"I am sure she is fine." Karina said as she stared off into the distance. Her mind drifted to those she wanted to protect, mainly her brother. He might have been the one to tell her parents about her training in the keyblade but that was just to protect her. If there was any reason for her to go home it was to see her brother again. But she would prefer him to just find her here, not that he would. He believed in their way of life and had already been betrothed to a beautiful young woman in their town.

Karina's mind snapped back to reality. She smiled at Cody seeing she did not fail this time and everyone was happy. She looked from Yana to Flora. "Shall we get moving? Do whatever it is we need to do next so we can return to The Land of Departure or wherever it is we are suppose to go next?" Karina asked. She wasn't prepared to take a leader ship role but didn't want any one else to either. Neither of of them were in a position to tell anyone else what to do. If they tried she wouldn't listen. They would have to work together. Hopefully the other two would figure that out on their own. There where obvious differences in their abilities but that didn't make one person a better leader then the other. Chances where that none of them where great leaders.

Louvel did as he was told and opened the door to the shop. He waited for everyone to enter before he followed them inside. He shut the door quietly and stood near the back unsure what he should do now. After all he still "needed his cloths" didn't he? He couldn't just leave now. But nor should he get in the way, it would just make them irritated at him. He figured he would wait for them to say something to him instead of vice versa. It made the most sense in his mind.

Ever since they where called back to first town Kali had been training on the 40th floor, by herself. But she wasn't getting very far at this point and had no plan on how she was going to track down that man she saw in town. Besides she needed a break. She had been training all afternoon and was getting tired. She wanted to just sit and rest where she was but knew it was a very dangerous idea. So she decided to head back to the town and get a hotel there. At least she would be safe in a room. No one could enter without knocking so it seemed a safe place to take a break since the town itself no longer was. But even with that, if there was a hack to let you kill someone in a safe zone, there may be one to allow you to break into peoples houses or hotel rooms. So much for sleeping, with that thought in her head Kali wouldn't be getting any sleep. She walked back into town, passing Mya's shop on the way to the hotel it seemed like something was going on there, but didn't know what. Either way it wasn't her problem. She continued to the hotel where she rented a room and sat on the bed, but she didn't rest. She stared straight at the door while her mind raced with thoughts and what to do next and what might happen to her or anyone else now with this hack.

"This battle is almost done." Karina thought as she prepared for another attack. It had crossed her mind to use magic in the battle, but she didn't see it as very strong. Not compared to her physical strength that is. She st stuck with another plain attack, leaping up to slash the Tailbunker with her keyblade before settling her two feet down on the ground solid again. She glanced over at her two companions, both seemed to be running low on steam. It was a good thing the battle was coming to a close soon.

Louvel returned to the castle. He was in a rush to see his sister. He flew straight through the top window jumping off his glider as he got inside. He stumbled a few feet forward before coming to a complete stop. "Uh, haha, Hiya." He said slightly nervously seeing everyone look at him. "Did you get my sister back?" He said seconds after. Before anyone had a chance to respond he saw one of the rooms that normally had the door open closed with some kind of spell on it. Louvel rushed through the door. The thing with that spell the king used was that it was one way. you can go in but not come out without the spell being removed.
"Sapphire! Are you Okay? What did they do to you, they didn't hurt you did they?" Louvel hugged Sapphire worried about her.
Sapprire looked up at her brother as he hugged her. "Get away from he, let me go." Sapphire said slightly quietly to start as she pushed her brother away. "What do you care anyway?" She asked. "You abandoned our family! Why do you care now!" She raised her voice at him.
Louvel was taken aback by Sapphires comments to him. He let go and stepped back but remained calm. It had been too long since he had seen her, what had the years done to the innocent four year old he remembered. "Sapphire I didn't abandon you guys. I had to go, to learn to protect others." He responded.
"Well great job so far she shot back at him. Just leave me alone I don't want to talk to you." Sapphire turned away from her brother and looked away.
Louvel could take the hint. He turned around and knocked on the door. The king let him out resealing to door after him. Louvel stayed quiet as he walked away from the door.

When Azurite got back he took the liberty of introducing himself because it was obvious that Louvel wasn't going to do it. And when the king asked about Emerald he also had to explain that situation. It was a rather uncomfortable position to be in having not known anyone there or Emerald all that well. But it didn't seem like anyone else was going to do it so he had to take matters into his own hands.

"Oh no." The king responded to Azurites story before letting Louvel out of the room. He turned to the other new people in the room. Now then would you mind telling me who you are and why you are here?" He asked them.

The Lingering will blocked many of Xendais attacks but each one he did he took a step back pushing him closer and closer to a rock wall. he had to stand his ground while he was still a few feet away and had room between him and the rock. But he couldn't afford to push back, just block.

Rai. Turned and attacked Rexitus so he would release Fuu. Meanwhile Siefer was holding his own against Lexeain. He had blocked most of her attacks and got a few attacks in himself using a combo of slashing and shooting at her with his gunblade. Fuu staggared to her feet after taking quite a but of damage and attempteed to help Rai with Rexitus.

    Location: OmegaTech Facility- Rachael's room
    Time: 6:49 AM
    Mood: Nervous/slightly scared

Rachael jolted awake, sitting straight up as she woke up. A bead of swear dripped off her forehead and onto her now messy bed sheets. She glanced at her clock. 6:49 it read. Ten minutes before her alarm was due to go off. Rachael let herself drop back down to her bed and closed her eyes for a minute. Is that all I am good for? Hiding in a corner? She was thinking back to the dream she had just had. But it wasn't just a dream, it was a memory, of the raid. You said none of us were really emotionally effected by the raid, but how can you be sure? Just look at how Elle reacted to the news, and me with this nightmare. Is that really what you think not being effected is like? Rachael's mind was racing with these questions and ones similar. She had had trouble getting to sleep the night before do to their mission briefing and now again she found herself wide awake thinking about it. But a mission is a mission, I have to do this. I can't let my fear slow down our team. I can't let them see I am scared either cause that in and of itself could slow us down. We don't need people stopping to worry about me. Rachael had finally made up her mind on what she was going to do. Forget the dream and move on with the day.

Rachael's alarm started beeping seemingly moments after she had laid back down. She rolled out of bed and dragged herself to the bathroom. Looking in the mirror, she had bags under her eyes, slightly darker then the usual ones she would get when she stayed up late reading. Her face was also slightly read and tear stained. "Was I crying in my sleep?" She asked herself as she splashed cold water on her face to help wake herself up. But no matter how much she washed her face it still looked red and her eyes where still dark. Walking out of the bathroom Rachael found a small stash of makeup that had been shoved under her bed long ago, she never normally wore makeup but this was different, she looked out of it and needed to hide that. At least for class. She walked back in front of the mirror and started to attempt to put her makeup on. She definitely wasn't the best at it but she didn't really care, just as long as it did the job she wanted it to do.

Rachael continued to slowly go about her morning activities, brushing her teeth, getting dressed, stuff like that till she finally glanced back at her clock. 8:10. She was going to be late for class at this pace, it was at almost the opposite end of the facility and she had yet to grab breakfast. Rachael grabbed a sweater off the back of her chair in her room and raced out the door. She got a few steps out of her room when she realized that she had forgotten her book in her room. She turned around and quickly grabbed it off her shelf. She never did get around to putting it away properly the night before. She decided to skip breakfast a go straight for class before she could get in trouble for showing up late.

As she neared the classroom she slowed down to catch her breath. She didn't want it to appear that she was running into class late, especially in a class all about stealth. If she ran through the door full on puffing it wouldn't be that stealthy. Once she caught her breath she walked through the door, keeping her head down as always to avoid eye contact with people. Rachael headed straight for the back of the room where she sat down and began to read her book while waiting for the lesson to start. Stealth Ops wasn't her favourite class but it was good for her to take. It was where her powers would be best put to use. Besides she didn't feel the need to go to some other classes, for example math. She could already do math 3 levels higher then she should be for her age, and she read at a collage rang. Academics where not a problem for her, but practical was a little more of an issue. Especially practical stuff having to do with other people. So here she was, in stealth ops. One of the more practical courses where she would put her powers to good use and improve upon them, something that majorly needed done.

Is there such a thing as apologizing to much. I will talk with some of my friends and they get mad at me for saying sorry all the time. They say I over use the word and should stop, but in my mind it is just being polite, using manners. I don't see any problem in it. But apparently they think it can get annoying. So in your opinion is there such thing as apologizing too much. And if so what is too much?

For me I don't only apologize for the other persons sake but for my own. If I feel bad for something I feel the need to apologize to make it right, not that it always does but it can help. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. So I don't really think that I apologize too much and it shouldn't annoy people cause it is just using manners.

Karina was finally ready to use aerial slam again and she planned to take full advantage of it to move the battle along. At the moment it was the most powerful attack she had. She jumped high in the air before crashing down on the heartless with as much force as she could. It was time to do some real damage.

"You mean draw them out and go in when no one is around correct?" Kaya clarified. It wasn't a half bad idea to be honest . Less hassle and less need for stealth. Which was good because Kaya questioned Ruby's ability to be stealthy. "We will let those two idiots deal with the distraction. It is there job anyways. In the mean time we can hide out here till it is safe to enter." Kaya moved in behind a bush, staying low. From where she sat she could see what was going on around her but no one could see her unless they knew exactly where to look.

Louvel shook his head as Emerald took off. She was too happy and, up beat. it would have been nice if she had waited for a minute. Either way they had to get going He took off to follow her, but was a fair ways behind. She was just another speck in the sky, or she was until something when wrong. He could see her lose control in the distance. He sped up to try to catch up to her and help her but was too late. He had only gotten about half way to where she was by the time he figured it would have taken her to hit the ground in the world below. He When he got to the spot her was planning on heading straight down, she if she had survived the fall, but by the time he reached the spot a small pink heart floated up past them. He knew it was Emeralds heart. Louvels breath was caught in his throat. He couldn't believe she had actually died. How could he have let that happen? Louvel stared straight ahead. The mysterious tower could be seen in the distance and he knew that was where his sister was and he wanted to return, to see her. But he was frozen where he was, in shock. "W-we have to keep going. There is nothing we can, or could have done." He told the others, stumbling over his own words. His voice cracked as he spoke.

Azurite was only slightly behind Louvel. He didn't know what to do when he saw Emerald fell straight out of the sky. He didn't know her that well but still it was in shock. He felt bad for her. But he followed Louvels instructions and continued to the tower like he should.

Once left alone locked in a strange room by herself in a place she didn't want to be Sapphire curled up and began to cry. She usually didn't allow herself to cry but she didn't know what else to do now. After she had hit R with the dark Firaga he probably wouldn't be coming for her. And if she joined them and accidentally went into her dark mode then they would likely kill her for it, or send her back into the place she was before. Stranded in some random world to fend for herself. She felt slightly stupid crying but didn't know what else to do now. She also wondered what would happen to Annabelle now. Would she be able to go back to normal and join Garnet? Or did what R did to her have a lasting effect? Would she ever be able to return to normal? It was too late for her family, she didn't rust either her brother or her sister, but it might not be to late for Annabelle.

The king turned to Garnet. "Sapphire? She should be fine. She is safe where she is safe in that room for now, she can't hurt herself or others. We will wait till her brother gets back and see if we can calm her down. In the mean time, your sister." The king looked at her closely examining her and trying to decide what R might have done to her. "Your sister will be fine, she is just asleep. As for what they did to her, I am not sure but from what I can guess she was forced to chose between to sides. But it wasn't that simple, they probably had to manipulate her bending her towards the dark with their words." He tried to explain what he was thinking to the best of his ability All of this was a speculation mind you but mickey was pretty good at speculating situations.

The Lingering will a moment to late realized Xindai's tactics. He took the hit hard, yet even though being thrown to the side by the attack got back up again. He used his keyblade as support as he stood up. This time the Lingering will charged forward attacking Xindai.

"You don't stand a chance here." Seifer chuckled as confident as ever. He was holding a gun blade. A big upgrade from the bat he used a kid. Rai and Fuu stood slightly behind him also ready to fight. Seifer stepped forward and made the first move slashing at Rexitus then jumping back to where his friends where. They both attacked as well.

    Location: OmegaTech Facility- Briefing Room
    Time: 1:05 PM
    Mood: Embarrassed

"Um, no.... Just a bit embarrassed that's all." Rachael told Ryder when he asked her if anything was wrong. She had her knees up to her chest and she buried her lower half of her face in the nooks of her arms which where folded on top of her knees. "I-I just don't like getting in peoples heads, it is weird." She admitted, slightly ashamed of her powers. Although she had not been looking at Ryder, she was looking in his general direction when she was talking, but now she turned away from him to her side. She didn't feel like talking any more.

She listened to Elaine and the new guy talk as she sat there quietly. Elle mentioned something about having enough troubles to deal with and Rachael automatically assumed that she meant her. She knew perfectly well that at times she was trouble for her group, but didn't do much to change it. It was in her nature to be closed off and a book worm, if they didn't like it, it wasn't her fault. Of course she never expressed these feelings out loud. If she got in trouble she would simply apologize and leave it at that, not take things any further. If she was asked to do something she would do it, no questions asked as long as it was a person and not an AI asking her to do it. One of Rachael's biggest problems was that she always thought people where talking about her or silently judging her. The real reason she hated reading peoples minds was that she didn't want to know what they thought of her. She didn't think if she actually heard what she thought people said about her, if she would be able to handle it. That and the fact that when she was in a big group it was easy to make eye contact with a lot of people and when she heard a mix of different peoples thoughts it tended to confuse her, a lot.

Rachaels attention was caught when Dr Callistar started talking about what was going on. "Destroy all Enhancermorphs? Why would anyone want to do that? What have we ever done to deserve being destroyed?" She thought to herself nervous about the news. She couldn't even contemplate the reasoning behind that. They never threatened anyone, they had no reason to. So why kill them. Rachael started to bite her lip nervously waiting for Dr. Callistar to continue. She figured it had to have more to it. They where here for a briefing right? Probably they would be sent on a mission to do with that. Rachael would go on her missions like she was expected to but didn't really enjoy them, especially when she had to fight. She was not comfortable with fighting even though she was decent at it. She definitely wasn't the best there, in fact she was probably the worst fighter there but she was learning. She did better with finding out information and stuff since her powers made it easy for her. But still didn't enjoy that much.

In all honesty the only reason she was there was because she had no where else to go if she left. She had no real home. Her parents died when she was 9 and that is when she was taken away and tested on in the first place, receiving her powers. The powers she never wanted in the first place. She was powerless to stop the people that took her away, and she was powerless during the takeover. Nothing had really changed over the past five years though. In desperation to forget her powers and all that had happened she did not progress at all for a while and now not as quickly as the others when it came to finding her strengths and learning to fight. She felt like she dragged her team down, but at the same time she couldn't ever bail on them, cause that may cause just as much problems.

Rachael remained quiet and waited to hear Dr. Callistars description of who, or what Ut Mali was. And what their next mission was going to be.
