Roxas's head turned at the cry, and he instantly locked eyes with Namine. He was sure that the anger and the darkness that was fueling his rage were easily expressed in his hard blue orbs. He gritted his teeth and squeezed his eyes shut as he struggled, needing to get out of Nathan's hold. Now. Especially with Namine showing up. "Let me go!" he roared, finally moving his arms and pushing Nathan off of him. Roxas didn't hesitate following Jeff's trail, pushing through the crowd and racing down the sidewalk in the direction the jock fled.

Roxas turned his head, eyes widening when he saw Jeff getting away. He gritted his teeth and started struggling again. "Nathan!" he roared. "Let go of me!" The guy was strong, yes, but Roxas had muscles of his own. He needed to get Nathan off of him. "You need to calm down, Roxas!" Nathan said, not releasing the blond from his hold. "This has nothing to do with you!" Roxas countered, his voice tight and loud with anger. He didn't care how much attention he was attracting. He just needed to go after Jeff!

Roxas's attack was blocked, but he didn't hesitate trying again. As he brought his other fist forward, a cry escaped him, but he never got to land the blow. Someone firmly gripped his arms and pulled him up from the ground. Roxas struggled against the grasp, sharply turning his head to look over his shoulder. Nathan. "Roxas, calm down!" Nathan demanded firmly, but the boy only struggled more in his grasp. He pulled Roxas back more. "This doesn't solve anything!" Kairi glanced at Namine and then back at the fight before following her friend's lead, crossing the street among the crosswalk. Namine said they needed to help, but what could they do?

Roxas put one hand on Jeff's chest in his state of rage, the adrenaline pumping through him. He brought back his fist once more and threw it forward to strike Jeff again, in complete fury now. Nathan slowed as he neared the crowd, just so he could push his way through. The people were pretty much frozen from shock, so he had to push a little bit. Kairi saw that Nathan was trying to squeeze through the crowd and reach Roxas, and knowing that, she looked to Namine. She couldn't imagine how she must have been feeling. The girl's eyes darted back to the crowd across the street when she heard gasps.

Roxas ground his teeth together, feeling Jeff's fist connect with his shoulder. It knocked him back and slightly off balance, and he winced slightly at the pain in his left shoulder now. He was off Jeff now, but that didn't stop Roxas from launching himself at Jeff again. If anybody wanted this fight to stop, they were going to have to pull Roxas off; he wasn't going to stop, not after all Jeff had put Namine through. Nathan was thankful he had been forced to stay fit back at home, knowing that if something like this ever happened, he would be able to handle it. He reached the other side of the street and immediately started running toward the street corner, getting a glimpse of the fight because some people had finally moved out of the way. Kairi could only stare at shock, her sight darting from Roxas to Nathan and then back again. Did Nathan think he could stop this? Roxas was very angry. It would surely be more difficult than he thought...

Roxas sat up quickly, staying on top of Jeff. He wasn't even paying attention to the fact that people had given them a few feet of space, but were circled around them to witness the fight. Roxas's hand already formed a fist and he swung it forward to connect with Jeff's face, not caring if the guy was trying to get up or not. Nathan dodged cars, which were still at a halt despite the fact that the light was green. He knew it was because of the scene unfolding now. He was almost to the other side, the cars making it difficult to reach the sidewalk quickly. Plus, Roxas was much faster.
That's true. xD But I get so into it that I'm just like, "Wait, what do I have to do again?" xPP
Roxas maneuvered through a few more cars before he finally reached the sidewalk on the other side of the street. His feet moved quickly, the blond having gained more speed over the course of the few months he had been gone. And who knew it would actually pay off? Roxas sprinted forward, seeing that the people on the street corner were frightened and backing up more as he grew closer, but he didn't pay attention to them, he only saw Jeff. Roxas noticed that the crowd was starting to part for his path, which led him straight to Jeff. He charged through the crowd, ramming into Jeff and knocking him off his feet, both falling to the ground. Nathan's eyes widened at the sight, the cries and gasps from the people on the streets being heard. He didn't hesitate any longer, knowing Roxas's intentions now. He started darting across the street as well, moving quickly. Kairi was in shock, and after a few seconds, she registered that Nathan was running toward Roxas and Jeff's positions. She had never actually seen Jeff before, but she knew by Roxas's reaction that it was definitely him.

Roxas ignored the honks, Namine's call, and all of the eyes he could feel on him now. He continued across the street, moving through the spaces between the stopped vehicles, his expression showing his anger; his eyebrows were furrowed over his piercing blue eyes, his lips set in a firm line. Jeff was done for as soon as he reached him. Nathan took a few steps forward, seeing that Roxas glanced up at something. He followed his gaze before the blond watched where he was going again, catching sight of the street corner. He looked at the startled people's faces as they began to notice the kid running hastily across the street. What was Roxas doing?
