came to his eye or what felt like a tear since it was moist around his eye. Closing his eyes for a few minutes, he tried to concentrate on what was being said, but a wave of nausea began to occur making him sweat and breathe heavy. Inhaling slowly and exhaling, he let the feeling pass for he did not want to appear feeble. "This is to much..." Demyx opened his eyes and blinked regaining his vision that had blurred from the warm moisture around his eyelids. Taking his right gloved hand, he wiped them and rested that same hand back on his sitar. Wishing he could play his sitar, the youth fiddled with a string soflty so not to make a sound. How he wished he was in the sanity of his own room where no one could disturb him and he could get away from the forced responsibilities and obligations that were demanded of him. How he dreamed that he could leave this prison or hell and make his appearance known as someone with exceptional talant rather than a villian. He had great hopes that he would some how be able to continue to be with the others and look up to the ones that deserved it like Axel, but now he feared if he would not surive from this ordeal. His azure eyes glared dangerously at Larxene for her snide comments. Coward? He was showing her that he could stand up to her and for himself. He was sick and tired of being pushed around and everytime he tried to act civilized and carefree, the other members would treat him like a disease except for Axel. He was the only one who seemed to show interest in the talanted musician and in return Demyx held respect for him. It could be due to their same interests that they had in common such as both believing they do have feelings and both befriending the youngest male member Roxas. Regardless, Axel and Demyx did have a connection more than the other members. Maybe that was the reason why Demyx had to be so brave. Was it to show his superior that he could fight or was it to prove to himself that there was a reason he was a dangerous member in the notorious organization? All that didn't matter now for Xemnas was giving him the most ominous of glares that made the nocturne both upset and ashamed.Taking one glance at Larxene, his mouth mangaged to open slightly before he spoke."Enjoy this while you can. You are a heartless witch one that loves to cause misery and takes pleasure of seeing others in pain. You'll never change and you'll regret that when you have a concience, but that means you'll have to have a heart which you'll never receive by your cruel acts towards me. You'll be the last and you'll be forever alone and miserable just like you deserve." his voice was foreboarding and forlorn at the same time. Hearing what his boss ordered him with those orange eyes of death, Demyx cast the hood over his head hiding his features and visage that was tear stained and flustered as he disappeared off his throne and reappeared in the middle of the room, his head bowed low with his sitar in his both of his hands as he waited for his fate to be announced. Pushing back his hood he wanted Larxene and Xemnas to see his appearance one more time like that of a warrior. Sternly he gazed at Xemnas and pointed at him. "Before you annnounce my fate, I just wanted to let you know boss, that of all the members I was the one that was closest to getting my heart since I actually could feel emotions. You or the others will never have that," with what seemed like his final words, he rose his sitar to a battle postion ready for the fight of his life to survive.
(OOC: I'll be back on later today. I'm getting a kitten!) "Um no... I don't know anything about you. I'm not a monster do I look it?" he chuckled.
I would love to be Demyx and I have years of rpg experience. I enjoy posting short to long posts. fire mage would like to be Axel.
The game is good, but I have to say that it is extremely hard on Sora's story! I'm playing it in beginner mode and the bosses are so cheap. Beating Vexen for the second time was one of the hardest battles I've fought and it took a long time to beat him. My sister ended up beating him and I defreated the other bosses before him like Parasite Cage, Ursula, Captain Hook, Repliku etc. I wouldn't be surprised if the beginner mode is acutally proud or expert mode and that is was designed like that on mistake. There is no way beginner mode could be so hard?
Demyx placed his sitar to the side of where he sat and danced up and down acting like he was scared. This human clearly didn't know what he was. "So why do you want to fight? Have I done anything to provoke you?" You shouldn't get into fights where you know nothing about your opponent. For all you know I could be a monster in disguise ready to consume you," he joked enjoying talking to another being.
(OOC: Yeah you can have Namine and go ahead and begin with the members that are present. He can always summon them forth by raising his arms and I would imagine they would have no choice, but to appear and answer otherwise that would be seen as a treacherous act.) With a strike of his hand, Cloud snatched the flyer and shoved it in his pocket. "What I think about is not the issue. We need to stay level headed if we're going to meet with Sora," he put his other thoughts aside not wanting to bother his friend with his troubles. "Tell me Sora", Cloud spoke in a firm tone, "How come you took so long answering our call when we tried to contact you several minutes ago? Leon and I do have a life and we're not going to put that on hold wondering if you would call or not?" Cloud was upset at the whole situation that he used Sora as a sounding board not realizing his anger was increasing. Pushing his hair out of his way, he huffed and tried to calm himself down. "Ok that was out of line," he told himself, but would not admit to it. Cloud stood beside Leon and looked him in his eyes. "I say we go see what Organization XIIII is up to or do you think we should wait and let them come to us?" Demyx's eyes looked at one member to the next as all of them kept talking back and forth. "Why are you guys even talking about the past anyway? So we were all defeated, but we are all back now and isn't that what truly matters?" he tried to reason with all of them and doubted that any of them would listen. "We're not all accounted for so shouldn't we wonder where the rest of the organization is? Your bickering can wait." The musician had enough with all the ranting and accusing to last him a life time. He wanted all the members to forget about their grudges and focus on working together. "Come on guys. Even I'm not that foolish to see what is going on. Xioimara doesn't need to be exposed of what happened in the past so the least we can do is try to work with one of another?" he raised his arms up in aggravation. "Why do I even bother with these guys?" he thought. "The boss better show up soon," he grumbled hating to be wasting his time when he could be out and about enjoying himself.
