Roxas stared at Jeff with hard eyes, gripping his trusty blades tightly. "Tell me, Jeff. Are you scared?" he said, voice still dark. It was a big risk letting Jeff see the truth, but it had to be done to save Namine. There was no other way around it, and Roxas would accept the consequences.

What Roxas did next was entirely instinct, and it happened in the blink of an eye. He heard the contact the bullet made with the metal, his eyes having squeezed shut when he darted in front of Namine. His heart was racing in his chest and he opened his eyes, aware that he was standing in front of Namine with the two blades in his hands. Oblivion and Oathkeeper. A new surge of determination and rage formed inside Roxas as he glared at Jeff, lowering the blades to his sides.

"Yeah. I am," Roxas answered honestly, tensing as he stared at Jeff. He took another small slow step back, acting cautious. He may have gone all out on Jeff before, but he wasn't an idiot; he wasn't going to lash out at someone with a gun. The blond wanted to look at Namine one more time if he was going to die, but he couldn't take his eyes away from Jeff. If he did, it was over.

Roxas took a small step back, slowly getting farther from Jeff. His eyes fell on the gun again and he felt his heart beating rapidly in his chest. When his eyes darted back up to Jeff, he felt his hatred inside. But, he also felt a bit of fear. Not for himself, but for Namine. Roxas didn't want anything happening to her, and he would put himself in front of the bullet if it came to that. He didn't care what happened to him, as long as Namine got out of this alive.

Roxas felt more rage toward Jeff after he was done speaking, and the blond found his voice. "Remember that you started this, Jeff," he said. "Every single problem was because of you. You brought this upon yourself." Roxas knew how it felt, but Jeff was worse. The guy obsessed over Namine one day in the park and chased her to an alley, and it now ended up in a similar situation.

Roxas's eyes widened, and he slowly started stepping back and away from Jeff. He eyed the gun with alarmed eyes, but looked back up at Jeff with hatred. How Jeff had managed to get a gun was beyond him, but Roxas thought it was cowardly of him to pull it out, rather than have a fair fight. Nathan's eyes widened at the sight of the gun, and he instantly grabbed onto Kairi and started backing toward the opening in the alley. No way was he going to have her around a gun. Kairi gasped at the sight of the gun, and when she was suddenly pulled back. Her wide eyes left Jeff to look up at Nathan, who was pulling her toward the sidewalk. She looked back at her friends, knowing that because Jeff's back was to them and he was facing Namine and Roxas, the two blondes weren't going to be able to escape as easily. When Nathan pulled her around the corner, Kairi almost rejected. She didn't want her friends left there!

Roxas watched the bully fall, a look of pure hatred on his face. He didn't care what happened to Jeff anymore, just as long as he left Namine alone. "Done yet?" he said, voice tight and dark with rage. He was still mad, and wanted to know if Jeff had had enough. If not, fine. Roxas would keep going. Kairi still had her hand over her mouth as she watched the scene unfold before her. She never realized how scary Roxas was when he was angry, but she knew he was doing it to teach this guy a lesson. He was terrible to Namine and Roxas.
