Manga's never remain on the same line as the game. I have the KH manga's (all of them so far), and Sora doesn't visit nearly as many worlds as he does in the games. Maybe half of them. I'm guessing Vexen was alive due to the one that fought Sora being a copy or something. After all, in the manga, it showed like 10 different copies of Vexen at one point in the manga. Both in the manga itself and in the bloopers. lol
