Well at the very least, he is recognizing that the franchise is lazy compared to what it used to be. Perhaps it is because they aren't doing enough effort, maybe it is because it is hard to use a character like Sonic and put him in 3D in the ways they keep trying to. Games like Sonic Rider... dear lord. lol I hope they try and get a 3D title as good as SA2 was. THAT game was genius.

Effects are pretty interesting. My main problem is how you didn't follow through (so-to-speak) with your smudging on the right side. Make some of the flow go behind him as well to give some depth. Stock is excellent. o.O
