(OOC: I'm getting confused or maybe it's just me feeling disorientated and weak from nearly going to the hospital last night. Damn those *******s are going to pay for what happened to me.) It seemed like a matter of seconds, he had left the organization, come back on his own, given another chance by Xemnas, and then was bawling his eyes out into his pillow. What a cruel twist of fate. Why couldn't just once one of the other members were to actually be in his boots? If anything he wished upon Xemnas it was for him to actually get his heart and then maybe by some miracle he would have actually realize and be ashamed of how he treated the ninth member. If that was not the option, then if he did get a heart, it would be right out from him and smashed upon the city below. There was just no justice in this cruel world and those evil *******s were able to go as they please being puppets under Xemnas's control. Well he wouldn't have anything to do with it unless he was needed by some dire emergency. Yeah pigs would fly by the time the organization needed help from Demyx and after they all treated him, he would rather spit in their faces and drown their very bodies with the most frigid water until their oxygen depleated causing them to pass out. That was how he felt right now about all of them. They were all to selfish, consumed with their own agendas to even be concerned about his well being. "I'll show them all one day what I'm really capable above," the bitterness was more visable now after his mood changed. Getting off his bed he was about to enter his bathroom to clean himself up the best he could, when he heard a young boy's concern voice ring in his ears making him hesitate. Was that Roxas and what did he want? Was he sent up here to give him another order too? Well he wouldn't know the answer unless he found out what he wanted. Turning the knob, the white door crept open sliding across the floor, as he stood in front of it, his expression serious and hurt scrowled at him. "What do you want? Come to make fun of me too? Come to call me a traitor for leaving the second time or are you hear to get rid of me and put me out of my misery with a few slashes of your keyblades? It wouldn't take much since I'm already fading fast," he turned abruptly away from him, his breathing laboring and the pain intensifying the more he stood. "I've lost everything practically so by all means go for it and if you see Larxene tell her I was only a fool to be concerned about her well being and forever blame myself for writing her that pathetic letter that meant nothing to her. I never even got to talk to her without that ******* Xeltic showing up," he paused catching his breath before speaking once more. "Who am I kidding. I'm rambling like an idiot just take me out of my misery already if you're going to do it and give Xemnas the greatest sense of satisfaction towards you ever," he rubbed his forehead after waving his left hand to his side to maintain his balance.
Pulling his hand back with ease and holding it underneath his other arm, he shifted his weight again keeping to himself at the moment, letting his ears capture every syallable and letting his eyes remember all that he saw. At the speed of Xioimara's run on sentences, Cloud wondered if she had time to take a break or rest her voice for a second before talking again? He noted her friendly gestures at first which changed to a sense of insecurity as if she was commiting a sin against the organization before a fellow member, but the final fantasy VII protagonist knew Demyx would never rat her out if she did anything wrong. She seemed friendly enough, just hestiant and uneasy. His eyes followed her movements to where she stood next to the older member, as he noted in his mind to find more about this new recruit. Demyx and him had formed a secret alliance one that that the organization did not know about so it was important that Xioimara not break the ice to Xemnas of who she saw. Cloud did not know if Xemnas knew who he was, but one thing for certain was that Xemnas would not tolernate any hidden agendas from any of his members which was why, the melodious nocturne had no choice, but to keep it a secret as long as he could. As Xioimara continued her story, it sounded like she was talking about her memories of when she was human crossing over with her life as a nobody "School? Rich brats? Hate what place?" she wasn't making any sence to him for it was a bunch of rambling. His attention focused on Larxene and Axel now especially after what they not knowlingly revealed to him in the crystal ball. Larxene was getting herself flat off drunk and would wind up with alcohol poisioning and getting her stomach pumped for all the drinks she drank without thinking and Axel had steathly insinerated a whore's internal organs for her sneaky seductive trance that had caught the red haired fighter off guard. "No offense Demyx, but Larxene seems to be the most pathetic member of all from what I'm seeing. She doesn't know or doesn't care about the consequnces that will happen to her and she only has herself to blame. If someone were to attack her, she would be gone in an instant. Some dangerous ruthless female? More like a desperate lost soul becoming intoxicated so she won't feel sorry for herself. Pitiful." His words were ones of critisism as he closed his eyes for minute before opening them, his attention span on Xioimara. "She better not be some rolemodel to you otherwise you have poor choices of who to lead you on your way." Tapping his fingers against his other arm that was also crossed, Demyx was not at all thrilled of witnessing Larxene drink herself to death. This wasn't the Larxene he knew. She would never stoop to something so out of the ordinary. She was always so ruthless, spiteful and always kept her guard up, but this version of Larxene made him begin to lose respect for her even more. Then again, it was an advantage to use against her if she were to be her usual pmsing self and go way of boudaries. He had leverage against her and it excited him to no end. He had the chance to forever hold it over her head and not just him, but Xioimara was also viewing the same thing so therefore she was a witness. If Larxene were to even attempt to open her mouth and say some snide remark to him then the cat would be out of the bag. "Not so high and mighty now are you Larxene. I found your weakness," he grinned sinisterly to himself. "You discover my secret I blow yours out of the water and savor the moment of seeing you actually squirm like a worm on a hook once in your life. You'll know exactly how I feel and what it means to be the fool." Not noticing Xioimara standing next to him, he was indeed thrilled that Axel had given that whore what she deserved without calling much attention to himself. He should of never doubted Axel not to get even, but why did he let that woman touch him? Axel appeared to be in a spell from what it looked like and somehow he had come back to reality. At least he wasn't getting himself wasted to the dephs of his soul. He had more sense then Larxene. Another factor to add to the list of blackmail Demyx could reveal to her when the opportunity presented itself. He would hope that Xemnas would announce a fitting punishment for her because it wouldn't be right if she got away with it and only received a slap on her wrists. She broke the organization standards by leaving, acting human and getting drunk. She had to pay in some way or another. Demyx's plans of blackmail were cut short when he to was listening to Xioimara's speech of various topics. Some of the words went in one ear and out his other as he attempted to retain all that she said. "Xioimara, could you slow down? You're talking way to fast and you're rambling.Cloud, Larxene is acting pathetic right now, but normally she is not like that."
The room had gone silent for now the members had left due to Xemnas's final orders. Demyx did not take one more glance at the chilly academist who clearly would rather have him fade off the face of the planet. He had wanted to say something back to his face or let him have it with the element he still had, but he knew he was on dangerous ground and one more slip up could mean his doom. Fate was so cruel to him and why did it always have to be to the nice guys? He just couldn't win. The only thing he kept was his life for now, but who knows when that could be taken away in a instant just like his weapon? It hurt the musician to the bottom of his soul, that Xemnas had called his sitar his weakness for it was the absoulute opposite of what it stood for that no one could fanthom. Add to his sitar being gone for who knows how long, Axel had humilated him in front of the senior members Vexen, and Xigbar and also in front of the youngest members Roxas and Xioimara. Of course he knew Axel's intentions were not to make fun, but it was the degrading fashion he did it in. He used him to show up Vexen's intelligence and Xemnas had to lecture Axel about respecting higher members? The more he pondered about what had transpired, the more it made him feel rejected and enraged inside. How dare Vexen call him the weakest member. He would get even just not now for it wouldn't serve any kind of purpose. One day that guy will be eating his own words. That day would come hopefully, but for now all the youth could do was refrain from punching the guy's eyes out or drowning him on the spot. That cruel infuritating crazy man deserved exactly what he got from the eigth member and himself. It was time that someone stood up to him and Axel was the one to do the job since he didn't have any strikes against him at the time. This was yet another example of Xemnas's favortisism for it must of been set forth to members who could actually prove some value and worth to the superior. Roxas fell in that category as well being the key of destiny. Xemnas couldn't afford to get rid of him because he was some great value to him, along with Xioimara who seemed to be Xigbar's young apprentice of some sort. He hated to admit it, but even Vexen was valuable because of his scientific knowledge and defintely not his personaility. Zexion was one to keep around for his special skills dealing with his powers and scheming brain, Xaldin and Lexaeus for their brute strength, Luxord and his games of fate and element were not to be messed with, Xigbar with his sharp mind along with his sneaky way of easdropping and Marluxia for being one of the strongest fighters in the organization. Saix would never be rid of for his complete loyality to Xemnas and being practically devoid of any emotions and Larxene for her savage and rutlhless manner of beating an enemy till it was begging for mercy. Above all, Axel had to be one of the most valuable members because of his surperb fighting tactics and strong connection to Roxas. With all of those skills and talants it was no wonder why Vexen had called him the weakest even though the musician refused to believe that. In the end, what good was he to Xemnas? He hated fighting, he didn't have much strength compared to the others, he wasn't the most intelligent member, and physically as of now he couldn't endure any battles. What was the reason to keep him then? Before going back to his room, he leaned down to pick up his cloak that was sprawled out on the ground and slipped it back over his shoulders having it slide down past his hips and to his ankles. Wanting to break down in tears he held his composure together and left swiftly not wanting anyone to see him in the state he was in. Xigbar was probaly already embarrased of him and he couldn't look the older one eyed man in the face any longer. As he passed by him, he kept his attention in front not looking once at Xioimara, or Roxas. The last thing he wanted was for them to think that they were stronger than him. He didn't even know if they even thought of him as a friend. All he could see in his mind was that he was ridiculed, betrayed, humilated, and lucky to have surived such an ordeal. He would not show anyone his weaknesses or his usual side anymore. Xemnas had changed him for the worst making him become cold, bitter and hating everyone in the world for how they treated him. He would remain out of everyone's way, not even talking to them about small talk no longer. Once Xemnas had taken his sitar, he had taken another part of his soul with him. Instead of portaling out of the room like usual, Demyx feeling like a black sheep of the organization chose to walk out thinking that Xemnas could try to find another reason to get rid of him if somehow he conjured up his black void that distracted him from what offical business he had to discuss with Zexion about. Yes, he was becoming more paranoid and his rights as a nobodies were becoming more slim. What was next that Xemnas had to remove from him, all of his abilities as a nobody? He was becoming more of a slave once more, but it was better than being nothing. Turning his head to the side, he gave Xemnas one hurtful gaze of his soul being ripped apart as he walked up to the upper levels of the castle and to his room. Slamming his door open, he barged inside, shutting it harshly as his body collided onto his bed, his face buried underneath his pillows. "Fine! I see how I'm treated. I'm nothing but a slave here. I'm only here to exist and that's my purpose. Maybe it would be better if I were fade away right here and now. I'm fed up with all of them by the way they treat me like the selfish pricks they are. No one gives a damn about me!" he slammed his fists on his bed. Touching one of his injuries he bit his lower lip and clenched his teeth from the burning pain. Becoming more upset, he could not bottle up his reactions. "I'll just stay and here and die! It's going to happen eventaully. My power is decreasing by the day and once that leaves well then it's my end. My sitar is what keeps my spirit alive and without it..." He forced himself not to finish his sentence. ""Face the threat on your own you b******* and leave me out of it. I wouldn't be any help anyway. I just don't care anymore not after how you guys treated me!" He sank onto his bed, his bottled up fury and cries of desperation of help being the last thing he yelled before colliding with sheer exhausation and mournful sobbing into his pillow.
Oh well I'm glad you were able to. I almost ended up going to the hospital tonight because I had labored breathing and my right arm hurt so bad I...
HellKitten, How did your WMM break? Is there anything I can do to help you?
That's fine, I figured that because if she didn't know she would be pissed. Xeltic sounds like a creep to me.
Dang I just read your post and I hope that *TwilightNight* is ok with it.
I'm sure Marluxia will fight in time.
It would be nice to know more information about anyone in the organization, but the member I want to know more about is Demyx and his intentions. Personally I find him a mysterious character and he has this split personality or "other side" that really made me want to know more about what his intentions are. Could he in fact be fooling everyone by first appearances or is there something more in Demyx's character that we don't know, but have seen signs of it in the game, the manga and the novels? By the carefree, incompent way he acts is there a reason behind it as a farce in reality compared to his true character? One can only assume and speculate.
"Why would we do that?" Cloud asked bumping his elbow against Leon for him to agree with him. "We're not doing anything wrong," he eyed the nobody keeping his distance from him as he tried not to think of the uneasy feeling he was experiencing right now. Cloud knew with an instant if this organization member wanted to he could take his heart in an instant, but the question was why didn't he? What was his reason for not doing so? Did he like to toy with his victims before taking them out? Cloud kept close to his friend keeping his eyes on the organization member at all costs. Demyx grinned at how scared these two warriors were deep within even though they were refusing to show it. "Let's see... You guys obviously defeated my dancers after intruding and trespassing on private property. The second is that you say you're not doing anything wrong, but in reality you are by being here and thirdly you seem to be scared to death of me, but you're trying not to show it am I right?" he brought forth his dancers that surrounded them. "Now I'm not in the mood to fight and personally I don't like it so it's your lucky day. I'm sparing you because to tell you the truth you two could be somewhat of use to me," he knew some information of what the new threat of the husks that lurked ahead and it was best to form allies aganist a greater force. "Have you ever heard of these things called husks?" he spotted their curiousity.
"But he always stays in his lab boss?" Demyx disappeared doing what Xemnas ordered him to not wanting to irritate him even more. He went to the castle and found Vexen in the lab busy with something. "Hey Vexen!" He shouted startling the scientist. "Whacha doing?" he said from behind him.
Yeah freaky isn't it? Thanks for the advice and I don't drink because of the three different kinds of medications I've been taking. Nice job...
(OOC: I bet no one expected this. I edited certain parts because my first version would of been devastating consequences for Demyx) For an hour he huddled himself on the couch, hugging his knees like a scared child afraid of the boogie man. His tears fell upon the the dancer's lifeless body as he couldn't bare to look at it anymore. What a shameful act to commit on one of his own servants. True, nobodies were void of any feelings, but Demyx had always been different from the rest believing deep down he had a heart somewhere in the darkness other wise why would he be experiencing guilt, remorse and resentment? Was his brain trying to fool him once more making him believe something was not there? No, it had to be true otherwise why did he run away for the second time? There had to be some emotional connection to his soul weapon, "soul" being the keyword. Without it he might as well be an empty corpse or what Xemnas referred nobodies as empty shells of their human counterparts.Demyx was the most compassionate of all nobodies, wouldn't hurt anything or anyone for the hell of it only if he was ordered to. He abhored fighting, the thrill of brutally ending another's life just to obtain some selfish purpose. It was pointless and reduntant and a chore if anything. How did the rest of the organization get the thrill of it? He would never be able to comprehend them, not even Roxas whom was a fighter at heart and was a threat since he wielded keyblades, a weakness to the organization, but the nobody of Sora fought only if justice meant the means. Axel was the opposite never passing up a chance to throw his ego around and show his opponent who was boss in his fighting tactics yet he also befriended Roxas and understood the younger member. Those two had a connection, one that Demyx did not fanthom or care about. The melodious nocturne considered himself to be playful, friendly, carefree, easy going and non confrontal, yet deep within the droplet of his inner rage, his other entity remained concealed only to be awoken once more when called upon. This inner darkness the complete opposite of what Demyx protrayed to be was waiting patiently to be summoned forth and show everyone once and for all that they were all fools to judge him by his personaility. Turning his head to the side as the dancer disappated into thin air as if a spirit had gone to the next life, with his fists clenched he abruptly sat up from the couch only to knock it over with this inner strength that he didn't know he had in his feeble conditon. It was a fact that one has not given up hope or on himself, one could overcome what seemed to be the impossible. Growling under his breath, he grunted tossing some pillows onto the ground making his way to the outside of the pool where he dived head first, the warm water soothing his nerves and torn flesh from his wounds underneath his cloak that swayed peacefully in the water from behind. As he emerged to the surface he saw his reflection in the pool, but this time it was of a nobody devoid of any emotions except for the appearance of the eyes. He blinked a few times wondering if he was hallunicating from all the injuries that had severed his flesh and taken a worst turn to his health, but this was not the case, the one whom was starrring right back at him was him indeed. Getting out of the water, he panted and sighed as he walked into the bathroom, to look at his visage. He was indeed worn out, his hair messed up, his body a tad placid and his eyes were what transfixed him to keep starting at his relection in the mirror. "I don't know what to do?" he spoke outloud to himself. "I will surely die soon either by wasting away or having someone else hunt me down like in my nightmare," he shivered at the thought wiping his hand across the smooth glass. "No one understands that my sitar means everything to me. Without it I'm nothing," he dragged his hand arcoss his face. "If you admit to that then you might as well be a sniveling coward who is no better off then a little girl waiting to die," his other side spoke in a serious tone to him. "If you keep running from those b******* who look down upon you like your dirt beneath their boots, then the words they speak about you are true. You can not trust anyone except yourself if you want to surive." "They just don't understand me. Everyone thinks I'm nothing, but a waste of time and a waste of nobody in that matter. I tried to express myself in words to the girl I like, but she thinks nothing of me, but a nuissance and a child. I send them all letters letting them know of my departure hoping that they would realize that they have gone to far, but that probably didn't do any good either. How do I make them see from my perspective? " he placed both arms out in front of him, before folding them to his chest. "Screw them. We all have our own agendas even Roxas who isn't as innocent as he seems. Even the wolf girl Xioimara has her own plans. You have to know yours. Do not resent anything you've done for you are far better than the rest. Even Xemnas does not know your true methods and what he doesn't know won't hurt you right?" "I can't trust anyone deep down inside only on the surface like all of us even though I want to, it just doesn't turn out that way. Oh what am I doing wrong? Am I appearing to desperate? Erase that; for the scene I caused in front of Xemnas was so humilating I couldn't bare to even show my face. Something just snapped in me, like something when I was human and I turned into this emotional wreck. No wonder everyone thinks of me as a weakling. I proved it right there in front of the boss." "What's done is done, but the question is are you going to allow anyone else to take advantage of you, put you down, make rude comments to your face, and eventally meet your demise at a pitful end?" "No! I'm not going to be remembered that way. It's time to show my true colors and take off the mask I've been wearing for to long," he touched the mirror, his expression transforming to his darker bitter self; his azure eyes narrowed to slits as he left the bathroom, repacked his things. "Dancers," he summoned them with a hint of venom and sarcasism in his tone. "Take my things back to where they belong in my room, back to the World That Never Was. It's about time I stop running away and learn to face what ever the hell is in my way like a man," he nodded having the dancers disappear with his things. "I will not be hunted like some prey by anyone," he disappeared, his fury of his power increasing from his rage deep within his eyes as the waters parted slightly from the void he conjured back home. Appearing back in the castle, Demyx was in no mood to let anyone mess with him. The first task he appointed was to have his dancers get rid of the letters he had sent everyone in all the places. Pushing back a sorcerror with his hand, he dispised it knowing they were Xemnas's most faithful servants, but still they were lower than him. Sencing Roxas's, Xioimara's, Vexen's and Xigbar's spirit he knew Xemnas was with them for his auroa was the strongest of all. Making his grand entrance, he slammed open the doors to Vexen's lab and walked slowly downstairs keeping his anger that boiled his blood in check as he approached the surface floor. The first one he saw was the senile kook himself. Smirking, he walked over to Vexen and turned his young eyes to the scientist; his tone sardonic and vengeful slightly. "I see my dancer did it's job and struck you like you deserved. You've had that one coming for a long time and there is more to come," his voice was that above a whisper as he strolled over to Xemnas and was surprised to see Roxas and Xioimara in a bitter mood. "Hmmm... I wonder why they look so determined then again they could be looking at me like that thinking that I'm a traitor," he starred back at them slightly before turning his attention to his true purpose. Changing his tone, he knew that he was on dangerous ground if he said anything that would come off as disrepect. He had to watch his tongue. "Oh boss, I've returned which proves that I'm not a traitor so you don't have to have anyone hunt me down," he stood in front of Xemnas, one hand on his hip and the other in the air. "You see I've come back on my own accord and I realize that if I don't have my weapon that you took away from me then it's just one advantage that the other organization has over us. Without my help, our organization won't stand much of a chance," he began to pace. "It's true, that I'm not the most vital one here," he eyed Roxas "and that I could be easily be rid of by you, but why would you when you know for a fact that you need all of us to fight this threat? Can you afford to lose me?" He paused and starred at Xemnas's burning orange orbs of doom. "If there is anything I've learned is not to live a different life as a coward. To prove my loyality to you I have returned here for these memories that I experienced were clouding my judgement when you and I were alone and not to mention all the pain and agony I've been in from this day is a double whammy. Add to the fact I got my sitar taken away from me caused me to lose it. While I was away I really had some time to think of what I really am. Now if I'm allowed back here and given the chance to prove my worth to you I will be most honored."Taking his eyes away from his boss he curled his lip at Vexen giving him a look of disdain as he looked at the weird machine before him. "If this is all that you got then we're really in for a rude awakening," he turned and focused his attention on Roxas, and Xioimara ignoring Xigbar completly. "Never let anyone push you around even though things may seem bleak, know what you're doing for it is the right thing in the end no matter how difficult. The only exception to this rule is the boss for I found that out the hard way."
It's fine, but you can edit it if you want. I'm startting to feel a little bit better from having the flu and I'm talking about the worst kind....
Cloud was about to answer Demyx when he was caught off guard from another member that he had never seen before in Leon's data base. "Huh now this is a strange turn of events," he said to himself as he looked at the newest member of the organization before him. She looks younger than Demyx he looked at the water wielder to see if he knew her. Thinking there was no harm to be done he extended his hand out, I'm Cloud Strife," his blue eyes looked at her visage. "What brings you here Xiomara?" Demyx was busy looking at the crystal ball watching how insane Axel and Larxene were being at the moment. It caused him to grip his fist at the woman who had enticed Axel. "He better kill her." He tore his attention away at from the crystal ball only to see Xiomara standing in front of Cloud. Not having any grudges towards her and knowing that she could be trusted he waved at her. "Hey Xiomara, whats up girl?" He greeted her with a smile as if nothing was wrong. Arching his eyebrow up he wondered if she was the only one here. "Xiomara, no one else is with you right?" he seemed worried. "Heh heh, the reason I ask that is because I want to show you something first. Look at the crystal ball. Can't you believe how ridiculous Larxene and Axel are acting?" He placed his hand behind his head. He looked at Cloud to see what his response was going to be. The blonde warrior sighed and knew this new organization member didn't mean any harm and that she was curious. "You are probably wondering why I am at Castle Oblivion. To tell you the truth it is a long story, but in the end it turned out for the better." He crossed both of his arms not wanting to say anymore to jeapordize Demyx. The Melodious Noturne decided to change the conversation. "So..did Xenmas resume the boring ass meeting without me? I just had to get out of there before I would of done something I would of regretted."
(OOC: I have been very sick and weak] Gripping his covers tightly to his chest, Demyx tossed and turned as he flinched his eyes beneth his eyelids. His breathing became more rapid as he turned his head from side to side upon his soft feathery pillow. Moaning and groaning, his mind was producing images of what to come. ]He ran as fast as he could his pursuers on his trail. Coming to a ledge he saw the water below and took the chance to leap landing in its depths as the ocean swallowed him. The spikey red headed fire wielder cursed out his name calling him a coward, weakling, and worst of all traitor. His emerald orbs starred dangerously at the musican who could only gasp for breath as he leaned on a rock to support his body. His energy was leaving him as he held onto the boulder for dear life, his breath causing the rocky surface to crumble. He just needed to rest for Axel and another had been after him for days with no rest in sight as Axel was fueled by anger and would meet his objective to capture the ninth member and bring him back alive. Demyx knew he would have to keep going other wise it would be the end. Gathering up his strength, he pulled his feeble body out of the water and made his way closer to shore letting the ocean wash him closer to the beach. His life less body floated upon the current as it brought him to the other puesuer's boots. Looking up his eyes nearly rolled to the back of his head as he saw the evil smirk spread across the savage nymph's face, her hands on her hips with sheer joy as she starred down at him. Placing one arm forward, Demyx attempted to lift his body up from her feet refusing to be caught like this, but to no avail. His body felt like stone, unmovable lifeless and dead. Giving up his face collided with the wet sand as he lied there motionlessly by her feet on his stomach. Larxene with the burst of spirit did the unthinkable and sent forth a bolt of electricity onto the puddle zapping him to his senses for she wanted him to witness the events to come. Screaming out in sheer terror and pain he tossed on his back his voice being heard through out the place which alerted Axel to his destination. The red head fiend licked his lips maliciously as he struck the water weilder with the point of his chakram into his mid section and began to twist it savagely enjoying the screams of pure agony ringing in his ears which only had him increase the pain by lifting up the chakram and skid it towards his chest. The pain was so unbearable that it caused Demyx to lose conscience as his slender physique was hoisted onto Axel's shoulder, blood dripping from his wounds as he and Larxene returned to The Castle That Never Was. Larxene and Axel had appeared before Xenmas and had tossed his body on the ground as it rolled to Xenmas's feet who looked at him with disgust. Waiting to see if he would open his eyes his patience grew thin as he wanted to look upon the traitor. Lifting his head up he formed a ball of energy and sent it spiraling below him causing the weak member to awaken in sheer terror and pain. Gasping for air he held up his right arm begging for Xenmas to spare his life. Tears mixed with blood that he received from both Axel and Larxene earlier poured down his cheeks as he wondered how much tormet his body could take. If this was hell then let him fade off into the darkness free of any pain. Coughing and gasping he tried to speak, but nothing above a whisper for his health was very poor and thought he was dying from the very spot. Giving up all hope, his pleading eyes were that of a puppy that had been beaten numerous times. Not being able to hear what his sentence was he fainted back into unconsciousness, his soul, leaving him as light and darkness had taken him else where. Screaming at the top of his lungs Demyx was jolted awake from his nightmare as he kept touching his chest to make sure it was in one piece. Realizing that it was only a nightmare, he sighed in relief laying back down onto his bed. "Man, that seemed so real." he panted catching his breath. Once he had calmed down his azure orbs scanned his room to make sure no one was present. Getting out of the bed he stretched feeling very sore from his present injury as he noted to himself not to strain any of his muscles. Using the rail to go down the stairs he felt this funny feeling that something was watching him since nobodies have keen senses. He rubbed his eyes thinking he saw an asassin for a second or so as he shook his head to get his bearings. Walking toward the fridge he pulled out a large bottle of water twisted off the cap and began to drink it to replenish his energy within thirty seconds he had drank the whole thing as he set it on the counter. Feeling like a lazy lathergic sloth, he staggered over towards the couch and crashed on his stomach that caused him to gag and spit up some of the one he had consumed. Stretching out his hand before him he tested out his element and was not at all surprised that it too was weakening, for without his sitar his power was dimishing by the day and it would only be a matter of time that it would disapate along with his spirit. He felt he was slowly dying from the wounds that had yet to be healed, from the nightmare he had lived from to his constant worry of being hunted. Yes, if the events stayed the same he would surely fade off within a month or even sooner. Opening one lazy eye he starred at one of the dancers knowing this was not the dancer he had left in charge to guard the place. His senses finally coming to focus he was able to spot the assasin that was looking at him. "Axel sent you. Didn't he?" He pointed as the assassin nodded. "Why isn't Axel here himself?" He rolled off the couch only to land on his defeated dancer. Widening his eyes he edged back from it not believing that the assassin had done its job. "How could you? It didn't do anything to you and just for that, I will now silence you." Bringing up his hand he summoned a bit of his power and blasted the assassin with it drowning it on the spot. "You take a life, you lose yours." He panted and fell on one knee knowing that little bit of energy had worn him out. Normally his sitar would have come to him, but since it was in an isolated area where he could not reach it, his body was feeling the magitude of pain that was similar to Xenmas's power which was the shield. "Ahh!" he held his hand close to him and cradled it in his other arm. "Should of not done that." he uttered through clenched teeth. Sitting on the couch again he rested not believing how weak he was becoming. "Man, do I need help, but if I go back I will be killed. What am I going to do?" He hugged himself into a tight little ball.
OOC: Sirus, when I read your post, I didn't know you could use that kind of language and imagery that was harsh on Demyx's character that made me cover my mouth with my hand and say "no you didn't?", but I'll let it go. If you wish to degrade him as Vexen since Vexen probaly has no respect for him anyway that's fine, so Demyx will do the same with Vexen in ways of thinking about him and the others of the organization. After all it is a rpg and we're supposed to have fun right *LOL*) Sea gulls cried in the distance and the waves broke across the shore as the musican got out of his hammock and went inside to put his cloak back on. The organization cloaks not only kept them warm, but they also protected them from any unknown attacks and allowed them to be unharmed when portaling through the darkness. The attire was almost like a second skin, though not the most comfortable to wear, they were not unbearable either. Slipping it over his head, he adjusted the zipper to his liking where it fell below his hips in the area of his higher quadraceps. Digging through his bag, he pulled out a pouch of munny that he had been saving for quite some time. When the organization was away, he would sneak off into the other worlds and earn his currency by performing on the streets with his sitar playing the most beautiful ballads and harmonious tunes one would ever hear. Of course when he did this, he was dressed in his street clothes not wanting anyone to discover what he was or who he was with. If he wasn't playing his instrument, then his other methods would bring him munny to afford stuff he wanted and needed. Besides being a musican he had his youthful looks to depend on having people chase him down not to mention his melodious nature gave him the natural talant of being one of the greatest dancers and singers around. Yes, he could easily surive without the organization breathing down his neck nearly all the time. Opening a void to the darkness he was about to leave to another destination on the island when he turned to face one of his servants that visited him, its feet rapidly swaying in one direction at a time. He arched one of his eyebrows, placing his index finger to his chin listening to how his dancer, his servant was treated by the senile senior member whose actions were uncalled for. "What?" So it seems that the old man, close to father time," he ridiculed the scientist knowing he wasn't old, but a lot older than him, "tossed my letter in your face? That old b******," he crossed his arms allowing the dancer to continue. "He's building something? Yeah well I hope it blows up in his face. Then he'll have a real reason to conceal it," he spat and tried to recall if he ever saw Vexen with his hood on? "Don't take it personally," Demyx spoke calmly to his dancer as if it had feelings, "Vexen just thinks he is better then everyone. Kind of like Marluxia which is downright scary of how similar those two are," he shook his head keeping both of their images out of his mind. "So he said good riddance to me? Just as I figured. If I do come back, I'll be sure to pay his lab a visit before I cover it underneath my element. That will show him," he continued to listen as the dancer acknowledged its master. "Has anyone read my letter or did I waste my time as usual?" He frowned feeling disappointed. "No one else that you know of? Well be sure to let me know if you know anything else and spread the word along to all of my servants and before you go pass this to gramps," a evil smirk spread across his face as he told the dancer what to do. He dismissed it as it disappeared back to the castle, and appeared behind Vexen kicking him hard in the butt out of loyality for his master. It danced in place teasing the scientist, quickly disappearing to elsewhere in the castle before it got destroyed. Feeling satisfied that Vexen got exactly what he deserved, Demyx entered his void, walking along the dark corridors to get some much needed items. Once at the small shop, he walked in causing everyone to run out screaming for their lives at what they saw. "What? Why is everyone running away from me?" Demyx had forgotten to change when he stepped out of the void. Shrugging his shoulders, he got his many items and took them over to the cashier. "So how much do I owe you?" taking out his pouch and counting out his munny like a normal person, he was surprised that the shop keeper put his hands up telling him to take what he wanted and not harm him. "Ok thanks that's really cool of you," he gave the owner a weird look as he put his munny pouch in his pocket not needing it now and walked out the door with all of his groceries. "What's up with everyone running away?" he scratched his head until the mystery was solved over someone shouting the name Organization XIII. Putting a hand to his chest, he felt the metal chain, the silver drawstrings, and the leather upon his glove. "Oh! I forgot to take my cloak off and change. Whoops," he hit himself playfully with his left hand on his face. "No wonder people were running away from me. They thought I was going to take their hearts," he laughed a bit at his stupidity getting odd looks from the villagers on Destiny Island. Being impish he starred at them, placed his bags of groceries on the ground and summoned his dancers. "Go have fun with them," he licked the front of his teeth with delight after placing his arms up in the air and shouting at the villagers "Boo!" The dancers did indeed as he watched snickering underneath his breath. "Ok that's enough. I didn't say kill them. Now take my groceries back to the place I'm staying," he waved his hand playfully as one the dancers was using a townswoman as its personal kicking target. "I'll be home shortly," he got himself some sweet terryaki turkey jerkey from a stand and portaled away knawing on it. Once home, he placed the perishables in the fridge and freezer, stocked his cupboards and went up to his new room crashing on his bed. Sighing with relief and knowing everything was in its proper place, he pulled out his photo album and began scanning through the pages paying close attention to Larxene's and Axel's photos. "Man do I miss them already," he leaned up sitting on the bed. "But the thing I miss the most is my weapon, my precious sitar." Sorrow over took him as he huddled close in his covers hugging them for comfort.
Thank you very much.
