That'd work for 1 vs. 1 battles. Not sure how that would do in a 4 player brawl, though. You could accidentally go into taunt at the exact wrong moment and get knocked off when you already have 300% damage... ....which is also unlikely to happen.
I don't believe in it. I've also been "hypnotized" by a magician at my high school......... nothing happened. xD; I think it depends on whether or not the hypnotist does it right, and whether or not the person being hypnotized even believes it will work in the first place. Since the human brain can make you believe anything, of course, as long as you completely believe so.

Well right off the bat, it's extremely unbalanced. Blur the background, don't motion-blur it. The left side is deeply contrasted... if I were you, I'd darken th right and remove the white lines. Adding some more sharpened effects to add depth (after things are a little blurred in the background). Also, establish a nice \ angled flow on the left (like the right side). As for the text, I'd just remove it. This would probably look better without text, since it has so much effect going on. And well... lose the border. Otherwise it's pretty nice. Not sure if you're outta your slump though. Find some nice tutorials and learn some focus & effect depth. :3
