If it's been a week, I would suggest seeing a doctor. They'll probably refer you to an Ear, Nose, Throat specialist if they can't do anything for you themselves.

As an asexual, sex and romance in my works of fiction isn't terribly important to me. Now don't get me wrong, I appreciate a good erotic piece of fiction as much as the next person. However, if the sex furthers the plot of the story somehow then I am all for it. But if it's just thrown in there for fanservice or to cause controversy, then it might as well not be there. And in some cases, I'd rather it weren't there. Because it feels forced and awkward and a general mess.

I write a fair deal of smut fics myself. Usually stand alone drabble fics for my friends as gifts. I am told that I write wonderful smut. And it's not for any sort of gratification on my end. I don't get anything out of it aside from making my friends happy.

It's a little bit jarring at first, I have to admit.

I'm still not completely over the debacle that was the end of Book 1. Bryke could have done so much more with Amon and the Equalists. But lol the scars are make up, Amon completely lied and he's a water bender that is just using blood bending to take everyone's bending away'.

What about the point Amon made that Benders were dangerous? You saw it by the Avatar herself and her friends threatening non-benders all the time. And nothing came of it. Just swept under the rug and forgotten. Because romance subplots.

Then there was the deuce Aang machina where he shows up and gives Korra her bending back. I would have liked seeing her work with just Airbending and have to re-learn her other elements. Imagine how much character development there would have been for Korra. And all of that potential development was gone. Oh and she also gave everyone their bending back.

Some parts were good. The majority of it was just ****** writing.

    Oh and...
When the main villain stops turning out to be a member of the Water Tribe, I'll resume watching.

Some days are worse than others. It's kind of tied into my pmdd and some old injuries. Likely have arthritis or what is going to be arthritis in my right ankle and foot. And certain days out of the month I just cannot move without some sort of medicinal aid. Not just the usual cramping but every single muscle and joint in my body just hurts.

And I did something to my back that is likely going to involve a chiropractor in my future.

But I'd rather sit in the comfort of my own home to watch movies. Where I have my chocolate and heating pads. Sure I miss out. Like all my friends are talking about Winter Soldier and Sebastian Stan and I'm just sitting here like: 'Hey, I just saw Thor 2! 8D'

I can usually just soldier through it though. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

This makes me afraid. Not a lot of stuff frightens me these days but this is in the top three. The fact that if I say no or I'm not attentive enough to a "nice guy", that I could be killed or worse. As a woman, I am an object, a prize, something to be taken whenever a "nice guy" wishes. And if I say 'no' or "friendzone" a "niceguy" then I deserve to be beaten, raped, and killed.

And it's flatout bullshit that I have to be terrified of crap like this. That if I somehow offend a male customer that he has the right to bring a gun into my place of work or wait for me until I get off. Just because I have a woman's body does not give men the right to deny me my status as a human being.

It is also bullshit that there are men, and some women, out there that are blaming the victims. That they brought this on themselves for not giving him a chance or being nice to him. That they should have just quote "gave him some tail" unquote. The women that were shot are just not hot piece of blonde tail. They are daughters, sisters, friends, cousins, and nieces. Potential lovers and wives and mothers and aunts. Those girls will never have the chance to be mothers because this ******* decided he was entitled to a hot blonde girl but couldn't get any.

I don't like being afraid and this has me so very disgusted and pissed off. This behavior is being praised and being re-inforced on the internet as we speak.

I'm going to link this because I think it's very important.

Oh man, I forgot about Full Frontal. I'm sure it's supposed to be Full Frontal Assault but that's not the first thing to come to mind when you see/hear Full Frontal. I've had a conversation about him ages ago and I'm laughing because I was just like: 'His name is...Full Frontal?' The whole time.

Well if a villain has copycats then he must certainly be a good one.

I mean, Zechs Marquise was pretty much a dead ringer in all but name

At some point, my parents decided I was an invalid( chronic pain ) and don't let me leave the house alone aside from going to work. And the only other person I would see movies with also works in retail. So I don't really see new movies in the theatres anymore. It doesn't really bother me any. I'd rather watch movies in the comfort of my own home anyway.

We'll get Jehovah's Witnesses every so often. Usually we refuse to answer the door or, like the time they caught me out doing yard work, just said a simple 'no thank you'. They gave me a pamphlet, got in their convertible, and left.

We haven't seen them around for a few years though.
