Public is generally better. They have less strict rules, and don't have a required uniform 90% of the time. lulz But anywho I've never been to a private school. Only public. So I wouldn't know. But I vote Public anyway.

I kinda like this one. Composition is pretty nice. My only problem is the strong reds and transition in light throughout the tag (it goes to quickly from bright on the left, to dark on the right).
