Well, hmm. Any ideas you had in mind? Or would you just want to go with what I dished out at random five minutes ago? xD
By the time Roxas reached Namine's doorstep, he thought he was going to collapse. If he went any farther, to his house, he just might have. That was one of the reasons he chose her house over his own: it was closer. Another reason was obvious: Ty. He could comfort her in a way Roxas couldn't, and with his condition, he didn't think it would be that easy. And one final reason: it was her home. She would be most comfortable here after everything else.
Okie dokie.
Not only did Roxas want to get Namine away from this creepy alley, which was even weirder after all that had happened today, he also just wanted to rest. His head was pounding, he could still taste blood in his mouth, and his back hurt from his run-in with the wall. Plus, he was exhausted. It was definitely time to go home.
Exactly!! 8D Do you want me to lead the time gap, or you? xD
I did, actually. xD I was hoping you would as well.
Roxas kept his gaze locked with Namine's for a short moment, catching a glimpse of all of the emotions inside her. He turned his head away then, looking toward one opening in the alley. It was the one Jeff hadn't escaped out of, so he silently started leading Namine in that direction, wanting to get her home and out of this weather. And most of all, away from this place.
Oh, yayyy. :3
Roxas's eyes were still locked on Namine, and he tilted his head slightly in concern as he squeezed her hand. He could see how upset she was, and he knew it was either caused by his actions or her fear. Whichever one it was, he was going to take her home and worry about himself later. That was what guardian angels did.
:3 So what do you want to do now? Do you want to jump forward a month-and-a-half to Sora and Riku in Hollow Bastion? Or would you rather stay here...
When Namine let go of Roxas's arm, he wordlessly reached for her hand. He didn't want her touch to disappear. Not right now. As angry as he had been, he had been terrified, just as he told Jeff. He needed to relax, and evidently so did Namine. It was going to take a while for Roxas to leave her side now, not that he wanted to.
Well, sweet! xD
Roxas's hand came back to rest at his side, but he let Namine continue to hold onto his arm. He was relieved that she was alright; Jeff shot at her, and nearly killed her. Of course, Roxas didn't let that happen, but it still shook him up a little bit. He tried to make the feeling that began to wash over him vanish, needing to focus on getting home. Once he was there, he could let his emotions spill out.
Howdy!! =)
Roxas could feel Namine's body against his arm, and the shaking that was occurring. The boy's eyes softened sadly at the sight, but he didn't think there was anything he could do right now. He didn't feel so great himself, so the best thing he figured they could do right now was go back home.
Nighty night!
Roxas stopped himself before he moved his head to kiss Namine's hair, knowing that it would only result in pain for his lip and blood in her golden hair. He looked at what he could see of her face, gently running his hand along the length of her hair. "Let's go home," he said then, voice soft. Right now, he just wanted to get out of this cold weather and somewhere cozy, wanting nothing more than to rest.
My boyfriend's one of them, and he's very persistend. I'll stall as long as I can. xDD But yes, I hope so too. If not, night time? :3
Roxas turned his head at the touch, seeing Namine against him now. Her touch seemed to wash all of his anger toward Jeff away, leaving him with nothing but exhaustion, a pounding head, and a bleeding lip. Regardless, Roxas silently brought up his free arm, setting his hand lightly on the side of Namine's head and in her hair. It was finally over.
I'm not sure; my friends wanna come over and swim. Dx
