    (OOC: Merry Christmas Eve!)

Demyx wasn't sure of what to think of this stranger who wanted to know what he was up to? Of course he was running, but he was not about to tell him that. Why should he know he was trying to get away from the organization especially Xemnas? He had a real good reason too. The Superior had gone to far with all of the harsh treatment and then resorting to another lower member to punish him. It was enough to make the nocturne sick. He had enough of the cruelty from most of the members. He simply wanted respect and to be treated with some deceny for it wasn't so hard to ask for. It wasn't like he was asking for peace on earth or something impossilbe like good will towards men. His melodies would bring him peace and harmony and pull him away from his cruel acts in the organization for a short period of time. If he had any other choice, he would end the suffering he caused to innocent victims in other worlds. For what purpose would it bring? He doubted he would get his heart anytime soon so why should he have to slave away under a tyrant? He was literally trapped, with the organization's leather cloak a symbol of his shackes and chains imprisoned in the World That Never Was Castle. He doubted if all his cruelty acts could be forgiven, but maybe some would in the end. Demyx never thought himself as being evil, except for his other entitity; the stronger and deadly warrior within. If only it was so easy to cease the suffering of those less fortunate, but what choice did he have? If Xemnas discovered that he refused to take upon his obligations and do his part in the organization, he would be the next one in line for obliteration. Shaking his head, he placed his right hand to the left side of his chest where a heart would be. All of these peaceful and good acts made him feel like he was in the middle of a war between good and evil battling over one of another for control of him. The evil respresented Xemnas and the rest of the organization and the good symbolized his own melodious sweet nature. He was caught between both and had to maintain a balance and keep his hidden thoughts away from any of the organization members for if truth got out of how he actually felt it would be treason against what the organization believed. He shook his head once more to concentrate on the situation on hand which was Toxyn asking him once more. "Hah... How do I know I can have a chat with you alone for what if one of the other members saw us talking together?" Demyx tried to act like nothing was bothering him."I can't take that chance. I'm in enough trouble already."

(OOC: I don't know if they did or not. One can only assume right.)

Sighing with malcontent, Demyx overheard Axel's loud voice and answered in a sarcastic manner. "What? Is my music to loud for you all a sudden?" he placed the musical device back in his pocket. Songs were still in his head as he hummed them to himself tapping his feet to the lyrics that echoed in his mind. He knew he was calling attention to himself and thus he would stop for the time being. "All right now that I placed my entertainment away I will sit here and be bored as usual," his eyes told the others that he wanted to leave. Pulling his drawstrings he fidgeted with them until that too got boring. Why did everything that the organization do have to be so mundance and usual? All it was was to go on missions to get more hearts to someday in the future become whole. What about in the meantime though? Why couldn't the boss ever throw a party once in awhile and what was the purpose of becoming whole in society that would treat people like recluses? Xemnas must of known there was more to the organization then do his bidding unless that was his whole purpose. Demyx didn't want to believe that was the reason he was brought back and by who he didn't know. The superior of the organization would hopefully explain and solve the mysteries of the hidden truth. Now the nocturne had to do was be once again be bored out of his mind, listen to the information and contain bits and pieces of it while most of it would fly in one ear and out the other. He wished he was on a beach in a peaceful atmosphere and away from all the pressures that were forced upon him by the higher members, but instead the reality and truth was he was a deciever and complete denial if he thought he could have a normal life.

Standing tall and bold, the musician kept his guard up and wanted to get by this stranger with white hair and tan skin as soon as possible. It was the only way to get to the ocean that he yearned for. The waves washing away all the worries in the world and being surrounded in nothing, but peace and soltiude. "I'm just passing through. I don't want any trouble," he walked causally through by keeping his eyes on Toxyn. Noticing the other end of the tunnel, he quickened his pace, but halted for a moment wondering if the young stranger was following him or not. Could this be a trap set up by the other organization's leader or was this a test to judge his loyalty to Organization XIII? Keeping his mind focused and trying to have his thoughts drift from one to the next, he sensed another prescense of a another nobody that had entered the void. "Oh no someone is after me," he mentioned softly under his breath while looking around in every possible direction for any sign. "I have to get out of here," he tried not to remain so noticeable as he backed away and turned his head from side to side, but making sure to keep his eyes on Toxyn whom was still floating.

I'm so sorry to hear that. If anything, any obstacles that you face make you a stronger and more compassionate person in the end. If I were you, I would try to spend as much time with her as you can and recall all the most enjoyable times you've had with her. Try to make her smile and maybe you can even make her laugh for nothing cheers up anyone more than a giggle or two. My heart goes out to you my friend. *hugs*

Demyx licked the milk from his lips and drank the whole bowl afterwards. "I don't know. Sugar is sugar right? It tastes good and that's all that matters to me," he finished his breakfast and ate the first meal he had taken out from the microwave. "Man I'm hungry. I feel like such a pig," he got himself a tall glass of water and drank the whole thing. "So I had this crazy dream that I was riding on these dolphins and then they made me their king so then I held underwater concerts for the sea creatures and they all loved and adored me and I was like yeah this is so awesome, but then my alarm went off and it felt like I got blasted by the Superior," Demyx grinned like a goofy hyena that had eaten to much and came to close to lions.

(OOC: That's fine. Some of my posts are long, but I do manage to have short ones to.)

Demyx noticed someone was speaking to him and he didn't know where the voice was coming from until the figure appeared to him floating in midair. "Who are you and why do you want to know so much?" the ninth member asked in a hestitant manner wishing he had payed more attention to Xemnas's mundane speeches in Where Nothing Gathers. He kept his distance so not to be ensnared by this stranger who wanted to know much information about him. Demyx was on his way to the ocean where he felt at peace and once he had gotten there he would of imersed his tired body into the waves and let the cool refreshing liquid soothe his wounds for salt was very healing. Presently he would have to wait for this stranger would not let him pass nor would the young nobody want any trouble where he would be forced to fight. The best thing to do was remain calm, not give any useful information out and to try to get past him. "What brings you here anyway?" He hoped this conversation would not linger for he was on the run from the organization.

Demyx rose an eyebrow not sure of what Terra said. "You don't understand. I'm not the darkness or the light. I'm in between and it's all I know." He also wondered why the hero was sitting next to him. "Yeah that would be nice not to be shackeled to the life of the organization, but I have no choice. I don't want to get eliminated or turned into a dusk," he shook with fear getting the horrible picture out of his mind.

(OOC: Yeah I wouldn't want to leave anyone out, but I had to make sure it made sense and went along with the storyline to some degree. *shruggs*)

Once in the void, the youth walked through unaware of what lie ahead. He didn't care to say in the least. There was no turning back for he made the choice to leave what he hated so. None of the members would miss him except for Axel, but he had his own intentions. He didn't count on anyone to find him and the problem was why would any of them come after them? The organization didn't have hearts so they wouldn't go after him because they cared. No, most likely Xemnas would learn of his disapperance and send forth another member after him. In the past, Xemnas had always sent one of his best fighters to drag any members back and it was highly likely Axel would be hot on his heels if he were to waste any time. "I have to be careful and keep moving or I'll get caught and I can't take that chance," he ran through the darkness, fear and determination were set in on his mind. As he ran memories began to rain down upon him with his time in the organization. No he had not betrayed them in his mind. He simply wanted a break and to clear his head knowing he was going around in circles and getting himself into trouble with the other members. If he kept up those acts then he would of been dealt with harshly by Xemnas. Looking over his shoulder for a second he imagined the intensity of his superior coming after him; the flurry of dancing flames would not be so forgiving. Demyx fretted and knew Axel always followed orders. It was absoutely certain that the fire wielder must never find him until the time was right when the water wielder was ready to return when he knew things had died down in the castle. "There's something different about this place like I'm sensing something else, but I don't know who or what it is?" he continued running.

(OOC: Namine is to have the same role and will be in World That Never Was Castle since that is where the others members are.)

Cloud jumped high into the air watching some heartless scatter about and disappear since they did not want to die at the hands of the two heros. "Oh come on what cowards," he placed his weapon back on his motorcycle and looked through the area. "I see they are all gone. They must of left to either get reinforcements or the both of us were to much of a match for them to handle," he smirked and continued to search the area. Keeping his guard up, his blue eyes peered through the hidden shadows that crept around parts of the area.

Before disappearing, his azure eyes shifted to gaze into the ominous glow of the orange orbs of Xemnas. "Heh... heh... You know I knew you would say something like that," he grinned his childish nature coming out. "Let's just say I have my ways. My water can do mysterious things boss," he boasted before portaling to his assigned throne. Once seated, his legs hung in the air and he scooted back against the backing, slouching and resting his arms on the armrests. He reached into one of his pockets from his cloak and pulled out an ipod filled with numerous amounts of soundtracks ranging from rock and roll, heavy metal, to dance, and techno. Once he chose a song from scrolling through ten others he turned it up just enough so he could hear the music as well as Xemnas speak in the meeting. "Huh? Looks like I'm the only one here right now. Sweet!" he relaxed as his eyes wondered at the empty thrones all around him. "I wonder what he is going to talk to us about this time? Maybe afterwards I can go to the outside worlds and actually do something fun for a change Perhaps Hollow Bastion would be the perfect spot," he leaned his forehead on the palm of his hand, before removing it and began to bob his head to a certain dance hit and swung his feet back and forth singing softly to himself. "I'll be back on my feet again. Do what I would need to do. Wondering how you'll understand. Life is not all about you..." his voice was light and held such beauty and grace as if a muse had granted him the gift of song.

Demyx shook his head and sighed. "Just the kind of answer I would expect from someone who knows so little about what I am. To answer your question, I'm empty incapable of feeling remorse, or guilt for my actions or the actions of the others that are like me. Surely you know something about what a nobody is and what the organization is right?"

This was the final straw. He overheard Xemnas and Vexen conversing to each other and he pounded his fist on the ground out of frusteration. "I can't take this anymore." How dare that senile brash icecicle refer to him as a child. If anything the musician knew he had more good traits in him then in any of the other members. Xemnas thought of him as a slave, Vexen thought of him as a disease and Larxene viewed him as nothing, and could careless if he lived or faded into the darkness. What purpose did he have to be in the organization if no one was willing to understand how he felt without putting him down or wanting to get rid of him? Axel understood to some degree, but he still had this close connection with Roxas so he didn't need him either. The sad truth was the water wielder was all alone in the end and the only thing to get him out of his hellish extistence was escape into a world where no one would dare follow. When he was playing his sitar that was when he was at peace and was the happiest. No one was giving him orders, jeering at him or making his life miserable for it was his world where he was the one in control. Staggering and rising slowly he walked away knowing there was one more thing he needed to do. Disappearing his spirit traveled through the corridor of darkness that led him to his bed chambers. Gazing himself in the mirror, he placed his hand over his body and sent forth a sensation of soothing water that lifted his spirits and washed all the dirt, dried and fresh blood off of him. Once refreshed he picked up his comb and fixed his hair to his liking and tossed off his old ripped leather cloak on his bed. His hand swung open his closet door as he placed on a fresh cloak to protect his body from the darkness. Fingers twitched rapidly for he summoned his servants his dancers to prepare him for his absense. "I'm clearly going away for awhile. I don't know how long I'll be gone, but I need to get the hell out of here. No one in this organization gives me any respect and I may not surive under Xemnas's rule if I remain here. I just don't belong here and it would be better for everyone else if I were to leave. I have to start thinking about myself and the others can take a flying leap into the the depths of the deepest oceans. Do not let anyone know of my disappearance especially Xemnas," he stood definatly starring at nine of his dancers that pranced about in one place. "Your leige commands this of you," he stated with stern eyes and a frown. His wishes were granted as the dancers each bowed their heads and vansihed from his chambers.

The next task he did was pull out some stationary that held the design of a sunset set upon a beautiful beach. Gripping a white pen, the ink from the pen gently flowed upon the page telling his thoughts.

    Larxene,
By the time you read this I will be gone and I won't ever be a burden to you or the others again. I know when I'm not wanted and you can't stand the sight of me anymore. Xemnas has told me never to talk to you, touch you or even be in the same room as you. I'm afraid I can't obey those orders for I do have feelings for you and wished to express them in some ways I only know how. The reason I attacked you in your chambers was because I thought you wanted me to react in that way. I thought you would of thought it as being to your liking and I wanted to prove to you that I was much stronger and deadier than I appear. I mean that is why I'm in the organization right? If I remained easy going, carefree, and clueless, I would of surely been destroyed by Xemnas or one of the higher members so that's why I have this other side so to speak. It wasn't intentionally to hurt you and I apologize that I went overboard like I did. I was only trying to impress you and wanted you to see me as someone special or at least a friend. The truth is you're hard to get along with since we both share different interests, but you have to give me some credit for the attempt. Why am I even wasting my breath writng you this letter? You probaly scoff at me, think I'm pathetic and toss it away since you can't comprehend or refuse to give in that you to do to have emotions and feelings. It's true that they are fake, but if you look at them like that, you're only going to regret it. I know you can feel for why would you have rage and anger when you literally tried to kill me? I was testing you by doucing you with water and I had my reasons for such. Deep down inside I know you feel like I do and maybe at one time you believed this to. I will tell you this though. If you should ever miss me unlikely I doubt, just look to the element that brings forth life.

    See ya later or not,
    Demyx

P.S. You may show Axel this letter and no one else. He was the only one and maybe Roxas that seemed to understand me.

He placed the letter in a black envelope, wrote her name in gold ink in cursive on it and sealed it by licking the edges of the envelope until it was fully sealed. Snatching some imporatant items he tossed them in a waterproof bag, called forth his power and made the bag liquidify before his eyes. At least he still had his powers and from being a spirit he would be able to go anywhere without being noticed by any mortals that lived in the outside worlds. Taking one look at his room he was about to leave when he noticed he had forgotten to pack two of his possessions that he had grown fond of and that gave him comfort. Soft plush and adorable to the touch, he hugged his light blue dolphin and warm blue and black blanket crying softly onto them. They would give him warmth and comfort when he needed them the most. Sobbing softly, he tears stained the blanket as he held it close to him like a child does for security. In some ways he was like a child needing attention, justification for his actions when he was disciplined and was naive, yet his other side was the complete opposite which remained hidden for now. He would call upon his inner strength so to speak to prove he stood a fighting chance against his opponent(s). It was the only way he could fight effectively and not get maimed in the end. Demyx wiped his eyes and made his blanket and dolphin disappear with the rest of his belongings before he eyed himself in the mirror. Noticing the edges of his eyes were red, the purity of his tears irritated them so he blinked and placed some water over his eyes with his own element. Sighing he left his room and walked down the hall quietly as one could, reappearing to where Larxene was whom was resting peacefully. "Good bye. I won't be a thorn in your side anymore." Placing the envelope on her chest, he kneeled down and kissed her on the cheek before disappearing without a trace.

Demyx nodded his head to Xemnas understanding his lecture, as he shifted in Axel's arms. He crossed his arms, pouting like a child since he hated to hear long winded speeches and once again the Superior was threatening him. It always seemed that was the way. His hands gripped his sides attempting to ignore the pain he was in for he wanted to be strong especially in front of Axel. Sighing and feeling like he was given the ultanmatium, his freedom had mysteriously vanished for he was forbidden to even be in the same room as the female nobody? How would avoiding her and ignoring possibly work if they were assigned to work together? It would go against Xemnas's orders so the musician felt he was in a tight postion of having matters end up negatively for him. It wasn't fair that the ninth member had to have strict orders of who he could not see or interact with and it was simply a sign of distrust that made him feel awful. He wished that he never even saw Larxene that morning in the hallway. If he would of known that he would be in big trouble then he wouldn't of even left his room. How come she always seemed to get her way and he was the one that was being reprimanded all the time? It wasn't fair, but life wasn't supposed to be and he had to learn his lesson the hard way. Furrowing his brows he stared at the leader of the organization with hatred, but kept his temper under control.

"If I'm not allowed to talk to her, see her, and even be in the same room as her then she should share that fate as well. She's not allowed to harm me either or next time I will do something unimaginable." He jumped out of Axel's arms and staggered to his feet from the impact on the ground. "I don't need Vexen's aid and I'll prove to you all that I'm not some weakling you can push around. I'll take care of myself with out any of your help and especially the old scientist's." His pride was giving him the will power to keep himself from fainting or breaking down in tears for he was in incruciating pain. "Boss, you don't care if I live or fade into the darkness just as long as you get hearts so don't pretend that you do and that goes for any of my so called family. You would probaly be better off without me anyway," he turned his back on all of them feeling alone, lost, and hurt as he starrted to walk out of the room. Suddendly his instincts revealed to him of what he was doing and he stomped the ground as hard as he could hating to feel these "false emotions" or to shed "phantom tears." It was nothing, but an illusion that made his blood boil. Embracing himself with his arms, he hugged his body and tilted his head to the ground until he fell on his knees and kept his face hidden behind his hood that he pulled over his hair before landing on the hard ground. "No one gives a damn about me," he replied through his gritted teeth, striking the ground with his right fist. "I hate you all," his actions were a desperate cry for help that would not forth; not from a family that had no hearts.

Cloud groaned through his teeth. He felt that Leon was insulting him. Of course he knew what Organization XIII did and did not appreciate being talked down to like that of a child. "Hey, I know more about them than you think. Did you think I would go to the World That Never Was and attack them all head on? I would be comitting an act of suicide if I did that" his long stride put some distance between the brunette and him as he thought of what to do. "No, we will wait for one of them to come to us. In the meantime, Leon you should be more concerned about the town rather than myself. We'll have a huge battle on our hands if they decide to show up and we're not ready."

Demyx put the tips of his fingers of his gloved hand to his mouth when he saw that Xemnas had returned. He was very nervous if his boss would put him down in front of the members that were present on account of his failures in the past.Thinking carefully of what to say he looked at Xioimara and remembered her suggestion earlier of asking Xemnas if he could be the healer and not have to fight as much or be accopanied by some other members? "Well here goes nothing. Boss, if you don't mind I would like to ask you something before we begin. Well as you know I'm not the best of fighters and my talants are better for defense so could I simply heal instead?" He shrugged his shoulders and hoped Xemnas wouldn't get mad for trying to get out of missions. "Yikes depending on what he says I may have to get out of here for my own safety," he thought.

Demyx awoke in the arms of Axel, his feet hanging off to the side. What had just happened? One minute he remembered Larxene attacking him with such force and hatred like she had a heart, but how was that possible? Did his water trigger a devastating effect that made her go beserk? Last he recalled Xemnas had told them that they don't have hearts and not to be fooled with feelings or emotions so how was it possible for someone without a heart to attack him so? He couldn't ponder why he had returned the favor with just as much pride and vengence towards her? Of course! Now he understood the reason for his intentions. It was to prove to her that he was a survivor and that he belonged to be in Organization XIII. He had to live with to many members with different attiudes so he did what he could to stay away from them; however, he chatted with them to be friendly and to learn what they were up to.

Demyx may of acted incompetent, useless, and clueless for many reasons, but in reality he had his very own intentions and would use these techniques to his advantage. Larxene was one of the ones he fooled time and time again enjoying seeing her get upset and what else he could get away with since her personaility intrigued him. He acted much like a child pulling so many stunts just enough until he got caught and he enjoyed getting on her nerves since she seemed to act human like he did. He knew there was some sort of connection they both shared and he would find it without getting himself killed. Yes, getting hurt by her was all part of his plan to see how human she reacted and now he could justify by what he experienced and felt in terms of pain. His water attack was the clencher to bring out her fury and now he would work on trying to get her to trust him by acting tough when he had to be, but sensitive and fun loving and sincere hoping to break her wall down.

The melodious nocturne gazed at Axel whom was speaking to Xemnas and now Vexen was present? "Great... why are you here?" What was going on? Why was the creepy scientist looking at him like that? What did he want? Demyx struggled in Axel's arms and felt pain all over his body. Breathing deeply he coughed; his hands close together to his chest when he saw Xemnas. "Don't hurt me," he cowered closer to Axel. "Wait... what happened to Larxene? Did I actually weaken her?" Water puddles were present in the room along with the cracking of the left over sparlks of lightning that were sizzling in various locations of the water in various parts of the room. "Ah... Blew it again..." he cast his eyes to the ground, accidently tilting them to Xemnas's own. "Um... oops... " he chuckled lightly being guilty as sin. "I'm busted still aren't I?"
